Abstract

The UKM (Student Activity Unit) information system is one of the supporting factors for the progress of a university, especially for Unkartur (Karangturi National University) which currently requires online UKM data management. This research aims to analyze and design a web-based UKM information system for Unkartur. The author hopes that the interface design resulting from this research will help Unkartur in solving problems regarding the need for online SME data management. The methods used in this research are UML (Unified Modeling Language) and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram).

Abstract

Forecasting atau peramalan adalah suatu tindakan yang akan menggambarkan suatu kebutuhan pada masa yang akan datang. Kegiatan forecasting ini sangat dibutuhkan dalam kegiatan perusahaan untuk mengestimasi keadaan di masa yang akan datang, terutama dalam data penjualan suatu perusahaan pasti dibutuhkan suatu peramalan akan hasil di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini mengusulkan model peramalanuntuk memperkirakan perubahan jumlah tonase penjualan di PT. Immanuel. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena sulitnya melakukan peramalan penjualan hanya dengan menggunakan metode tradisional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Triple Exponential Smoothing untuk memprediksi tonase penjualan PT. Immanuel selama 2015-2024. Model ini mencapai akurasi MAPE sebesar 11,55%, menunjukkan performa baik untuk mengelola variabilitas data musiman dan tren jangka panjang. Hasil ini mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis, seperti optimalisasi inventori dan produksi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang sistem perancangan website. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sebuah sistem berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah pengelolaan jadwal kegiatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan, dan perancangan sistem. Sistem dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) dimana terdapat beberapa tahap yang dapat digunakan untuk membangun sistem website penjadwalan. Selain menggunakan UML, Penenelitian ini menggunakan diagram alir atau biasa disebut flowchart. Adapun dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Entity Relationship diagram (ERD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penjadwalan yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan jadwal kegiatan gereja. Pengguna, baik dari kalangan pengurus gereja maupun jemaat, memberikan tanggapan positif terkait kemudahan penggunaan dan fungsionalitas yang disediakan oleh sistem ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perancangan sistem website penjadwalan dapat dilakukan dengan proses penginputan data order sampai dengan laporan.

Abstract

Sumber Prima Mitra currently relies on Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word and Excel for administration and data storage purposes, as well as using Instagram and WhatsApp as communication and information media. This approach raises concerns regarding data security and the effectiveness of disseminating information about a company's products and services. This research aims to overcome this problem by designing a web-based sales information system that can increase the effectiveness of management and dissemination of information at Sumber Prima Mitra. The method applied in developing this information system is Personal Extreme Programming (PXP). PXP was chosen for its flexible and iterative approach, allowing for continuous customization according to the company's specific needs. This web-based sales information system is expected to provide an efficient platform for managing sales, marketing and promotional data. This sales information system was created using UI/UX as the basis for implementing the system. The UI/UX creation has been adjusted to the needs of Sumber Prima Mitra, so that the implementation of the system is faster and more targeted. With this system, Sumber Prima Mitra is expected to increase productivity, reduce the risk of data loss, and attract more customers through more effective and organized information dissemination.

Abstract

Electronic asset management is important to increase operational efficiency and minimize the risk of loss or damage to goods that are company assets. Developed system for managing inventory data, maintenance and asset reporting. The development process follows the Agile stages, starting from gathering requirements through interviews and surveys with users. Next, the interface and system features are designed, as well as iterative testing to ensure the system meets user expectations. The result of this research is an information system that can manage electronic asset data effectively, increase information accuracy, and speed up the decision-making process. It is hoped that the implementation of this system can make a significant contribution to asset management in the organization and increase transparency and accountability in the use of resources.

Abstract

Information system is an important component of any institution, a proper information system could bring a lot of benefits. An example of this is the attendance system. Chinchin Production faced a difficult challenge of managing human resources because previously employees had to sign their attendance manually, which is proven to be inefficient. The solution to this challenge is a proper attendance system to replace the old manual attendance system. The development methodology used is Extreme Programming (XP). Extreme Programming (XP) is an Agile project management methodology that aims for speed and simplicity. The prototype is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a modelling tool to visualize the structure of the system, as well as Figma to design the User Interface (UI) of the system. This attendance system helps Chinchin Production in managing human resources.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan komputer telah menjadi kebutuhan mendasar dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk dalam perawatan dan perbaikan laptop. Seiring waktu, komponen perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak laptop cenderung mengalami perubahan fisik atau kerusakan, yang memerlukan pengetahuan teknis khusus untuk merawat dan memperbaikinya. Kerusakan ini bisa bervariasi mulai dari masalah perangkat keras seperti perangkat keras yang gagal hingga masalah perangkat lunak seperti kesalahan sistem operasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis web yang dapat mendeteksi kerusakan laptop dengan menggunakan metode Naive Bayes. Metode Naive Bayes dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mengolah data dengan efisien dan memberikan tingkat keyakinan yang tinggi terhadap gejala yang terdeteksi. Sistem ini dirancang untuk membantu pengguna laptop dengan cara mengidentifikasi gejala kerusakan yang mereka alami dan memberikan solusi yang tepat sebelum mereka memutuskan untuk membawa laptop mereka ke pusat pelayanan. Sistem ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengidentifikasi masalah yang terjadi pada laptop mereka dengan cepat dan langkah-langkah perbaikan yang diperlukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar yang dirancang dapat dengan akurat menemukan kerusakan laptop dan memberikan solusi yang efektif. Sistem ini tidak hanya mempercepat proses diagnosis, tetapi juga membantu pengguna menghemat waktu dan biaya perbaikan. Kesimpulan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan sistem pakar dalam memfasilitasi perawatan dan perbaikan laptop, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dalam penanganan kerusakan perangkat.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization, the presence of an efficient information system is very important to support company operations. The web-based employee attendance information system at Sprint Digital Printing is designed to make it easier to record and monitor employee attendance in real-time. The development of this system uses the Agile method, which allows flexibility and responsiveness to changing needs during the development process. The Agile method was chosen because of its iterative characteristics, so that any changes or adjustments can be accommodated immediately without disrupting the entire project. This attendance information system was developed using the PHP and MySQL programming languages for database management, with the Codeigniter framework. This system provides features such as attendance recording, performance reports, and automatic notifications, all of which can be accessed via the web platform. By implementing this system, operational efficiency increases, reduces manual errors in recording attendance, and makes it easier for management to evaluate employee performance. The results of this development show that a web-based attendance information system can increase productivity and accuracy of attendance data at Sprint Digital Printing.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to develop a prototype UI/UX Decision Support System for Determining Lecturer Research Linearity based on user needs, in which users can manage research data, determine the suitability of research conducted by lecturers with their scientific fields, provide a basis for decision-making in determining whether lecturer research should be continued, and provide an overview to decision-makers regarding lecturer performance. This study used the design thinking technique, which is divided into five stages: obtaining information from users, analyzing user needs, generating ideas for solutions to user problems, creating prototypes to solve user problems, and testing and improving prototypes. This study successfully created a decision support system design and prototype that is centered on user demands and comfort. Prototype testing was carried out by UI/UX design experts. The test findings demonstrate that users respond positively to the decision support system interface and that most functionalities work properly. This demonstrates that the decision support system prototype was created with user demands, functional suitability, and convenience of use in mind. The findings of this study are expected to be used in associated institutions or agencies to collect feedback for future system improvement.

Abstract

Higher education institutions frequently struggle to manage research, community service, and output data. Manual data and information management is prone to mistakes. It is challenging for leaders and stakeholders to monitor and evaluate performance. This study intends to address these issues by offering a platform that meets the needs of the Community Service Research Institute (LPPM), leaders, and stakeholders. The primary features produced are statistics on research, service, and output data, as well as report generating automation. This study employs RAD to create the system. The system developed has been declared functional based on the results of blackbox testing with equivalent partitions. According to the 91% usability testing estimate, users are pleased with the information system built, and the system is simple to use. This system's specific benefits and potential implications include improved data management efficiency, consolidated data access, accreditation and reporting support, and higher institutional reputation
