Abstract

In this paper we study Henstock-Dunford integral on the Euclidean space . We discuss some properties of the integrable. We shall define locally small Riemann sums (LSRS) and  show that it is necessary and sufficient condition for function to be Henstock-Dunford integral on the Euclidean space .   Kata Kunci : Henstock-Dunford integral, Locally small Riemann sums

Abstract

Class Action Research was motivated by a lack of courage and ask the students of class VII student achievement SMP 2 Patean Kendal especially Class VII-A. To overcome this problem researchers use a learning Think Pair Share (TPS) aided media quiz game Who's He (KSD). Formulation of the problem in this study were (1) Is the TPS-assisted learning media KSD game on triangular and quadrilateral material can increase the courage to ask students and student achievement class VII-A SMP Negeri 2 Patean Semester II Academic Year 2014/2015 ?; (2) Is the TPS-assisted learning media KSD game on triangular and quadrilateral material for students of classes VII-A SMP Negeri 2 Patean Semester II Academic Year 2014/2015 can achieve mastery programmed? To address the above problems, it is done classroom action research conducted in two (2) cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collected through observation, interview and test. The subjects were students of class VII-A SMP Negeri 2 Patean Kendal totaling 27 students with a composition of 16 boys and 11 female student. The study was conducted in January to June 2015. The indicators in this study were (1) More than 75% of students courage students to ask bold minimal category; (2) The average value of student achievement of at least 75; (3) More than 75% of students reach the minimum learning achievement KKM is 75. The results showed that the students' courage to ask the brave minimal category increased 34%, from the initial conditions as much as 44% increased to 63% in the first cycle and 78% in Cycle II. The average value of student achievement has increased 23 from the average value of learning achievement in the initial conditions 59 to 72 in the first cycle and 82 in the second cycle. Likewise mastery learning has increased 41%, from the initial conditions of 37% rising to 67% in the first cycle and 78% in Cycle II. The conclusion of this Class Action Research is a learning Think Pair Share (TPS) game media aided KSD on triangular and quadrilateral material can increase the courage to ask students and student achievement class VII-A SMP Negeri 2 Patean Semester II Academic Year 2014/2015. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keberanian siswa bertanya dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Patean Kendal terutama kelas VII-A. Untuk mengatasinya peneliti menggunakan pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) berbantuan media permainan Kuis Siapa Dia (KSD). Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Apakah pembelajaran TPS berbantuan media permainan KSD pada materi segitiga dan segiempat dapat meningkatkan keberanian siswa bertanya dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII-A SMP Negeri 2 Patean Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015?; (2) Apakah pembelajaran TPS berbantuan media permainan KSD pada materi segitiga dan segiempat  bagi siswa kelas VII-A SMP Negeri 2 Patean Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015 dapat mencapai ketuntasan yang diprogram? Untuk membahas permasalahan di atas, maka dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 (dua) siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII-A SMP Negeri 2 Patean Kendal yang berjumlah 27 siswa dengan komposisi 16 siswa putra dan 11 siswa putri. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Juni 2015. Indikator dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Lebih dari 75% siswa keberanian siswa bertanya pada kategori minimal berani; (2) Rata-rata nilai prestasi belajar siswa minimal 75; (3) Lebih dari 75% siswa prestasi belajar mencapai batas minimal KKM yaitu 75. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberanian siswa bertanya dengan kategori minimal berani mengalami peningkatan 34%, dari kondisi awal sebanyak 44% meningkat menjadi 63% pada Siklus I dan 78% pada Siklus II. Rata-rata nilai prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan 23 dari rata-rata nilai prestasi belajar pada kondisi awal 59 menjadi 72 pada Siklus I dan 82 pada Siklus II. Demikian juga ketuntasan belajar mengalami peningkatan 41%, dari kondisi awal 37% meningkat menjadi 67% pada Siklus I dan 78%  pada Siklus II. Kesimpulan dari Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini adalah pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) berbantuan media permainan KSD pada materi segitiga dan segiempat dapat meningkatkan keberanian siswa bertanya dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII-A SMP Negeri 2 Patean Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to: (1) know procedure productive vocational teacher recruitment system, (2) know advantage and drawbacks of the recruitment system, (3) Know system recruitment teachers productive SMK effective according to users and policy holders, (4) Knowing implementation associated with productive teacher recruitment system which is effective against lecture Profession Education in a study program at PTB. The research is a descriptive-qualitative with technique of data collection uses interview, observastion, and study document. The technique of data analysis use interactive model.Based on the result of research  the study is the recruitment of teachers productive carried out through candidates. Excess recruitment system that is based on the condition of vocational and the ability of local. While the rest is distribution of teachers productive less evenly caused by the formation policy. Recruitment system teachers productive SMK effective according to users and policy holders by virtue of planning which includes the available budget and demand adapted to policy, based on bureaucratic and chain of command prevailing. Besides the implementation of the selection of using Computer Asissted Tes (CAT).  The result of this research can be used as to the development of material lecture by making the draft / handouts / module that be integrated in a course called education professional , are useful to prepare college students study program PTB to become professional teachers. Keyword :       Productive teacher recruitment, the procurement of the candidates, efective of recruitment, advantage and drawbacks of the selection of candidates,

Abstract

In this paper we study Henstock-Bochner and Henstock-Dunford integral on [a,b]. We discuss some properties of  the integrable. For every function which Henstock-Bochner integrable then it is Hentsock-Dunford integrable. The contrary is not true. Further more, let for any  and collection  is Henstock-equi-integrable. We will show that function   is Henstock-Bochner  integrable on   if only if  it is Henstock-Dunford integrable on .

Abstract

In this paper we study Henstock-Dunford integral on [a,b]. We discuss some properties of the integrable. We will construct norm and matrix on Dunford-Henstock integrable function space, $HD[a,b]$. We obtain that $HD[a,b]$ is linear space. A function $\left\| \,.\, \right\|:HD[a,b]\to R$ defined by $\left\| f \right\|=\underset{\begin{smallmatrix} {{x}^{*}}\in {{X}^{*}} \\ \left\| {{x}^{*}} \right\| \le 1 \end{smallmatrix}}{\mathop{\sup}}\, \\ left( \underset{A\subset[a,b]}{\mathop{\sup}}\,\,\left| \left( H \right) \int \limits_{A}{{{x}^{*}}f} \right| \right)$ for every $f \in HD[a,b]$ is norm on linear space $HD[a,b]$. A function $d:HD[a,b]\times HD[a,b]\to R$ defined by $d\left( f,g \right)=\left\| f-g \right\|$ for every $f,g\in HD[a,b]$ is a matrix on linear space $HD[a,b]$. Further more, linear space $HD[a,b]$ is linear matrix translation invarian space.

Abstract

The transportation problem is special case on the linear programming which examines the goods’ distribution for minimize shipping cost or maximize profits. In general, transportation problem requires two stages of completion, which is looking for feasible solution first and the look for the optimal solution. Abdul Quddoos, Dr. Shakeel Javaid, and Prof. Mohd Masood Khalid did some research for a new method, ASM method which is direct method with simple and fast way. This method relies on the cell that has the number 0 with the smallest index, and used to minimize transport costs. This final project determines the optimal solution using ASM method, both to mimize costs and maximize profits, and investigate the optimal method of ASM. The solution that obtained by ASM method on balanced transportation problem is always optimal, while for unbalanced transportation problem is not always optimal. The difference between algorithm for minimizing cases and maximize cases lies only in the first step, which is if the maximization case, then change c_ij into(-c_ij ).

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi panitia seleksi adalah bahwa wali kelas menunjuk siswanya secara acak.  Siswa tersebut  mendapat bantuan dari pemerintah berupa sejumlah uang tunai yang diberikan secara langsung kepada siswa sesuai kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Kesulitan dalam menentukan siswa yang berhak mendapatkan bantuan yang sesuai capaian standar yang diinginkan. Penentuan siswa terbaik harus didukung oleh sistem seleksi untuk memilih siswa yang diterima terutama bagi Siswa Miskin. Pemecahan masalah dapat dilakukan dengan merancang Sistem Pendukung yang sederhana terhadap Keputusan Seleksi Calon Penerimaan Bantuan Siswa Miskin dengan menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting di SMK NU Ma'arif 2 Kudus yang merupakan status sekolah swasta. Metode pemeringkatan ditentukan dari data identitas dari siswa berkualitas atau berbobot berdasarkan kriteria penilaian yang telah ditentukan. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam Sistem Seleksi berdasarkan Penghasilan Orang Tua, nilai Rapor Rata-rata, dan jumlah Keluarga. Jumlah siswa yang akan terseleksi sebanyak 10 siswa untuk mendapatkan bantuan beasiswa siswa miskin.The problem faced by the selection committee is that the homeroom teacher appoints their students randomly so that there is difficulty in determining who is entitled to receive assistance in order to achieve the desired standard and obtain the best candidates. To overcome this problem, a Decision Support System (SPK) was designed for the Selection of Candidates for Reception of Poor Student Assistance (BSM) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method at SMK NU Ma'arif 2 Kudus, which is a simple ranking method by finding weighted summations based on predetermined assessment criteria. The criteria used in the Selection System for Prospective Assistance for Poor Student Assistance (BSM) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method at SMK NU Ma'arif 2 Kudus, namely: Total Parents' Income, Average Score Report Card, Number of Relatives.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini dihadiri oleh 22 peserta didik kelas IX SMP Quran DAI Pringsewu. Dalam menulis teks pidato diperlukan keterampilan yang terus menerus diasah agar menghasilkan tulisan yang sesuai kaidah maupun keefisien kalimat dalam teks. Tujuan dalam pengabdian ini untuk memberikan pemahaman, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan kepada peserta didik dalam menulis teks pidato, serta pengaplikasianya dalam menyiapkan berpidato. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian Masyarakat ini menggunakan metode pendekatan praktek terbimbing berdasarkan kajian ilmiah bidang bahasa. Setelah melaksanakan pelatihan ini, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta didik terbantu dalam mengasah keterampilannya dalam menulis teks pidato, sehingga peserta didik mampu menulis teks pidato dan mengaplikasikannya di depan umum dalam pidatonya.

Abstract

Kumbang kacang hijau (Callosobrucuhus chinensis L.) adalah hama penting pada biji kacang hijau yang berada di penyimpanan. Hama ini dapat menimbulkan penurunan secara kualitas dan kuantitas. Hama tersebut perlu dilakukan pengendalian agar tidak menimbulkan kerugian. Salah satu cara pengendaliannya yaitu menggunakan pestisida nabati, di antaranya serbuk daun serai (C. citratus), dan serbuk daun pandan (P.amaryllifolius). Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh daun serai (Cymbopogon citratus) dan pandan wangi (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb.) terhadap mortalotas hama C. chinensis  pada kacang hijau. Percobaan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan 8 perlakuan antaranya kontrol, serbuk daun serai 3, 6 , dan 9 g, serbuk daun pandan wangi 3 , 6 , dan 9 g/standing pouch. Data dianalisis sidik ragam pada taraf nyata 5% dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis uji lanjutan DMRT. Serbuk daun serai pada dosis 9 g paling efektif menyebabkan mortalitas kumbang kacang hijau sebesar 38% dan menurunkan susut bobot terendah kacang hijau sebesar 0.50%.
