Abstract

The problems faced in this study include (1) How does talent management affect employee performance at the BLUD Banjar City General Hospital? (2) How does knowledge management affect employee performance at the BLUD Banjar City General Hospital? (3) How do talent management and knowledge management affect employee performance at the BLUD Banjar City General Hospital? This study aims to study, find out, and analyze (1) The effect of talent management on employee performance at the BLUD Banjar City General Hospital. (2) The effect of knowledge management on employee performance at the BLUD Banjar City General Hospital. (3) The effect of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance at the BLUD Banjar City General Hospital. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis, namely validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Talent management has a positive effect on employee performance at the BLUD Rumah Sakti Umum Kota Banjar. This means that if talent management is improved, employee performance at the BLUD Rumah Sakti Umum Kota Banjar will also increase. (2) Knowledge management has a positive effect on employee performance at BLUD Rumah Sakti Umum Kota Banjar. This means that if knowledge management is improved, employee performance at BLUD Rumah Sakti Umum Kota Banjar will also improve. (3) Talent management and knowledge management have a positive effect on employee performance at BLUD Rumah Sakti Umum Kota Banjar. This means that if talent management and knowledge management are improved, employee performance at BLUD Rumah Sakti Umum Kota Banjar will also improve.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the less than optimal performance of the organization which is marked by the less than optimal achievement of the planned work targets according to the time and proportion that has been set. The less than optimal performance of the organization is thought to be caused by the less effective conflict management and low work culture in the Pangandaran port office. Conflict management managed by the leadership is less effective in controlling the running of the organization which is full of conflicts between employees, both openly and secretly. Employees at the Pangandaran port office seem to form groups that create a gap so that there is no compact cooperation among employees in carrying out their main tasks and work programs. The purpose of this study is to determine how conflict management affects organizational performance, how work culture affects organizational performance, and how conflict management and work culture affect organizational performance. The method used in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method. To analyze it, statistical correlation and multiple regression test data analysis was used using SPSS version 22.00. The results of the study obtained provide the conclusion that conflict management has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, work culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, and conflict management and work culture have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low motivation of employees in carrying out their main tasks and functions. This can be seen from the lack of enthusiasm of employees in carrying out their duties and the lack of obsession to progress. This low employee motivation is thought to be caused by two factors, namely, less than optimal career planning and the unclear arrangement of career development for employees who are considered to have achieved. The purpose of this study is to determine how career planning affects employee work motivation, how career development affects employee work motivation, and how career planning and development together affect employee work motivation. The method used in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method. To analyze it, correlation and multiple regression statistical test data analysis was used using SPSS version 22.00. The results of the study obtained provide the conclusion that career planning has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, and career planning and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation.

This study aims to study, know, and analyze (1) The effect of job promotion on job satisfaction of Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit Personnel. (2) The effect of remuneration on the job satisfaction of Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit Personnel. (3) The effect of position promotion and remuneration on job satisfaction of Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit Personnel. The method used in this study is explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Position promotion has a positive effect on job satisfaction in the Personnel of the Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit. This means that if the promotion of the position is increased, then job satisfaction in the Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit Personnel will also increase. (2) Remuneration has a positive effect on job satisfaction in the Personnel of the Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit. This means that if the remuneration is increased, then job satisfaction in the Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit Personnel will also increase. This study aims to study, know, and analyze (1) The effect of workload on the performance of immunization officers at health centers in the working area of the Banjar City Health Office. (2) The effect of education and training on the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the Working Area of the Banjar City Health Office. (3) The effect of workload and training education on the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the Working Area of the Banjar City Health Office. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the data analysis technique is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) The workload at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office is very high. With the highest score on the physical demand indicator and the lowest score on the task demand indicator. The workload has a positive effect on the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office. This means that if the workload is increased, the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office will also increase. (2) Training education at Puskesmas in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office is very high. With the highest score on the behavior indicator and the lowest value on the reaction indicator. Training education has a positive effect on the performance of immunization officers at health centers in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office. This means that if training education is improved, the performance of immunization officers at health centers in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office will also increase. (3) The performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office is very high. With the highest value on the quantity indicator produced and the lowest value on the reaction indicator. Workload and training education have a positive effect on the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office. Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of initial observations that the quality of public services in birth certificate services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ciamis Regency still needs to be improved, considering the number of people who still do not have birth certificates is still large. Supporting infrastructure for services that are less noticed. This is evidenced by the lack of respect from the government in this case is the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ciamis Regency, in relation to the facilities and infrastructure of service providers. Not infrequently when people need birth certificates, there are no forms provided by the government to print birth certificates. The low public satisfaction with government services can also be seen from the quality of population services, there are still many complaints from the public regarding the quality of services of these agencies such as making certificates is still difficult and takes a long time compared to the normal time for completion, which can be more than a day. Therefore, many people will complain of irritation with the public services they receive. The influence of the quality of public services on Public Satisfaction. needs to be followed up. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method. The results of the study show that service quality has an effect on public satisfaction, with a level of influence in the sufficient category. This shows that service quality has a positive effect on public satisfaction. With quality service, it will open up opportunities to obtain maximum public satisfaction. Facilities and infrastructure have an effect on public satisfaction, with a level of influence in the sufficient category. This shows that facilities and infrastructure have a positive effect on public satisfaction. With the existence of facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of services, it will open up opportunities to obtain maximum public satisfaction. The quality of service and facilities and infrastructure have an effect on public satisfaction, with a level of influence in the sufficient category. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine and describe (1) the competence, motivation, and performance of employees of the Ciamis Regency Statistics Agency, (2) the influence of competence on employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Statistics Agency, (3) the influence of motivation on employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Statistics Agency, and (4) the influence of competence and motivation on employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Statistics Agency. With the formulation of the problem how the research objectives are formulated. The method used in this study is descriptive and verification research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions were obtained. The competence of BPS employees based on respondents is included in the good category, with the highest indicator being the attitude indicator with an average score of 144.33 or 78.01% (in the good category) while the lowest average score occurred in the knowledge indicator of 135 or 72.97% (in the good category). The results of data processing show that the competence of BPS employees has a positive effect on employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Statistics Agency. This means that if there is an increase in competence and motivation, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance. With competence and motivation that continue to increase, employee performance will increase further. The work motivation of BPS employees based on respondents is included in the good category, with the work motivation indicator being the indicator of the need for power with the highest average score of 148 or 80% in the good category while the lowest average score is in the indicator of the need for achievement of 145 or 78.70% in the good category. If presented as a whole, the respondents' responses to work motivation are 77.89% when compared to table 4.28. then it is in the 4th interval which means that the respondents' responses to employee performance are included in the good category. The results of data processing show that employee work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. This means that if there is an increase in competence and motivation, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance. With increasing competence and motivation, employee performance will increase. Competence and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. This means that if there is an increase in competence and motivation, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance. With increasing competence and motivation, employee performance will increase.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the performance of employees in the Provincial Revenue Service Office of the Tasikmalaya District who were less likely to experience good improvement. Therefore research is needed in order to find the factors that influence employee performance. Variables that are thought to influence employee performance are employee competence, employee work discipline and work environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of employee competencies partially on employee performance, work discipline partially on employee performance, work environment partially on employee performance and employee competencies, work discipline and work environment simultaneously on employee performance. The subject of this study was the Provincial Revenue Service of the Tasikmalaya Regency Region with a population of all employees in the scope of the Provincial Revenue Office of the Tasikmalaya Regency. sampling from the population using a random sampling system or random sample with 35 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program ver. 20. The results of this study indicate that employee competence partially has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline partially has no significant effect on employee performance, the work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance, and employee competence, work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on performance of Tasikmalaya Regency Provincial Revenue Service staff employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of Ciamis Regency. In this study, the author used a quantitative research method, including subject selection, data collection techniques (such as questionnaires, observation and interviews). With the measurement scale used in this study is Likert. With the sampling technique using the total sampling technique, namely all employees of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of Ciamis Regency in 2019 as many as 44 people. The results of the study showed that 1). There is an influence of competence on employee performance, the correlation coefficient value (R) of 0.767 means that the better the employee's competence, the employee's performance will increase, 2). There is an influence of motivation on employee performance, the correlation coefficient value (R) of 0.633 means that the better the motivation, the employee's performance will increase, 3). There is an influence of work discipline on employee performance, the correlation coefficient value (R) of 0.672 means that the better the work discipline, the employee's performance will increase, 4). There is an Influence of Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance, the correlation coefficient value (R) is 0.839, meaning that the better the Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline, the more effective the employee performance will be. Based on the calculation, it is known that F count 31.785> F table 3.23, so the relationship between X1, X2, X3 and Y is significant. In other words, the hypothesis proposed by the author can be accepted because it has been statistically tested.
