Abstract

The Population and Civil Registration Office of Ciamis Regency is located in the administrative area of the Ciamis regency government. The Ciamis Regency Population and Civil Registration Office was formed through Ciamis Regency Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2016 concerning the Establishment and Structuring of Regional Apparatus and Ciamis Regent Regulation No. 48 of 2016 concerning Duties, Functions, and Work Procedures of Organizational Elements of the Population and Civil Registration Office. The object of this study is the employees of the Ciamis Regency Population and Civil Registration Office, which is 57 employees. The problems faced in this study include (1) How Organizational Culture Affects Employee Performance; (2) How does work motivation affect employee performance; (3) How the Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. The research method used is a descriptive method of analysis with a quantitative approach and a correlational research design. Primary and secondary data sources with questionnaire data collection tools. Correlation data analysis technique with multiple regression. Based on the results of statistical testing, it was concluded that the variables of organizational culture and work motivation had a joint or simultaneous effect on employee performance. In this study, the employee performance variable can be explained by the variables of organizational culture and work motivation by 76%, while the rest is explained by other variables outside the model, this shows that the relationship is included in a very strong category.

Abstract

The study focuses on the Influence of Emotional Intelligence, Compensation and Competence on Employee Commitment (Case Study of the Ciamis Regency Education Office) the problems that arise in the company are caused by this. The problems faced in this study include: 1) How does emotional intelligence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 2) How is financing for employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 3) How is competence related to employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 4) How does emotional intelligence, competence and competence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? The objectives of this study are 1). To find out how emotional intelligence affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office, 2). To find out how compensation affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office; 3). To find out how competence affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office, 4) To find out how emotional intelligence, competence and competence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office. The study uses a descriptive design analysis method with a survey technique. To process the data used Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Multiple Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient. Emotional intelligence towards employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office with the results of multiple regression tests for the emotional intelligence variable obtained a regression coefficient or β1 of 0.893 which has a positive relationship level to employee performance. This is in line with the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the correlation can be said to be significant if the Sig. Value <a (alpa) the calculation results above with a (alpa) = 5% or 0.05 while the Sig. value for the emotional intelligence variable (X1) is 0.000. So from the results of the calculation it turns out that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on employee commitment.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled THE EFFECT OF COMPETENCY, MOTIVATION AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES OF THE INVESTMENT AND ONE-DOOR INTEGRATED SERVICE OFFICE OF CIAMIS REGENCY. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of Ciamis Regency. In this study, the author used a quantitative research method, including subject selection, data collection techniques (such as questionnaires, observation and interviews). With the measurement scale used in this study is Likert. With the sampling technique using the total sampling technique, namely all employees of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of Ciamis Regency in 2019 as many as 44 people. The results of the study showed that 1). There is an influence of competence on employee performance, the correlation coefficient value (R) is 0.767, meaning that the better the employee's competence, the employee's performance will increase, 2). There is an influence of motivation on employee performance, the correlation coefficient value (R) is 0.633, meaning that the better the motivation, the more employee performance will increase, 3). There is an influence of work discipline on employee performance, the correlation coefficient value (R) is 0.672, meaning that the better the work discipline, the more employee performance will increase, 4). There is an Influence of Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance, the correlation coefficient value (R) is 0.839, meaning that the better the Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline, the more effective the employee performance will be. Based on the calculation, it is known that F count 31.785> F table 3.23, so the relationship between X1, X2, X3 and Y is significant. In other words, the hypothesis that the author proposes can be accepted because it has been statistically tested.

(2) How does BNI ATM service influence in terms of reliability on the level of customer satisfaction at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch? (3) How does BNI ATM service influence in terms of responsiveness on the level of customer satisfaction at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch? (4) How does BNI ATM service influence in terms of assurance on the level of customer satisfaction at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch? (5) How does BNI ATM service influence in terms of empathy on the level of customer satisfaction at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch? (6) How does BNI ATM service influence which consists of direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on the level of customer satisfaction at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch? The purpose of this study was to study, determine, and analyze the influence of ATM services (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on the level of customer satisfaction at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. The method used in this study was an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis was validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Tangibles have a positive effect on the level of customer satisfaction at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. This means that if tangibles are increased, the level of customer satisfaction will also increase. (2) Reliability has a positive effect on the level of customer satisfaction at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. This means that if reliability is increased, the level of customer satisfaction will also increase. (3) Responsiveness has a positive effect on the level of customer satisfaction at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. This means that if responsiveness is increased, the level of customer satisfaction will also increase. (4) Assurance has a positive effect on the level of customer satisfaction at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. This means that if direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are increased, then the level of customer satisfaction will also increase. (5) Empathy has a positive effect on the level of customer satisfaction at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. This means that if empathy is increased, then the level of customer satisfaction will also increase. (6) Direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a positive effect on the level of customer satisfaction at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. This means that if direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are increased, then the level of customer satisfaction will also increase.

The problems faced in this study include (1) How does the service quality component influence in terms of direct evidence (tangibles) on the satisfaction of KUR product debtors at PT Bank BNI (TBK) KC Bandung? (2) How does the service quality component influence in terms of reliability on the satisfaction of KUR product debtors at PT Bank BNI (TBK) KC Bandung? (3) How does the service quality component influence in terms of responsiveness on the satisfaction of KUR product debtors at PT Bank BNI (TBK) KC Bandung? (4) How does the service quality component influence in terms of assurance on the satisfaction of KUR product debtors at PT Bank BNI (TBK) KC Bandung? (5) How does the service quality component influence in terms of empathy on the satisfaction of KUR product debtors at PT Bank BNI (TBK) KC Bandung? (6) How do the service quality components consisting of direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy influence the satisfaction of KUR product debtors at PT Bank BNI (TBK) KC Bandung? The purpose of this study is to study, find out, and analyze the influence of service quality components consisting of direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on the satisfaction of KUR product debtors at PT Bank BNI (TBK) KC Bandung. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis, namely validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Direct evidence (tangibles) has a positive effect on debtor satisfaction. This means that if direct evidence (tangibles) is increased, then debtor satisfaction will also increase. (2) Reliability has a positive effect on debtor satisfaction. This means that if reliability is increased, then debtor satisfaction will also increase. (3) Responsiveness has a positive effect on debtor satisfaction. This means that if responsiveness is increased, then debtor satisfaction will also increase. (4) Assurance has a positive effect on debtor satisfaction. This means that if direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are increased, then debtor satisfaction will also increase. (5) Empathy has a positive effect on the level of debtor satisfaction. This means that if empathy is increased, then debtor satisfaction will also increase. (6) Direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a positive effect on debtor satisfaction. This means that if direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are increased, then debtor satisfaction will also increase.

Abstract

This study was initiated because of the problem of decreasing employee work motivation. So the purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of employee status on employee work motivation at the Pangandaran Regency Agriculture Service. To determine and analyze the effect of employee status and employee competence on employee work motivation at the Pangandaran Regency Agriculture Service, the method used in this study is quantitative descriptive research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions are obtained. Employee status has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation at the Pangandaran Regency Agriculture Service. This shows that if employee status increases, employee work motivation at the Pangandaran Regency Agriculture Service will increase. Employee competence has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation at the Pangandaran Regency Agriculture Service. This shows that if employee competence continues to increase, employee work motivation at the Pangandaran Regency Agriculture Service will increase. Employee status and employee competence have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation at the Pangandaran Regency Agriculture Service. If the employee status and employee competency are implemented properly, then employee work motivation at the Pangandaran Regency Agriculture Service will increase.

Abstract

PT Catur Bina Guna Persada continues to improve its performance in accordance with its vision, namely building a healthy business climate with integrity, creativity and innovation. However, the reality is still not in accordance with what the company expects, there are various obstacles that occur such as organizational culture, low competence and high workloads are suspected to be factors that cause employee performance to be less than optimal. This study aims to determine and analyze the extent of the influence of organizational culture, competence and workload on the performance of employees of the PT Catur Guna Bina Persada KSO Supervision Consultant on the Leuwikeris Dam project in Ciamis Regency and Tasikmalaya Regency. Therefore, this study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory method. This study uses primary data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to employees of the PT Catur Guna Bina Persada KSO Supervision Consultant on the Leuwikeris Dam project in Ciamis Regency and Tasikmalaya Regency. The statistical method used is path analysis assisted by SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) Version 16.0 for Windows. Based on the calculation results obtained the R2 (R Square) figure, the influence of organizational culture, competence and workload on the performance of employees of the Supervision Consultant PT Catur Guna Bina Persada KSO on the Leuwikeris Dam project in Ciamis Regency and Tasikmalaya Regency is 49.6%, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance is 0.067%, the influence of competence on employee performance is 20.34%, the influence of workload on employee performance is 18.23%. Based on the hypothesis test, the results are that there is an influence of organizational culture, competence and workload on the performance of Supervision Consultant Employees of PT Catur Guna Bina Persada KSO on the Leuwikeris Dam project in Ciamis Regency and Tasikmalaya Regency, both partially and simultaneously. ational economy. This study aims to determine and describe the role of BUMDes in increasing village original income and utilizing village potential in Ciamis District. With the formulation of the problem how is the role of BUMDes in increasing village original income and utilizing village potential in Ciamis District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. While data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Based on the results of the study and discussion, the following are concluded. The role of BUMDes in increasing Village Original Income in Ciamis District seen from three indicators, namely increasing village cash, emerging SMEs and increasing investment, has been in accordance with the provisions, although there are still many shortcomings. The role of BUMDes in Utilizing Village Potential in Ciamis District is seen from the aspect of being carried out through data collection and initial studies of available potential data to determine objects that can be utilized. Conducting field surveys to collect data that will be used as material in mapping potential and problems as well as facilities that will be implemented. Conducting studies through tabulation and analysis of collected data using established analysis methods. Determining the priority scale of potential to be developed based on needs, costs and benefits from the development results.

Abstract

The essence of the problem in this research is that the performance of employees at PT Fuzi Citra Mandiri has not been optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, the effect of work ethic on employee performance, the influence of work discipline and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Fuzi Citra Mandiri. This study used descriptive analytical method with a survey approach, quantitative methods, data collection techniques namely observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, correlation test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the discussion show that the effect of work discipline on employee performance is 96.2%, the effect of work ethic on employeeperformance is 54.2% and the influence of work discipline and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Fuzi Citra Mandiri is 67.4% and there are still 32.6% other factors. The results of testing the hypothesis that f count = 6.133 and f table = 3.35, the hypothesis which states that simultaneously work discipline and work ethic have an influence on employee performance at PT. Fuzi Citra Mandiri

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the self-assessment system on individual taxpayer compliance. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. This research uses primary data sourced from KPP Pratama Subang. The sample used was 100 samples, the sample was determined using the slovin formula. Data collection techniques were obtained from observations and questionnaires. Then tested the validity, reliability, classic assumption test, simple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the normality test for the two research variables are a significant value of 0.061 > 0.05, so it can be concluded that the residual values ​​are normal distribution. The results of the heteroscedasticity test on the research variables were a significant value of 0.181 > 0.05. The results of a simple regression analysis between the effect of the self-assessment system (X) on the individual taxpayer compliance variable (Y) show that the regression coefficient is 0.349 and the constant value is 52.902. Thus the regression equation obtained is Y = 52.902 + 0.349 X. Where X is the self assessment system and Y is the compliance of individual taxpayers. The test results show that the self-assessment system and Y is individual taxpayer compliance. The test results show that the self-assessment system has an effect on individual taxpayer compliance. From the results of hypothesis testing, the t test produces tcount 4.926 > ttable 1.984. Thus it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted and the significant value is 0.000, which means it is smaller (<) than 0.05. This means that there is a relationship between the self-assessment system and individual taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine human resource competency in improving employee performance. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained directly from informants, namely employees of Bank Woori Saudara KCP Sumedang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling which was analyzed through dimensions and indicators. The results of the research show that human resource competency in improving employee performance carried out by Bank Woori Saudara KCP Sumedang is good, although in several indicators employee competency is still found to be optimal and needs to be improved again. Then it was also found that some employees were too focused on the target tasks given, without balancing it with their potential, which also had an impact on performance.
