Abstract

Sumber daya manusia berperan penting sebagai penggerak dan penentu jalannya suatu organisasi. Keberhasilan suatu oraganisasi dalam pencapai tujuan yang diharapkan bergantung pada orang-orang yang berada pada lingkungan organisasi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja pada pegawai Desa Karang Anyar Kebupaten Lampung Timur berjumlah 66 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Desa Karang Anyar Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Sampel diambil dengan teknik sampling jenuh, teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi liner berganda, uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji f), dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Desa Karang Anyar Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Adapun efikasi diri secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Desa Karang Anyar Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Adapun motivasi dan efikasi diri dalam penelitian ini secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Desa Karang Anyar Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data yang menunjukan nilai 25.845 > 3.938 dari probabilitas 0.000 lebih kecil dari 0.005.

Abstract

The plantation sub-sector is an important part of national development. One of the plantation commodities widely managed by small industries is coconut sugar, with raw materials derived from coconut trees. In Labuhan Ratu District, many small household industries are engaged in the production and processing of coconut sugar. This processing is done using coconut plants that have not been intensively cultivated. It is known that the average cost incurred by tenant farmers and landowner farmers is IDR 96,000 per week, with a production output of 1 quintal of brown sugar and a rental cost of IDR 70,000 per tree per year. This study aims to determine the income differences between landowner farmers and tenant farmers in the coconut sugar business in Labuhan Ratu District, East Lampung. The data collection techniques used include observation, documentation, and interviews. The study population consists of 100 coconut sugar entrepreneurs in Labuhan Ratu District, with the same sample size using the saturated sampling technique. Data analysis results show that at a 5% error level with 98 degrees of freedom, the t-table value is 1.66055, while the calculated t-value is 2.770. Because the calculated t-value (2.770) t-table value (1.66055), the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, meaning there is a difference in income between landowner farmers and tenant farmers in the coconut sugar business in Labuhan Ratu District, East Lampung. Landowner farmers have higher incomes than tenant farmers because the income of tenant farmers must be shared among group members or partnerships, whereas the income of landowner farmers is entirely owned by one individual.

Abstract

The advancement of the times, marked by progress in science and technology, has had a profound impact on human life. As thinking beings, humans continuously strive to develop various aspects of life to improve their quality of living. This process of change is ongoing, especially in the agricultural sector, which plays a crucial role in human life, and in industries such as PT. Great Giant Pineapple, one of the largest fruit plantation companies in Indonesia that has exported its pineapple products to nearly every corner of the world. The objective of this study is to determine and analyze the differences in Work In Progress (WIP) costs before and after the implementation of mechanization in the Banana Department at PT. Great Giant Pineapple PG4. The data used in this study are quantitative, and the methods for data collection include documentation and interviews. For data analysis, a two-sample independent t-test was employed. The results of the data analysis show that the Sig. (2-tailed) value from the Independent Samples Test table is 0.014, which is less than 0.05. Based on the decision criteria for the t-test, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, indicating that there is a significant difference in WIP costs before and after the implementation of mechanization at PT. Great Giant Pineapple PG4 Banana Department. Prior to mechanization, there was an overcost of IDR 1,674,000,000, which was reduced to IDR 749,998,500 after mechanization, resulting in a total saving of IDR 924,001,500. This reduction is attributed to the shift from using 12 manual laborers to just 1 laborer operating a machine, which cut down the workforce by 11 people and simultaneously increased productivity and quality, processing land from 1 hectare to 7 hectares.

Abstract

Perkembangan, mutu dan progresi lembaga pendidikan tidak bisa dipisahkan dari peran Kepala Satuan Pendidikan. Kepala Sekolah menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan Satuan Pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan bagaimana pola kepemimpinan melayani dan praktik baik pada peningkatan Rapor Pendidikan di SMK Islam YPI 2 Way Jepara. Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode case study melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Islam YPI 2 Way Jepara dengan melibatkan Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Guru, Karyawan dan Peserta Didik sebagai subjek penelitian dalam wawancara. Di sisi lain, peneliti juga menggunakan data primer yaitu Rapor Pendidikan selama tiga tahun terakhir, didukung dengan data sekunder data-data dalam Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Kepala Sekolah menerapkan pola Kepemimpinan Melayani dalam tiga aspek; Aspek Hubungan Teman Sejawat, Aspek Perilaku Sehari-hari dan Aspek Profesionalisme. (2) Kepemimpinan Melayani ditunjukan dalam proses Identifikasi akar masalah, Refleksi Program dan Benahi dalam rangka Perencanaan Berbasis Data pada Rapor Pendidikan. (3) Satuan Pendidikan berhasil menaikan capaian dari tiga indikator utama pada tahun berikutnya. Pola Kepemimpinan Melayani dapat diadaptasi oleh Satuan Pendidikan lainnya dalam melibatkan warga sekolah sebagai upaya meningkatkan Mutu dan Kinerja Sekolah dalam Platform Rapor Pendidikan.

Abstract

AbstractThis study examines the impact of toxic workplace environments and negative workplace gossip on information concealing among lecturers. Furthermore, this research also investigates the influence of spirituality in the workplace from an Islamic standpoint as a moderating factor. This study centres on the academicians of private universities in Lampung, Indonesia. Data collection was conducted by delivering questionnaires to participants through both offline and online channels. The software application for data analysis is Jeffreys's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP). These results indicate a positive correlation between toxic workplace environments, unfavourable gossip, and knowledge hiding. Hence, it has been shown that workplace spirituality moderates the relationships inside toxic workplace environments. Negative workplace gossip correlates favourably with knowledge hiding. This study enhances the existing body of knowledge on social exchange theory by providing empirical evidence that validates the existence of social exchange in interpersonal interactions among academicians.

Abstract

The economic movement of a nation is actually supported by various sectors, including Islamic microfinance institutions. This study aims to determine whether compensation and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance at Baitut Tamwil Muhammadiyah (BTM) Braja Harjosari, East Lampung. The population in this study were all employees of BTM Sakinatul Ummah Braja Harjosari, East Lampung. Samples were taken using a saturated sampling technique of 18 people. Data analysis procedures used for statistical analysis include t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination (R2), and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study indicate that (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.026 <0.05, (2) Motivation does not have a positive effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.192> 0.05 (4) Compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance simultaneously with a significance value of 0.003 <0.05.

Abstract

The challenges of an increasingly competitive era make organizations need to look for an approach that is systematic, comprehensive, and adaptive so as to make the organization survive. In addition to the resource factors that support organizational performance, the role of culture as a value and system adopted by all human resources in the organization plays an important role. Organizational culture can be a guide for the organization in carrying out its operations because the truth value also shows the norms adopted in an organization. This study aims to explore the types of culture that are in accordance with the character of increasingly complex challenges for organizations. Qualitative research is used for this research by searching for appropriate literature using an electronic database on organizational culture in the 2018-2022 period which is found in Google Scholar. The results of the study show that implementing an adaptive organizational culture is an effective choice of organizational culture because it allows members to recognize environmental threats and develop solutions to change quickly. In addition, an adaptive organizational culture enables the organization to act in the best interests of the organization by responding appropriately, thereby increasing the organization's chances of survival while enhancing performance.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ilmiah merupakan bagian dari tanggung jawab akademisi, termasuk mahasiswa. Namun, kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menulis karya ilmiah masih tergolong rendah, sehingga mereka sering menghadapi hambatan dalam proses penyusunan dan publikasi artikel ilmiah. Salah satu solusi yang efektif untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah melalui sosialisasi dan pendampingan yang intensif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melatih mahasiswa agar dapat memahami strategi menulis karya ilmiah dengan memanfaatkan studi literatur. Kegiatan yang diikuti oleh 64 mahasiswa dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Institut Bakti Nusantara ini dilakukan dengan format penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai penulisan artikel ilmiah yang berbasis studi literatur. Selain itu, mahasiswa juga terlihat lebih termotivasi untuk segera memulai proses penulisan setelah mengikuti kegiatan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk menelaah pengaruh servant leadership dan budaya organisasi adaptif terhadap kompetensi literasi digital guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) di Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Kajian ini berangkat dari permasalahan terkait masih rendahnya kompetensi digital guru yang berdampak pada kualitas pembelajaran yang kurang inovatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei digunakan dalam kajian ini dengan melibatkan seluruh populasi guru MIN sebanyak 103 orang dengan 100 data sampel yang layak dianalisis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kompetensi literasi digital guru. Demikian pula, budaya organisasi adaptif memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi tersebut. Uji simultan memperkuat temuan bahwa kedua variabel independen tersebut memiliki pengaruh secara bersamaan dan berkontribusi signifikan dalam mengembangkan literasi digital guru. Temuan ini mengindikasikan signifikansi peran kepemimpinan serta budaya organisasi yang adaptif dalam mendorong peningkatan mutu sumber daya manusia pada sektor pendidikan
