Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kemampuan peserta didik menginterpretasikan data dalam bentuk grafik pada materi Hukum Newton kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Tinambung, populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Tinambung tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 229 orang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 136 diambil dari populasi. Metode pengambilan data dengan pemberian teks berupa soal essay. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa kemampuan peserta didik menginterpretasikan data dalam bentuk grafik pada materi hukum newton menunjukkan sebanyak 72,06% tidak mampu, 22,06% cukup mampu dan 5,88% sangat tidak mampu, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kamampuan peserta didik masih berada pada kategori tidak mampu.Kata kunci:, Interpetasi Data, GrafikIdentifikasi Kemampuan Menginterpretasikan Grafik Hukum Newton Kelas X SMAN 1 Tinambung

Abstract

ABSTRAKHarianti (CIA1 12 003), Kewenangan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Terhadap Pengawasan Pada Sektor Perbankan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, dibimbing oleh Muh. Amir dan Makmur Kambolong.Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pelaksanaan kewenangan OtoritasJasa Keuangan sebagai lembaga pengawas perbankan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah Kantor Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Tehnik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah Penelitian kepustakaan (libraryresearch), Mengakses website dan situs-situs yang menyediakan informasi yang berkaitan dengan masalah dalam penelitian, dan Penelitian lapangan (field research). Adapun tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kewenangan sektor perbankan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, berdasarkan sub variabel sebagaimana dalam kerangka penelitian yakni, menggunakan dimensi seperti kewenangan prosedural dan kewenangan substansial. Pengawasan sektor perbankan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara adapun uraian dimensi-dimensi yakni dimensi pengawasan langsung dan pengawasan tidak langsung.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan tugas dan wewenang Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Provinsi Sulawesi tenggara dalam hal pengawasan perbankan yang berkaitan dengan aspek microprudential seperti kelembagaan, kegiatan usaha, dan penilaian tingkat kesehatan telah berjalan dengan baik sesuai yang telah ditetapkan dengan Pasal7Undang-Undang Nomor21Tahun 2011. Keberhasilan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara sebagai lembaga pengawas bank di daerah Sulawesi Tenggara tidak akan berjalan dengan sendirinya hanya dengan re-organisasi atau pemisahan fungsi pengawasan dari banksentral, maka dari itu dengan menjadi suatu lembaga yang berintegritas tinggi, dinamis, policy-driven,berkemampuan riset yang kuat, forward looking, dan market friendly serta senantiasa belajar (learning organization) pada akhirnya akan berhasil melaksanakan tugas yang diamanatkan oleh rakyat dan menjadi lembaga yang kompeten dan independen.Kata Kunci : Kewenangan Otoritas, Pengawasan perbankan.

Abstract

The price of Rabbitfish fish at the consumer level for each region is quite different. This study aims to analyze distribution patterns and marketing margins of Rabbitfish fish. This research is classified as a qualitative type with a survey method by distributing questionnaires. Respondents consisted of 20 fishermen, 20 collectors, 15 retailers and 5 consumers and 5 restaurants. The results of this study indicate that there are four distribution patterns, namely (1) direct fishermen to final consumers, (2) fishermen to collectors to final consumers, (3) fishermen to collectors, to retailers to final consumers and (4) fishermen to collectors, to wholesalers, to retailers, to final consumers. The marketing margin on the first marketing channel is IDR 5,000/kg, the second is IDR 5,000/kg, the third is IDR 15,000/kg and the fourth is IDR. 20,000/kg. The longer the marketing channel, the higher the margin earned.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the effect of salting methods with different concentrations on the quality and organoleptic value of salted barracuda fish (Sphyraena barracuda). This research was conducted from June to July 2020 at the Sumpang Binangae Fish Port, Mangempang Village, Barru Regency. The research method used was an experimental method with four treatments, namely treatment A (salting barracuda with 15% salt concentration), treatment B (salting barracuda with a dry method using 20% salt concentration), treatment C (salting barracuda with a wet method using 15% salt concentration), and treatment D (salting barracuda with a wet method using 20% salt concentration and soaked for six hours). Data analysis used the ANOVA test. The results showed that the highest average value of waer content in sample C was 28.16%. The highest average values of ash and salt content in sample B were 22.11% and 12.38%. The highest average ALT value in sample C was 1.1x104 colonies, while the highest average organoleptic value was in sample D 8.67. This study concludes that the salting of salted barracuda has a significant effect on water content, ash content, salt content, and ALT. The results of the ANOVA for the organoleptic value in terms of appearance, smell, texture, and taste had a significant effect while the organoleptic value of fungi had no significant affected.

Abstract

Calcium is a mineral that can be found in the shells of sea urchins. Calcium supplementation in pill form is commonly encountered within the community, derived from both animal and vegetable sources. The objective of this study is to investigate the physico-chemical properties of calcium derived from the shells of the sea urchin species Diadema setosum. The research was conducted between April 2023 and June 2023, involving sample collection on BarrangLompo Island and subsequent testing at the Chemical Laboratory of Pangkep State Agricultural Polytechnic. The study methodology employed entailed conducting experiments within a controlled laboratory setting where distinct treatment media were utilized. Specifically, the treatments employed were denoted as Treatment A, characterized by a temperature of 1000 °C, and Treatment B, characterized by a temperature of 500 °C.The findings of the study conducted on calcium derived from sea urchin shells (Diadema setosum) revealed that the calcium exhibited two distinct colors, namely dark brown and light brown. Additionally, some samples possessed an odor, while others were odorless. Furthermore, the texture of the calcium was observed to be smooth. The average yield values for treatment A and treatment B were determined to be 1.49 and 1.80, respectively. Moreover, the average water content values for treatment A and treatment B were found to be 1.29 and 1.06, respectively. Lastly, the average calcium content values for treatment A and treatment B were measured to be 83.30 and 78.20, respectively. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it is evident that there is no statistically significant disparity observed in the yield, water content, or calcium content of sea urchin shell calcium flour (Diadema setosum).

Abstract

The variety of processed fish products is very important to increase the selling value and standard of consumer tastes so as not to cause a feeling of saturation with pre-existing products. One of processed fish products is kastengel cake. The aim is to provide the knowledge and skills of fishermen's wives in processing fishery products into kastengel cakes. The method used in service activities is counseling and direct practice. Counseling on the production of tuna nuggets was held on Thursday, 20 November 2022 in Sampulangan Village, Takalar Regency. The results of the activity are processed tuna fish products, namely kastengel cakes with high taste and nutritional value.

Abstract

Ikan bandeng merupakan salah satu ikan yang menjadi komoditas unggulan yang memiliki kandungan protein yang sangat tinggi. Pemanfaatan ikan bandeng sebagai bahan baku  baku produk olahan antara lain nugget, bakso, pempek, siomay, otak-otak ikan telah banyak dilakukan.  Ikan bandeng memiliki kelemahan bila dikonsumsi langsung dengan adanya tulang dan duri yang cukup banyak di dalam tubuhnya sehingga sebagian masyarakat tidak mengonsumsinya.  Upaya meningkatkan konsumsi bandeng dengan membuang semua duri yang ada melalui pelatihan penerapan teknologi pengolahan bandeng tanpa duri. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat melalui kegitan penyuluhan dan pelatihan ini berdampak positif dalam peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Ibu-ibu pengurus dan anggota Majelis Taklim Al-Fattah Sudiang Makassar terkait manfaat dan nutrisi ikan bandeng, teknologi diversifikasi pengolahan bandeng tanpa duri, dan teknik pengolahan bandeng tanpa duri. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini telah mendukung program pemerintah dalam hal ini Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan yaitu Program Gemarikan (Gerakan Memasyarakatkan Makan Ikan). Peserta sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dan berharap agar selanjutnya diadakan lagi kegiatan pelatihan diversifikasi pengolahan berbahan baku ikan bandeng tanpa duri

Abstract

The presence of bank financial institutions and non-bank financial institutions means that people have many alternative choices of providers of financial capital. The community is given freedom and flexibility in determining financial institutions that suit their needs and capabilities in repaying loan funds to help with financial needs. This was utilized by BRI and Pegadaian Nunukan. This research aims to determine the mechanism for lending funds to BRI and Pegadaian Nunukan Branch, and to determine the effectiveness of lending funds between BRI and Pegadaian Nunukan Branch. This research is qualitative research, using observation, interviews and documentation as data collection methods. The data obtained was then compared using descriptive comparative methods. The results of this research can be concluded that BRI and Pegadaian Nunukan Branch have their respective advantages. Pegadaian has the advantage of lower interest and fines compared to BRI. Meanwhile, BRI has the advantage of a larger loan limit, namely up to 50 million, can be repaid in a maximum of 5 years and without using collateral. If a customer wants to apply for a loan of 10 million or less, the Nunukan Branch Pegadaian will be more effective for borrowing funds because the interest at the Nunukan Branch Pegadaian is lower compared to the BRI Nunukan Branch. Apart from interest, the fines charged if customers are late in paying installments are also lower than BRI Nunukan Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the accounting treatment of zakat at the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Nunukan Regency in accordance with the implementation of PSAK 109. Using a qualitative descriptive method with a comparative analysis approach, the study finds that BAZNAS Nunukan generally complies with PSAK 109 in terms of recognition, measurement, presentation, disclosure, and financial reporting. Zakat income and expenditure are recognized on a cash basis, aligning with PSAK 109 provisions. Although the agency has not yet received non-cash zakat assets, it applies prevailing market prices for valuation purposes. The agency demonstrates transparency in disclosing the distribution of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah (ZIS) funds, and its financial reports include a statement of financial position, statement of changes in funds, cash flow statement, and notes to the financial statements. However, challenges remain in fully optimizing the efficiency and transparency of zakat management. This study highlights the importance of standardized accounting practices to improve accountability in zakat institutions. Future research is recommended to explore the integration of digital technologies in zakat financial management systems. This study contributes to the development of Islamic financial reporting by reinforcing the relevance of PSAK 109 in enhancing institutional governance and stakeholder trust.
