Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran sejarah dalam pembelajaran tatap muka pasca pandemi covid-19 di SMA Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan evaluasi, faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan evaluasi, serta upaya meningkatkan pelaksanaan evaluasi. Penelitian mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif berbasis metode deskriptif. Sumber data dihimpun dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data berorientasi pada teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisa melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan uji keabsahan menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan evaluasi pembelajaran sejarah pasca pembelajaran daring dilaksanakan mengacu pada prosedur evaluasi pembelajaran meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengolahan, pelaporan, maupun pemanfaatan hasil evaluasi. Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran meliputi kompetensi guru, kondisi intern siswa, dan ketersedian sumber belajar, sedangkan faktor penghambat terkait jumlah kelas dan siswa, keterbatasan alokasi waktu, dan kepedulian orangtua. Upaya meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan dengan membangun sinergi guru dan orangtua siswa, pengembangan asesmen alternatif, dan dukungan kepala sekolah

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the influence of Classroom Action Research and Innovation on Incentives, with Competence serving as the mediating variable. The variables investigated in the research are Classroom Action Research, Innovation, Competence, and Teacher Professionalism. The data collection method employed was a survey conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. The analysis was conducted using Smart PLS 3.2.8 software, specifically utilizing Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis. The research findings is a) Classroom Action Research has a positive and significant impact on teacher professionalism, b) Innovation has a positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism, c) Competence shows a positive and significant association with teacher professionalism, d) Classroom Action Research has a positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism through Competence, e) Innovation has a positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism through Competence. Based on these results, it is recommended that teachers at Mandailing Natal Regency Elementary School prioritize and enhance the influence of Classroom Action Research, Innovation, and Competence on Teacher Professionalism. This will contribute to the overall improvement of teacher professionalism in the school. By emphasizing the importance of Classroom Action Research and Innovation, teachers can enhance their professional development and contribute to the advancement of education quality.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 025 Huraba on the Proclamation of Independence material through the application of the Index Card Match cooperative learning model. The study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which was implemented in two cycles, with each cycle including the planning stage, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 22 fifth-grade students of the 2023/2024 academic year. Data were collected through teacher and student activity observation sheets and learning outcome tests. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results showed that the application of the Index Card Match model was able to improve learning activities and student learning outcomes. The average teacher activity increased from 80.00 in cycle I to 95.71 in cycle II. Student activity also increased from 63.38 to 91.55. Meanwhile, the average student learning outcomes increased from 68.64 in the initial condition to 77.36 in cycle I and 84.55 in cycle II. These findings indicate that the Index Card Match type of cooperative learning model is effective in increasing student activity and learning outcomes on the Proclamation of Independence material in class V of SD Negeri 025 Huraba.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar sebelum dan setelah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe concept song dalam mata pelajaran IPS materi pokok keanekaragaman suku bangsa dan budaya di Indonesia kelas IV SDN 003 Sihepeng. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SDN 003 Sihepeng. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitianditunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum menggunakan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe concept song secara klasikal hanya mencapai 35% atau 6 peserta didik yang tuntas, dan 11 peserta didik atau 65% yang belum tuntas. Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe concept song di kelas IV SDN 003 Sihepeng adalah guru menulis teks lagu sesuai materi di papan tulis, guru membimbing peserta didik menyanyikan lagu secara bersama-sama dengan berulang-ulang, setelah itu guru meminta peserta didik memaknai isi lagu, guru meminta peserta didik membentuk kelompok, kemudian peserta didik menyampaikan hasil deskripsi kelompoknya dan saling membandingkan dengan kelompok lainnya di depan kelas, guru memberi penjelasan sesuai materi yang ada pada lagu, setelah di akhir pembelajaran guru memberikan evaluasi kepada peserta didik. Hasil belajar peserta didik setelah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe concept song adalah pada siklus I, ketuntasan hasil belajar secara klasikal meningkat menjadi 59% atau 10 peserta didik yang tuntas, dan 7 peserta didik atau 41% yang belum tuntas. Setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus II ketuntasan hasil belajar secara klasikal mencapai 82% atau 14 peserta didik yang telah mencapai KKM yaitu 75 yang sudah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Student management is the arrangement of all student activities related to the proces from the time students enter to the time they leave. Student management activities are part of on educational institution. Student management activities are also an important part that must be constidered in its implemention. This paper raises the title of student answer the question of haw student management improves the quality graduates at MTs Islamiyah Barbaran and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of graduates. The purpose of this reseacrh is do describe and analyze the role of student management in improving the quality of graduates at MTs Islamiyah Barbaran. Student management is an important part of educational management, encompassing planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising all student activities throughout the educational process. Through a qualiative approach, data was collected through observation and interviews with the principal, the deputy principal for curriculum, the deputy principal for student affairs, administration, and students. The results show that student management at MTs Islamiyah Barbaran has been implemented systematically, starting from the new student admission process, character development, academic guidance, to the management of guidance and counseling. These efforts contribute to improving academic achievement, discipline, and the readiness of graduates to continue their education to a higher level. With effeictive management, the madrasag is able to produce graduates who excel not only in cognitive aspects, but also in affective and pysychomotoror aspects.

Abstract

Abstract: This study was motivated by the low early reading ability of second-grade students at SD Negeri 088 Panyabungan. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of the syllable (syllabic) method in improving students’ early reading skills. This study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model, conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were 27 second-grade students. Data were collected through classroom observations and reading ability tests. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis to identify improvements in students’ learning outcomes across the research cycles. The results showed that the implementation of the syllable method significantly improved students’ early reading ability. In the pre-cycle stage, the average score was 61.11 with a learning mastery level of 44% (12 students). After the implementation of Cycle I, the average score increased to 74.6 with a mastery level of 67% (18 students). Improvements in the learning process during Cycle II resulted in a more significant increase, with the average score reaching 80 and the mastery level rising to 89% (24 students). These findings indicate that the syllable method is effective in improving the early reading ability of second-grade students at SD Negeri 088 Panyabungan.Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas II di SD Negeri 088 Panyabungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode silabel dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang mengacu pada model Kemmis dan McTaggart, yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaan tindakan (acting), observasi (observing), dan refleksi (reflecting). Subjek penelitian berjumlah 27 siswa kelas II. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan tes kemampuan membaca, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif untuk melihat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada setiap siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode silabel mampu meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa. Pada tahap pra-siklus, nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 61,11 dengan tingkat ketuntasan belajar 44% (12 siswa). Setelah penerapan tindakan pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 74,6 dengan ketuntasan belajar 67% (18 siswa). Perbaikan pembelajaran pada siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan yang lebih signifikan dengan nilai rata-rata mencapai 80 dan ketuntasan belajar 89% (24 siswa). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode silabel efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas II SD Negeri 088 Panyabungan.
