Abstract

Scientific literacy plays an important role in developing education in the 21st century. However, the current student’s scientific literacy ability is relatively low. The millennial generation has been named as a generation that has an environment-friendly attitude. In cases that occur in the field, many students still litter and are not friendly to the environment. There are no teaching materials that develop scientific literacy and environment-friendly attitudes in implementing STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) with the principles of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This research aims to produce a STEM e-module with the principles of SDGs to improve scientific literacy and environment-friendly attitudes of 11th grade students regarding gender that is valid, practical, and effective. This research is development research (R&D) with the Plomp model. The data analysis results show that the STEM e-module with SDGs principle has a good impact on students' scientific literacy skills and environment-friendly attitudes. The developed e-module can also help students practice scientific literacy and improve a better environment-friendly attitude.

Abstract

Abstract: Educational tourism can be built as a bridge between society and the Islamic Boarding School. It’s also can improve a new entrepreneurship model in Islamic Boarding School. The study used a quantitative approach. The population was about 387 students who were involved as a population in the study. But only 196 people as a sample. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The data collection technique was the psychology scale—data analysis technique with a Pearson correlation statistical model. This study found that: (1) the distribution of mean and percentage of educational tourism perception had not been developed or low; (2) the distribution of min and portion of self-fulfillment of students was high; (3) there was an effect between students' perception about education tourism and their self-fulfillment. Abstrak: Wisata edukasi dapat menjadi jembatan antara masyarakat  dan pondok pesantren yang tidak mengetahui tentang pondok pesantren. Pengembangan pariwisata pesantren memberi ruang terbentuknya kewirausahaan baru di pesantren. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 387 siswa yang dilibatkan sebagai populasi dalam penelitian. Tapi hanya 196 orang sebagai sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi. Teknik analisis data dengan model statistik regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan: (1) sebaran rerata dan persentase persepsi tentang wisata pendidikan belum berkembang atau rendah. (2) sebaran min dan persentase pemenuhan diri siswa tinggi. (3) ada pengaruh antara persepsi siswa tentang wisata pendidikan dengan kemandirian santri.

Abstract

Scientific literacy of students are classified as low because there are no educational material is to form scientific literacy and environmentally friendly attitudes using”principles of sustainable development goals.””It’s purpose”of this research to produce a STEM-based physics e-Module with the principle of sustainable development of scientific literacy for class XI students differences”valid, practical, and effective. This research is research and development (R&D) using the Plomp model and consists of the following three phases:”1) preliminary research 2) prototype development and 3) assessment phase. The STEM-based e-Module use principle of developments according to the laws of thermodynamics and global warming are highly relevant,”verage score of 83.72% with percent validity”studies 77.77% language eligibility 92% and media eligibility 81.4%. The practicality of teachers is 86.66% and students are 85.66% in the very practical category. Efficiency is classified as very effective of 89.5% female students and 88.7% male students.”Scientific literacy test results”for women 82% and men 81% were categorized as very effective.’Based on these results, it can be concluded that the STEM based physics e-Module with the principle of sustainable development on scientific literacy for class XI students is very valid, practical, and effective’.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan Instrumen Asesmen HOTS yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Model pengembangan ini adalah Plomp yang terdiri dari 3 tahap, yaitu penelitian pendahuluan (Preliminary reseach), fase pengembangan atau prototipe (development of prototype phase), dan fase penilaian (Assesment phase). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket validitas, angket praktikalitas, dan angket efektifitas. Uji validitas asesmen HOTS diberikan kepada 3 orang validator ahli dinilai dari aspek materi, media, dan bahasa. Uji praktikalitas asesmen HOTS diberikan kepada 2 orang pendidik fisika dan 20 orang peserta didik dinilai dari aspek kemudahan dan keterbacaan soal dalam pelaksanaan tes. Uji efektifitas diujikan kepada 20 orang peserta didik kelas XI IPA MAN 1 Padang dengan memberikan asesmen HOTS. Hasil penelitian ini telah dihasilkan asesmen HOTS yang valid, praktis dan efektif. asesmen HOTS tersebut valid baik dari segi materi, media dan bahasa dengan nilai rata-rata 87,10% dengan kategori sangat valid. Kepraktisan soal HOTS Fisika tersebut mempunyai nilai rata-rata yaitu 80,6% dengan kategori praktis, sedangkan untuk keefektifan produk dilihat dari segi angket memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 82,6% dengan kategori sangat efektif, sedangkan untuk asesmen HOTS diperoleh efektifitas soal sebesar 79,8% dengan kategori efektif. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Asesmen Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) Berbantuan Aplikasi Lectora Inspire Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Dan Berpikir Kreatif Peserta Didik memenuhi criteria valid, praktis dan efektif.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the learning model applied by educators is less varied and impossible to use laboratories for learning during the current pandemic, resulting in the low skills of 21st century students. To improve that, they can apply a virtual lab with a guided inquiry model with a learning home portal. This study aims to determine the 21st century skills of students. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research, with a randomized posttest control qroup only design. The population was class VIII students which consisted of 6 classes. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. The results of this study indicate that the average student learning outcomes in the final test of the experimental class is 85.92 and in the control class is 43.33 on both learning materials. between 21st century skills class VIII 5 and VIII 6 that t count > t table; 11,579 > 2,06390 means Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. In conclusion, students' 21st century skills by applying a virtual lab with a guided inquiry model assisted by a learning home portal are better than applying conventional learning models in class VIII of SMPN 1 Ulakan Tapakis

Abstract

Keterampilan komunikasi peserta didik belum maksimal dalam setiap pembelajaran fisika karena belum adanya bahan belajar yang membantu meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi. Terlebih lagi pembelajaran Fisika yang dikenal sulit dan abstrak membutuhkan bahan ajar yang dapat membuat pemeblajaran Fisika lebih menyenagkan dan mudah dipahami.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan e-modul berbasis Etno-STEM berbantuan Canva terintegrasi alat musik Gordang Sambilan terhadap keterampilan komunikasi peserta didik yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Developement) dengan menggunakan model plomp dengan 3 tahap: 1) penelitian pendahuluan, 2) pengembangan prototipe, dan 3) evaluasi atau penilaian. e-modul berbasis Etno-STEM berbantuan Canva terintegrasi alat musik Gordang Sambilan terhadap keterampilan komunikasi peserta didik sangat valid sebesar 89%, sangat praktis sebesar 88,27% dan sangat efektif sebesar 83,11%.

Abstract

The theme of the article is "economy based on the principles of Islam". The research based on the fact that the Gontor Darul Ma'rifat Modern Islamic Boarding School of Modern Islamic Boarding School has been operated the many kind of samll and medium industry. The students Involved in many kind of small and medium industry the which they held. They want to build through the buisness Reviews their selffulfiment that they hold. The aim of the study; (1) to describe the small and medium industry Darul Ma'rifat roomates Modern Islamic Boarding School of Islamic Boarding School Operate. (2) to describe about the character of students who manage the small and medium industry. (3) Correlation between management character and self-fulfillment of students. Then, one hundrad and seventy two students were a population the the study. The sample size count by Slovin formula (n = N / 1 + N.e2). So, the sample of students were only about one hundrad and twenty students. The Data collected by psychological scale, interviews and documentation of data. The Data Analyzed with statistical package of social science (SPSS) Version of 24. The result: (1) There were therty one kind of small and medium industry held by Darul Ma'rifat roomates Modern Islamic Boarding School of Islamic Boarding School. (2) There were three kionds character of students (honesty, decipline and responsible) who manage the small and medium industry. (3) There were correlation between small-medium industry and self-fulfillment students. 3. According To Pearson correlation the research got the coefficient correlation r count> r table (0.275> 0.211). It means rijected H0 and Ha has been recieved. So, there were correlation between small-medium industry and self-fulfillment students.

Abstract

This study assumes that social media has a strong influence on social movements in society. This is highly disruptive to interactions between religious groups within the country. Additionally, the objectives of this study are to: (1) To explain the pattern of Islamic moderation growing and developing in Padang. (2) Describe the profile of Padang's social media users; (3) See the influence of moderate Islam developing through social media on the religious conflict in Padang. This study uses a quantitative approach. A total of 265 people made up the population of this study. As a result, while religious issues are a potential topic of conflict within the community, reasonable and moderate Islam has a positive impact on the people of Padang City, who are able to respect their differences. It has been shown that there is no possibility of conflict between the peoples of the United States, who love unity and prioritize peace.

Abstract

The current impact of globalization has made Indonesian people forget about character education. The National Education System declared that national education has the function of developing abilities and forming dignified national character and civilization in the framework of educating the nation. In this regard, rapid technological changes have brought the popularity of computer-based learning as an effort to develop specific knowledge and skills in the educational environment. In order to establish the cited functions, education provides teaching materials that can be accessed independently by students. This study aims to develop an Integrated Science E-Module to integrate the values of character education at Junior High Schools. In this study, the Integrated Science E-Module prototype was designed using the Plomp model. Moreover, a validated functional prototype was also carried out. Based on results of the analysis, the data demonstrated that the Integrated Science E-Module is successful in integrating the values of character education in student learning and the results of the product developed have assisted them to have character values such as religious, responsible, curious, have mutual cooperation, communicative, and care for the environment.Keywords: integrated science e-module, flip pdf professional, values of character education

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena kemampuan berpikir kreatif di kalangan peserta didik masih tergolong rendah. Kemampuan berpikir kreatif sangat penting di era abad ke-21 yang dapat mengimbangi pesatnya kemajuan zaman dan teknologi. Rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik disebabkan pendidik masih menggunakan pendekatan dan bahan ajar yang kurang sesuai selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung sehingga peserta didik tidak mampu memahami pelajaran fisika yang dikenal abstrak, sulit dan membosankan. Maka penggunaan bahan ajar berupa E-Modul fisika Etno STEM merupakan solusi untuk pelajaran fisika sehingga membantu peserta didik memahami materi dengan cepat karena penggunaan kearifan lokal galamai yang sering ditemukan dikehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan E-Modul fisika Etno STEM pada pembuatan galamai terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Jenis Penelitian ini merupakan Research and Development (RnD) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan Plomp yang terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu: penelitian pendahuluan (preliminary research), pengembangan prototipe (development prototype phase), dan tahap penilaian (assesment phase). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa E-Modul fisika Etno STEM pada pembuatan galamai terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik sangat valid dengan skor rata-rata 91,5% dilihat dari perolehan persentase uji kelayakan bahasa 92%, kelayakan isi/materi 92,5%, dan kelayakan kontruksi 90%. Hasil praktikalitas 90,6% kategori sangat praktis dengan skor rata-rata praktikalitas oleh pendidik 93,33% dan dan peserta didik 87,88%. Keefektifan dikategorikan sangat efektif dengan perolehan skor rata-rata untuk soal berpikir kreatif 87,07% dengan kategori sangat efektif. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-Modul fisika Etno STEM pada Pembuatan Galamai terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Peserta Didik sangat valid, praktis dan efektif sehingga layak untuk digunakan sebagai bahan ajar.
