Abstract

This research is based on the fact that there are religious leaders and some people who oppose the idea of Islam Nusantara. When the religious figure represented a formal legal institution (MUI), it had a significant influence on the views of the people of Padang. Therefore, the polemic of Islam Nusantara gives its own style about the existence of Islam Nusantara in the land of Minang. Further research objectives: (1) Describe the prejudices of community leaders about Islam Nusantara. (2) Describe the picture of people's prejudices about Islam Nusantara. (3) Connecting the prejudices of religious leaders and the community and its relation to the social conflict of the people of Padang City. The study uses qualitative approaches and quantitative mixing methods (mixed method). The population in this study were 32 religious leaders and 168 community members. Data collection techniques using; observation, interview and psychological scale. The sampling technique is random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using Pearson correlation (Pearson correlation). The results of this study found that generally the negative prejudices of religious leaders about Islam Nusantara were high. While social conflict in the midst of society is classified as low. Whereas the correlation aspect shows that there is no relationship between community’s prejudices about Islam Nusantara and social conflict in the midst of society.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the outstanding printed books that do not display interactive simulations by combining text, images, audio, video, and animation so that they are less attractive, the availability of communicative science learning media and have many interesting displays that have not yet been developed, teaching materials used in schools in the form of printed-based teaching materials such as physics textbooks and the availability of instructional media less utilizing existing technology in the learning process and lack of reading skills, interest in reading and lack of understanding of scientific concepts of students as well as the lazy nature possessed by students. Research and teaching materials e -Book discovery based flipbook maker kvisoft aided learning is a research and development ( Research and Developmet) by adapting the procedural step, namely ADDIE Analysis (analysis), Design (design), Development (development), Implementation (implementation) and Evaluation (evaluation). The validity test of e- book teaching materials based on discovery learning assisted by Kvisoft Flipbook Maker was conducted by five experts, two material experts, two media experts and one linguist. Practicality test of discovery learning based e- book teaching material assisted by flipbook maker kvisoft by looking at the practicality questionnaire sheet by science educators and some students of class X-MIA MAN 2 Padang Pariaman. Test the effectiveness of discovery learning based e-book teaching materials using Kvisoft Flipbook Maker by looking at the scientific literacy of students using the effectiveness questionnaire sheets by class X-MIA MAN 2 students in Padang Pariaman. The results showed, e- book teaching materials based on discovery learning assisted by Kvisoft Flipbook Maker on material momentum and impulses and simple harmonious vibrations of class X-MIA MAN 2 Padang Pariaman on the ability of students' scientific literacy, learning materials based on Kvisoft discovery learning assisted by Kvisoft flipbook maker on the material of momentum and impulses and simple harmonic vibrations class X-MIA MAN 2 Padang Pariaman is very valid with an average of getting 88.7% for the material of momentum, impulses and simple harmonic vibrations with a very valid category. Practicality results obtained an average value of 88.49% categorized as very practical, while for the effectiveness of e- book learning materials based on Discovery Learning assisted by Flipbook Maker obtained an average value of 80.89% for the scientific literacy ability of students. The results can be concluded that the e-book teaching material based on discovery learning assisted by Koftoft Flipbook maker on material momentum, impulses, and simple harmonic vibrations is very valid, very practical, and effectively used in physics learning class X MIPA -1 MAN 2 Padang Pariaman.

Abstract

This research departs from the fact that many students feel pressured by many assignments at school, and this causes their stress symptoms to experience at school. Therefore the ability to solve problems (self-efficacy) is thought to be very important to deal with these problems. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between self-efficacy and stress symptoms of elementary school students (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Private) in Solok City, West Sumatra. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a population of 354 students. However, only grades 4-6 were included in this study as a sample totaling 80 people. The sampling technique used is proportional to stratified soak sampling. The statistical model used in this study is the Pearson correlation. The results of this study prove the relationship between self-efficacy and stress symptoms of elementary school students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 21 Padang. Siswa yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 32 orang kelas V SD Negeri  Padang tahun pelajaran 2016-2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian   ini   adalah:   Model   Pembelajaran   Kooperatif  Tipe  STAD.   Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa penerapan  model  pembelajaran  kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri  21 Padang, pada materi perubahan wujud benda dan peubahan sifat benda di tes awal : siswa yang tuntas 216 orang atau persentase 50% dengan daya serap klasikal 65,47% atau nilai rata-rata 65%. Pada Siklus I meningkat siswa yang tuntas 24 orang atau 75% dengan daya serap klasikal 75,94%, . Dan pada siklus II meningkat siswa yang tuntas 30 orang atau persentase 95% dengan daya serap klasikal sebesar 87,03%. dan aktivitas guru dan siswa pada  tindakan siklus I pertemuan  ke 21 dan 2 dalam kategori cukup dan baik dalam siklus II meningkat dalam kategori baik dan sangat baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang pahamnya peserta didik dengan penjelasan guru karena bersifat abstrak. Pembelajaran cenderung berpusat pada pendidik, selain itu pendidik kurang menggunakan model pembelajaran yang bervariasi. Salah satu cara yang tepat untuk mengatasi masalah  adalah dengan menerapkan Modeling The Way. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan  Modeling The Way di kelas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pre-Exsperiment. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah One Group Pretest – Posttest Desain, yaitu eksperimen yang dilakukan terhadap satu kelompok saja, tanpa kelompok pembanding. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah berupa tes objektif sebanyak 20 soal. Teknik pengolahan data hasil belajar SAINS yaitu dengan menghitung efektifitas treatment dengan uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa rata-rata skor tes hasil belajar sebelum perlakuan (pretest) adalah 71.2 dan rata-rata skor tes hasil belajar setelah perlakuan (Posttest) adalah 77.  Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t dan diperoleh  t hitung = 2.538 dan t tabel = 2,06, sehingga disimpulkan t hitung> t tabel (2.538 > 2,06). Hasil belajar peserta didik antara pretest dan posttest sangat signifikan. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar setelah menerapkan Modeling The Way pada pembelajaran sains.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan model pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching berbasis HOTS untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis, dengan metode studi kepustakaan (library research). Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan yaitu dokumentasi dimana peneliti mendapat data dari berbagai dokumen seperti buku pedoman, jurnal dan skripsi dan sebagainya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis isi.

Abstract

Pesantren is the forerunner of education based in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach. Population in this research is Padang city society (especially in District of Padang Utara). The study sample was 128 people and 30 community leaders (Alim-Ulama) people. The sample selection was done by simple random (simple random sampling). Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis technique using SPSS program version 24. Statistical analysis technique used is Pearson correlation. The results of the study found: there is no correlation between public opinion and religious figures about the development of pesantren based on android postmodernism. Recommendations: There needs to be a more in-depth study of the development of Android-based pesantren at the empirical level; curriculum, learning system, learning strategy and assessment mechanism and so on.

Abstract

The research objectives: (1) Explain the history of the development of Islam in Malaysia. (2) Explain the picture of the spread of the standard positive perception of religious leaders and community members about Islam Hadhari. (3) Connecting between positive opinions of religious leaders and community members and their relation to social conflicts in Malaysia. The study used a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 200 people, of which 38 were religious leaders, and 152 were members of the community. The data collection technique was using a psychological scale. Data analysis technique using Pearson correlation. The results of this study found that generally, the positive perceptions of religious leaders and community members about Islam Nusantara and Islam Hadhari were classified as high while the social conflict during society is classified as low.

Abstract

Scientific literacy plays an important role in developing education in the 21st century. However, the current student’s scientific literacy ability is relatively low. The millennial generation has been named as a generation that has an environment-friendly attitude. In cases that occur in the field, many students still litter and are not friendly to the environment. There are no teaching materials that develop scientific literacy and environment-friendly attitudes in implementing STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) with the principles of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This research aims to produce a STEM e-module with the principles of SDGs to improve scientific literacy and environment-friendly attitudes of 11th grade students regarding gender that is valid, practical, and effective. This research is development research (R&D) with the Plomp model. The data analysis results show that the STEM e-module with SDGs principle has a good impact on students' scientific literacy skills and environment-friendly attitudes. The developed e-module can also help students practice scientific literacy and improve a better environment-friendly attitude.

Abstract

Abstract: Educational tourism can be built as a bridge between society and the Islamic Boarding School. It’s also can improve a new entrepreneurship model in Islamic Boarding School. The study used a quantitative approach. The population was about 387 students who were involved as a population in the study. But only 196 people as a sample. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The data collection technique was the psychology scale—data analysis technique with a Pearson correlation statistical model. This study found that: (1) the distribution of mean and percentage of educational tourism perception had not been developed or low; (2) the distribution of min and portion of self-fulfillment of students was high; (3) there was an effect between students' perception about education tourism and their self-fulfillment. Abstrak: Wisata edukasi dapat menjadi jembatan antara masyarakat  dan pondok pesantren yang tidak mengetahui tentang pondok pesantren. Pengembangan pariwisata pesantren memberi ruang terbentuknya kewirausahaan baru di pesantren. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 387 siswa yang dilibatkan sebagai populasi dalam penelitian. Tapi hanya 196 orang sebagai sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi. Teknik analisis data dengan model statistik regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan: (1) sebaran rerata dan persentase persepsi tentang wisata pendidikan belum berkembang atau rendah. (2) sebaran min dan persentase pemenuhan diri siswa tinggi. (3) ada pengaruh antara persepsi siswa tentang wisata pendidikan dengan kemandirian santri.
