Abstract

The library is a service place that is useful as a place to borrow all kinds of books to read or as reference material in the form of images, text or other forms. In simplifying book borrowing strategies, the library utilizes realistic borrowing data as an object for strategy discovery by exploring knowledge that can provide information to simplify the book borrowing system. Data Mining can be interpreted as data mining, where in the data mining process a data mining process is carried out which aims to find important, valuable and useful information in a very large collection of databases. If the data held is very large, it is necessary to carry out a preliminary process as a stage to help simplify the process carried out in data mining, or this process is known as data normalization. One method that can be used in the process of normalizing data is the Z-Score Normalization method. The Z-Score Normalization method is a process in the preprocessing stage by decomposing numerical attribute data which can change the values ​​in the data into a certain range. The Z-Score Normalization method itself can also be combined with other methods such as the CART method. The CART method is a method used to carry out the classification process in data mining. The classification process carried out using the CART method is based on the formation of a decision tree with the binary values ​​obtained. The CART method itself is a method used to assist in processing all types of data such as continuous, ordinal, nominal and other data. The results obtained from the Cart Method research can be applied to obtain book borrowing patterns or book association relationships in libraries in the form of rules which can provide important information about book borrowing patterns in the library

Abstract

- Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa dampak yang signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam bidang perdagangan dan bisnis. Selain itu dalam penelitian kali ini juga terdapat permasalahan utama yang tengah dihadapi oleh Toko Jubni Jilbab yaitu adalah bagaimanakah cara yang dapat diambil oleh pihak toko dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pelayanan terhadap pelanggan yang secara efektif di era digitalisasi yang terus berkembang seperti saat ini. Selain itu juga dalam penelitian kali ini peneliti menetapkan sebuah tujuan yaitu untuk mengevaluasi bagaimanakah E-CRM dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada tersebut serta juga membantu pihak toko dalam hal meningkatkan kualitas interaksi antara pihak toko dan para pelanggannya. Maka berdasarkan penjelasan yang ada kami selaku peneliti dapat menarik beberapa kesimpulan antara lain, kesimpulan yang pertama yaitu dengan penggunaan E-CRM secara signifikan telah meningkatkan efisiensi dalam mengelola hubungan dengan para pelanggan Maka berdasarkan hal ini interaksi yang lebih mudah dan lebih cepat melalui platform online juga dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan para pelanggan dalam berbelanja, yang dimana hal ini pada akhirnya mendorong para pelanggan untuk kembali dan melakukan pembelian berulang pada Toko Jubni Jilbab Tersebut.

Abstract

Abstrak: Microsoft Office merupakan software yang harus dikuasai oleh perangkat desa, namun tidak semua perangkat desa menguasainya. Hal tersebut disebabkan belum adanya pelatihan dan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang aplikasi teknologi informasi di sehingga pelayanan kepada masyarakat cenderung memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk membuat laporan atau surat menyurat. Maka pelatihan Microsoft Office perlu diberlakukan kepada pegawai Desa Sei Silau Timur Kabupaten Asahan dalam melaksanakan tugas administrasi dan pengelolaan laporan dalam mengoperasikan Microsoft Office. Metode pelatihan dengan cara diskusi dan praktek untuk dalam Microsot Office, khususnya microsoft word, excel dan powerpoint dalam memudahkan pekerjaan administrasi kepada pegawai dari Desa Sei Silau Timur Kabupaten Asahan yang berjumlah 25 orang. Peserta pelatihan berhasil menyelesaikan pencapaian pelatihan ini dengan baik dari hasil nilai posttest rata-rata 90,88%. dengan penyampaian materi dengan penjelasan, praktek dan diskusi.Abstract: Microsoft Office is software that must be mastered by village officials, but not all village officials master it. This is due to the lack of training and lack of knowledge about the application of information technology so that services to the public tend to take a long time to make reports or correspondence. So Microsoft Office training needs to be given to employees of East Sei Silau Village, Asahan Regency in carrying out administrative tasks and managing reports in operating Microsoft Office. Training method using discussion and practice for Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint to facilitate administrative work for employees from East Sei Silau Village, Asahan Regency totaling 25 people. The training participants successfully completed this training achievement with an average posttest score of 90.88%. By delivering material with explanation, practice and discussion.

Abstract

The existence of blog media in disseminating information is a means of storing information online that can be used by staff so that they can provide all information without space and time limits. The PKK of East Sei Silau Village, Asahan Regency, has several active activities carried out in several places in its environment. In carrying out these activities, they still use devices manually to provide information in their activities. The aim of carrying out this service activity is to find out the use of blogs in the business and economic category, to find something unique about blogs that can be published to various parties regarding the use of business and economic blogs so that they can be used effectively and more usefully. The activity implementation method used was in the form of training, interactive discussions with the entire PKK team in East Sei Silau Village, Asahan Regency. This activity uses theoretical and practical knowledge in the room. As a result of the final assessment of the activity, the participants were able to understand the material presented based on the results of the assessment scores obtained from the posttest test results. The activity material given to participants can be used and utilized in creating a blog. The material presented to participants reached 90% of all the concepts involved in creating blogs. The delivery of the material consists of several sessions, namely: explanation, practice, and discussion.

Abstract

Abstrack : Supply chain management is no longer a new concept for companies, with many of them implementing it to improve logistics efficiency. Food products such as dry and wet noodles, which use flour as the main ingredient, are relevant examples. Noodles, as a popular alternative to rice, have wide availability and affordable prices for various levels of society. By implementing supply chain management, companies can pay attention to and optimize the inventory of raw materials and finished products, thereby reducing the risk of errors in stock management. System testing is carried out after completing the system creation by conducting experiments directly on the computer user interface. With this step, it can be ensured that the system that has been created operates effectively. The results obtained after implementing a geographic information system to identify disaster-prone locations in the Tanjungbalai City BPBD, this system can help make it easier to identify appropriate disaster-prone locations in the Tanjungbalai City BPBD.Keywords: Supply chain management; UD. Ferry noodles; Production of yellow noodles.Abstrak : Manajemen rantai pasok tidak lagi merupakan konsep baru bagi perusahaan, dengan banyak di antaranya menerapkannya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi logistik. Produk-produk makanan seperti mie kering dan basah, yang menggunakan tepung sebagai bahan utama, menjadi contoh yang relevan. Mie, sebagai alternatif populer untuk nasi, memiliki ketersediaan yang luas dan harga yang terjangkau bagi berbagai lapisan masyarakat. Dengan menerapkan manajemen rantai pasok, perusahaan dapat memperhatikan dan mengoptimalkan persediaan bahan baku dan produk jadi, sehingga mengurangi risiko kesalahan dalam manajemen stok. Uji coba sistem dilakukan setelah selesai pembuatan sistem dengan melakukan percobaan langsung pada antarmuka pengguna komputer. Dengan langkah ini, dapat dipastikan bahwa sistem yang telah dibuat beroperasi dengan efektif. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah melakukan penerapan sistem informasi geografis untuk mengetahui lokasi rawan bencana di BPBD Kota Tanjungbalai, sistem ini dapat membantu memudahkan dalam mengetahui lokasi-lokasi rawan bencana di BPBD Kota Tanjungbalai yang sesuai.Kata Kunci : Manajemen rantai pasok; UD. Abstract

Abstract :  At this time there are many laundries operating in the community. Competition is quite large in the laundry industry, offering relatively the same services with differences in service and laundry processing time. Intan Laundry wants to provide the best service for its customers, but in the current conditions there has been a significant decline in demand and increasing complaints about the end result of laundry services. For this reason, a web-based service information system is needed to increase loyalty using the E-CRM method which can manage laundry online. This E-CRM application design system was built to make it easier to promote laundry services more efficiently and to be able to extend this laundry to customers to be able to manage and get more customers by placing orders online.Keywords: Customer Relationship Management; laundry; loyalty; online; clothingAbstrak : Pada saat ini sudah banyak laundry yang beroperasi di kalangan masyarakat. Persaingan cukup besar di industri laundry, menawarkan jasa relatif sama dengan  perbedaan pada pelayanan dan waktu pengerjaan laundry. Intan Laundry ingin memberikan pelayananan yang terbaik bagi customernya, namun dalam kondisi sekarang ini terjadinya penurunan permintaan yang cukup besar dan meningkatnya keluhan terhadap hasil akhir jasa laundry. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu sistem informasi pelayanan berbasis web untuk meningkatkan loyalitas dengan menggunakan metode E-CRM ini yang dapat mengelola laundry secara online. Sistem rancangan aplikasi E-CRM ini dibangun untuk mempermudah  mempromosikan jasa laundry dengan lebih efisien serta dapat memperluas laundry ini kepada pelanggan untuk dapat mengelola serta mendapatkan pelanggan yang lebih banyak dengan melakukan pemesanan secara online.Kata kunci :  Customer Relationship Management; laundry; loyalitas; online, pakaian.

Abstract

To obtain personality criteria based on the work provided, several agencies usually set standard personalities that prospective workers must possess, with the aim that workers can work in fields that support their personalities. Likewise, the Siumbut-umbut Kisaran Village Office sets standard personalities that must be possessed by each employee so that the work carried out has optimal results. This study aims to determine the type of personality appropriate for work in the Siumbut-umbut Kisaran Village Office using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Decision Support Systems (DSS) are applied to overcome problems in determining standard personalities for employees so that work results are optimal. This study found that the highest personality priority is Phlegmatic (K2), and the prioritized alternative is Eva Wulandari (At1).

Abstract

Melalui media sosial, website dan blog, influencer dan blogger dapat menciptakan reputasi tentang suatu topik menurut keahlian yang dikuasainya Blog memiliki fungsi yang beragam, diantaranya adalah sebagai catatan harian, media publikasi, dan juga web portal. Blogger Blogspot memiliki kelebihan dibandingkan dengan penyedia layanan blog gratis lainnya. Blog dapat dipublikasikan secara langsung melalui media internet sebagai pemanfaatan blog sebagai media pengetahuan dan bisnis. PKK Desa Tadukan Raga, Kabupaten Deliserdang, kurangnya memanfaatkan penggunaan media dan perangkat yang mengunakan internet untuk media promosi dalam pengetahuan bisnis khususnya media aplikasi blog, yang dapat digunakan sebagai publikasi ke berbagai sumber supaya dapat digunakan secara mudah dan lebih bermanfaat. Pelaksanaan pelatihan PKM ini dilaksanakan secara praktek dengan diskusi dan dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar, dengan mendapatkan hasil persentase nilai keberhasilan 90,50% dari hasil pengujian posttest dari para peserta pelatihan.

Abstract

Cryptography plays a critical role in safeguarding data, making it an essential subject in information security education. Within this course, various algorithms are introduced, each requiring different levels of computational complexity. However, instructional practice has revealed frequent student errors in executing encryption and decryption processes, primarily due to limited understanding of cryptographic algorithms and mathematical procedures. Since accuracy is fundamental in cryptography, miscalculations can lead to incorrect message interpretation. To mitigate these issues, the learning process is supported by CrypTool, a digital aid designed to guide students through encryption and decryption tasks and minimize computational errors
