Abstract

This study aims to trace the achievements of athletes from several sports. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. In this study, the subjects of the study were athletes who were still actively training. The results showed that the social agent aspect had an impact on athlete achievement, namely: parents (74%) in the good category, coaches (81%) in the good category, teachers (78%) in the good category, peers (74%) in the good category. good environment (87%) in very good category, mass media (78%) in good category, and the correlation between social agent and achievement is 80% in good category. Based on the research results, each of these social agents has a role in achievement. High or low athlete achievement is not only the social agent aspect that influences it. Achievement was created from many factors that influence it.

Abstract

Siswa disabilitas intelektual sering menghadapi kesulitan dalam memahami numerasi dan berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas fisik, serta rentan terhadap kekerasan dan isolasi sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menciptakan inovasi numerasi melalui aktivitas fisik untuk siswa disabilitas intelektual. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Borg and Gall. Metode penelitian ini adalah pengembangan, teknik pengumpulan data dengan instrumen penelitian lembar angket yang ditujukan kepada siswa dan ahli, teknik analisis data dengan persentase. Sampel penelitian merupakan siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama penyandang disabilitas intelektual. Produk dirancang dan kemudian divalidasi oleh ahli materi, ahli inovasi, dan ahli bahasa. Uji coba kelompok kecil 4 siswa dan uji coba kelompok besar 9 siswa. Hasil validasi ahli materi, ahli inovasi, ahli bahasa dinyatakan valid dan dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Hasil lembar penilaian subjek siswa dinyatakan sangat baik dan dapat digunakan. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa inovasi numerasi melalui aktivitas fisik untuk siswa disabilitas intelektual valid dan dapat digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Inovasi yang dikembangkan yaitu numerasi melempar, numerasi berjalan, numerasi melompat dan meloncat, dan numerasi berlari. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi aktivitas fisik dalam pembelajaran numerasi dapat signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan, motivasi belajar, dan keterampilan matematika anak-anak disabilitas intelektual. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan kesehatan fisik, serta mendukung pendidikan inklusif untuk persiapan hidup mandiri di masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of the study. To determine the magnitude of increase in learning outcomes obtained forehand drive class VIII SMP Negeri 9 Binjai 2019/2020 through inclusion of teaching styles. Materials and methods. The sample in this study were 38 students of class VIII. To analyze the data in this study and to find out the results seen from the students' completeness individually and classically. The research method used is a classroom action research method. In this study, a learning outcome test was carried out in the form of a portfolio, with the inclusive teaching style method, then a learning outcome test was held in cycle I and cycle II in the form of performing the basic technique of Forehand Drive Punch. Results. The results of the initial tests conducted on class VIII students of SMP N 9 Binjai. Of the 38 students there were 11 students (27.64%) who had reached the level of mastery learning with an average value of student learning outcomes of 64.90%. The results of the first cycle, there were 19 students (50%) of 38 students, who had reached the level of completeness of learning with an average value of student learning outcomes 68.41%. In cycle II there are 33 students (86.84%) of 38 students who have reached the level of learning completeness with an average value of 80.04. Conclusions. The results of the initial tests of student learning to do the first cycle and the second cycle increased, danpat said through inclusion style of teaching can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of online Physical Education, Sports and Health learning in junior high schools in Air Putih District, Batu Bara Regency for the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is a quantitative descriptive research and survey method. The sample in this study was 90 students, consisting of 3 schools, namely 30 students from SMP Negeri 1 Air Putih, 30 students from SMP Negeri 3 Air Putih, and 30 students. /i and Water Al Washliyah Private Middle School 6. This study has 9 indicators that are used as a reference for assessing the level of implementation of online Physical Education Sports and Health learning. The results of this study are: (1) Indicators of learning readiness, 83.78%; (2) Learning Material Suitability Indicators, 60.07%; (3) Learning Method Indicator, 82.59%; (4) Learning Media Indicators, 58.96%; (5) Material Mastery Indicator, 70.74%; (6) Learning Process Indicator, 70.67%; (7) System Indicators and Assessment Process, 79.56%; (8) Learning Constraints Indicator, 60%; (9) Learning Evaluation Indicator, 85.70%. Of the 9 indicators, it can be concluded that the level of implementation of online Physical Education, Sports and Health learning in junior high schools in Air Putih District, Batu Bara Regency is 72.45% in the good category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk berupa buku elektronik (e-book) berbasis Kurikulum Outcome Based Education (OBE) sebagai literasi teknologi, sumber belajar serta media alternatif, yang dapat memudahkan cara belajar mahasiswa, dirancang sesuai dengan karakteristik mahasiswa, dengan harapan dapat dapat meningkatkan minat baca, pengetahuan dan untuk bahan menyelesaikan tugas Critical Book Report (CBR) terhadap mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai dengan September tahun 2024 di Program Studi PJKR FIK Universitas Negeri Medan dengan subyek penelitian yakni mahasiswa PJKR yang mengambil matakuliah Kepramukaan. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu instrumen angket penilaian e-book. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa pada buku elektronik scouting education berbasis kurikulum outcome based education memiliki kesesuaian materi dengan capaian pembelajaran lulusan sudah sesuai, materi ajar dan pendalaman materi ajar sudah sesuai, kelengkapan penyajian dan kebahasaan sudah sesuai dan kemudahan penggunaan e-book yang dapat digunakan oleh mahasiswa secara mandiri.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk melaksanakan tri dharma perguruan tinggi, bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat, untuk dapat membantu mitra dalam menghadapi permasalahan yang dihadapinya. Permasalahan utama yang akan dibantu adalah pemahaman dan keterampilan guru pendidikan jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan (PJOK) tentang pengembangan modul ajar Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) sesuai dengan Permendikbud No.3 tahun 2020 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan dan Indikator Kinerja Utama Kemendikbud Tahun 2021 masih rendah. Kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan modul ajar Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila PJOK sesuai kurikulum nasional masih rendah. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah, pelatihan, penugasan, dan pendampingan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan antara lain adalah 1) Penyediaan fasilitas pengembangan pengembangan modul ajar tentang Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di sekolah menengah pertama, 2) Pelatihan pengembangan pengembangan modul ajar tentang Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di sekolah menengah pertama, 3) pendampingan penyusunan modul ajar. Capaian program kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah adanya Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dalam Implementasi kurikulum merdeka di sekolah menengah pertama, menyelesaikan masalah mitra tentang tingat pemahaman dan kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dalam Implementasi kurikulum merdeka di Sekolah Menegah Pertama.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that many volleyball underpassing lessons in schools are still conventional, as school learning activities are still teacher-centered. The objectives of this research are: To determine the feasibility of the Volleyball Bottom Passing E-Module Learning Media for junior high school students. This research uses a research and development model (Borg And Gall) using the ADDIE development model which includes (1) Research and Information Collecting (Preliminary Study), (2) Planning (Research Planning), (3) Develop Preliminary Form Of Product (Development Design), (4) Preliminary Field Testing (Preliminary/Limited Field Trial), (5) Main Product Revision (Main Product Revision/Limited Field Test Results) (6) Main Field Testing (Wider Product Trial) After media This learning was used in the implementation stage, learning media was declared suitable for use as teaching material in schools with an average material expert score of 3.7 and an average media expert score of 3.7, an average score of small group trials. amounted to 3.5 and students' response as users was 3.4 so the suitability of the learning media developed was in the "outstanding" category.

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia demands high teacher performance, especially for physical education (PE) teachers, who must adopt differentiated, student-centered learning approaches. This study aims to analyze the effects of principal leadership, school climate, and teacher job satisfaction on the performance of PE teachers in implementing the curriculum. A quantitative ex post facto design was employed, involving 30 principals and 30 teachers, with data collected via structured questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The results show that principal leadership contributed 36.6%, school climate 42.3%, and job satisfaction 50.5% to teacher performance. These findings highlight the crucial role of transformational leadership, a positive school environment, and job satisfaction in curriculum success. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on PE teachers—an area underexplored in Merdeka Curriculum research. The study provides practical implications for educational policymakers and school leaders to enhance curriculum implementation through leadership development and the cultivation of supportive school environments. Ultimately, the findings emphasize that optimizing PE teacher performance requires a comprehensive approach that integrates organizational, emotional, and instructional supports.
