Abstract

Program pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan mitra yaitu menurunnya volume penjualan. Tujuan dari program ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan mitra terhadap strategi pemasaran POSM dan WOM. Program dilaksanakan menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada 20 UKM tahu sebagai sasaran program. Hasil pelaksanaan program menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman mitra terhadap strategi POSM dan WOM dalam rangka meningkatkan minat beli konsumen, serta peningkatan keterampilan mitra dalam membuat material pendukung POSM untuk menarik minat beli konsumen. Melalui pelaksanaan program ini diharapkan agar minat beli konsumen terhadap produk UKM tahu meningkat sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan volume penjualan dan menjadi solusi bagi permasalahan mitra.

Abstract

COUNSELING TO FOOD AND BEVERAGES MSMEs ABOUT PIRT LICENSING AND HALAL CERTIFICATION IN BALESARI VILLAGE, WINDUSARI, MAGELANG. This PKM aims to increase the understanding of food and beverages MSMEs in Balesari Village, Windusari, Magelang, regarding the importance of PIRT licensing and halal certification to increase the selling value of products and also consumer buying interest. The implementation of this PKM is done by the method of lectures, tutorials, and discussions. The results of this PKM program are (1) MSMEs understand the importance of PIRT licensing and halal certification, and are motivated to proceed with it, (2) MSMEs understand PIRT licensing procedures, and (3) MSMEs understand procedures for halal certification. Thus, consumer buying interest and consumer trust are expected to increase through the existence of a PIRT number and a halal label. Moreover, it is also expected to increase the product sales and the welfare of the community in Balesari Village, Windusari, Magelang.

Abstract

Salah satu sumber daya yang penting dalam manajemen adalah sumber daya manusia atau human resources. Pentingnya sumber daya manusia ini, perlu disadari oleh semua tingkatan manajemen. Bagaimanapun majunya teknologi saat ini, namun faktor manusia tetap memegang peranan penting bagi keberhasilan suatu instansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem manajemen SDM pada perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengendalian terhadap penempatan kerja pegawai di Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Magelang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu pengamatan, wawancara mendalam (indepthinterview) dan observasi serta theoretical sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia pada penempatan kerja pegawai di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Magelang belum maksimal dikarenakan masih ada kekurangan tenaga kerja/pegawai yang mengakibatkan penempatan kerja yang tidak sesuai job description. Perlu mengatur kembali sumber daya manusia yang sesuai dengan tupoksi masing-masing jabatan. Perlu segera dilakukan pelatihan untuk manajemen kinerja secara berkala dan berkesinambungan agar sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Magelang lebih baik.

Abstract

This review intends to test and investigate the viability of initiative on worker execution in the new typical time at the Department of Industry and Trade of Magelang City. Information was gathered by dispersing polls to 79 representatives of the Department of Industry and Trade of Magelang City. The scientific technique in this review utilizes the SPSS type 21 application drive with basic straight relapse testing and t test. The aftereffects of this review clarify that the administration viability variable has an impact of 19.3% on the worker execution variable. In view of the aftereffects of the t-test, it clarifies that administration adequacy essentially influences worker execution where the t-count esteem is 4.295 which is more prominent than the t-table worth of 1.668, though the importance esteem is 0.000 so the worth is more modest than 0.05.

Abstract

During the new normal era after the pandemic of Covid-19, the tourism destination needs to struggle and adapt for recovery. This process requires optimal human resource performance. The objective of this study is to examine the model of human resource performance in tourism destination after pandemic. Leadership, motivation, and organizational commitment are considered as the antecedents of human resource performance. This study implements a quantitative approach. The data collection method used a questionnaire that was distributed to 105 employees in Balkondes as respondents. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS. The results show that leadership, motivation, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on human resource performance. The results also show that organizational commitment has mediating effect on the relationship between leadership toward human resource performance, and motivation toward human resource performance.

Abstract

The focus of this research is mapping the pattern and structure of provincial economic growth in Java with the Klassen typology approach, the potential of provincial food commodities in Java with the Static location quotient (SLQ)- Dynamic location quotient (DLQ) approach, and identifying the level of accessibility of provinces in Java with the Connectivity quotient CQ approach. Food commodities in this case include rice, corn, soybeans, peanuts, green beans, cassava, sweet potatoes. The results show that (1) DKI Jakarta occupies the position of quadrant I; (2) potential rice , corn and mung bean commodity in Central Java Province, , soybean commodity in East Java Province, peanut commodity in DIY, cassava commodity in West Java Province, as well as potential sweet potato commodities in the Provinces of Central Java and East Java; (3) furthermore, the high level of accessibility in four provinces in Java Island and the rest, namely Banten and East Java Provinces are classified as low accessibility levels.

Abstract

Tourism business is affected by Pandemic Covid-19. Tourist loyalty was proven as an important key for the recovery of tourism business, including homestays in tourism villages. Therefore, this study aims to examine the model of tourist loyalty in homestays tourism village Balkondes Borobudur area in the new normal period. The quantitative study was conducted by developing a questionnaire to get primary data from 100 respondents who have stayed in a homestay tourism village Balkondes Borobudur area in the new normal period more than once as samples. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS, and Sobel Test to examine the mediation effect. The results show that service quality and image has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction, tourist trust, and tourist loyalty. Moreover, tourist satisfaction and tourist trust proved that these variables mediate the relationship between service quality and tourist loyalty, and between image and tourist loyalty. The results have implications for the homestay tourism village manager to improve the quality of services based on health protocols and CHSE, communicate a positive image to guests through a marketing communication mix, to increase guest satisfaction and trust. Thus, it is hoped that the guests who have stayed will become loyal guests so that the business can survive and be sustainable. This study extends the literature related to the implementation of the tourist loyalty model in the hospitality and tourism industry, especially homestays in tourism villages.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh fitur produk, preferensi konsumen, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk smartphone Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G di era pandemi covid-19 pada mahasiswa Universitas Tidar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Eksperimental pretest posttest dengan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Penggunaan metode eksperimen pretest posttest yaitu dengan memberikan perlakuan pada kelompok eksperimen, yaitu pada eksperimen pertama kelompok tidak diberi perlakuan sedangkan eksperimen kedua kelompok telah diberi perlakuan kemudian dibandingkan hasil dari keduanya. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang mana data primer diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui penelitian terdahulu. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pada eksperimen pertama variabel fitur produk dan harga secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, namun variabel preferensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian pada eksperimen kedua menunjukkan bahwa variabel fitur produk, preferensi konsumen dan harga secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.This study aims to find out how the influence of product features, consumer preferences, and prices on purchasing decisions for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G smartphone product in the era of the covid-19 pandemic on Tidar University students. The method used in this study is Experimental pretest posttest with the number of samples in this study as many as 30 respondents. The use of the pretest posttest experimental method is by giving treatment to the experimental group, namely in the first experiment the group was not treated while the second experimental group was given treatment and then the results of the two were compared. The data used in this study used primary and secondary data where primary data was obtained using questionnaires and interviews, while secondary data was obtained through previous research. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results in the first experiment that product features and price variables partially have no effect on purchasing decisions, but preference variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the second experiment show that the product features, consumer preferences and price variables partially have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Turnover intention merupakan keadaan karyawan berpindah kerja yang  disebabkan oleh beragam faktor seperti kurangnya kepuasan kerja, faktor lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan konflik pekerjaan keluarga (work family conflict). Turnover intention berdampak kurang baik bagi perusahaan baik dari segi finansial ataupun non finansial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan work family conflict terhadap turnover intention. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan Borobudur Golf Contry Club, dengan jumlah sampel 154 karyawan menggunakan teknik sempel acak sederhana (random sampling). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap turnover intention, variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan work family conflict berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention.Turnover intention is a situation where employees change jobs caused by various factors such as lack of job satisfaction, non-physical work environment factors, and work family conflict. Turnover intention has a negative impact on the company, both in terms of financial and non-financial. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, non-physical work environment, and work family conflict on turnover intention. The research method used is quantitative method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were employees of Borobudur Golf Country Club, with a total sample of 154 employees using a simple random sampling technique (random sampling). The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the job satisfaction variable had no significant effect on turnover intention, the non-physical work environment variable had a significant and significant effect on turnover intention, and work family conflict had a significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the internal and external factors of human resource performance to formulate a strategy to improve human resource performance at Balkondes in the Borobudur area to restore tourism in the new normal era. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Primary data were obtained based on interview data collection methods and participatory observation. SWOT analysis, IFAS, and EFAS were used as data analysis methods. The results showed that a change in strategy was necessary. Strategy formulations for improving human resource performance include increasing the intensity of human resource training and development programs and increasing the competence of human resources to create an integrated tour package according to the needs of tourists. Moreover, management needs to provide adequate health facilities for human resources, increase cooperation with other tourism actors, and create long-term human resource development planning.
