The most important factor in an organization or a company is Human Resources. If you do not have good human resources then an organization will not run. This will also not work in harmony if there is no good management of human resources in an organization or company. A company or organization is formed and created based on a vision and mission to achieve goals for the benefit of humans and is managed by humans as well. So the importance of human resource management in the company environment. The purpose of this article is to explain a brief analysis of what managerial efforts can improve performance through a reward system to achieve organizational and company success. An important element in improving employee performance is the role of leaders in the company so that they can manage the mindset of human resources so that they can obey and carry out every job in accordance with company expectations. Transformational leadership style is a leadership style that prioritizes the value of the leader in producing a vision, mission and environment that motivates employees to achieve beyond their expectations (Burns in Dewi, 20212). Work motivation is also one of the factors that influence employee performance improvement by providing motivation and encouragement to employees to be able to produce maximum performance. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant effect between transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT Taqwa Mulia Wisata. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling totaling 31 people. This study uses a quantitative method with a multiple linear regression approach and the analytical tool used is SPSS software, the results of the data taken show an R Square of 0.581, which can be concluded that the influence of transformational leadership style and work motivation simultaneously affects employee performance is 58 ,1%.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang dimana dilakukan dengan mengunakan kuesioner yang disebar ke beberapa responden yang kemudian dilakukan analisis data, bahwa penelitian ini juga menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk melihat fakta yang ada dilokasi penelitian yang kemudian diolah menjadi suatu data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang cukup signifikan anatara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat adapun hasilnya dilihat dari uji t yang dimana variabel kompetensi mempengaruhi variabel kinerja pegawai di PT PLN (Persero) Magelang hal yang sama pula terhadap varaibel bebas yakni budaya kerja yang juga mempengaruhi variabel kinerja pegawai di PT PLN (Persero) Magelang yang cukup signifikan. Bahwa kemudian dari uji-F yang menguji secara keseluruhan anatar kedua variabel bebas dan juga variabel terikat anatara kompetendi, budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT PLN (Persero) Magelang memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan juga memiliki signifikan yang cukup tinggi. Adapun implikasi yaitu Hendaknya pimpinan PT PLN (Persero) Magelang dapat lebih memperhatikan budaya kerja pegawai yang sedang berjalan saat ini apakah mendukung kinerja atau sebaliknya. Bahwa dengan adanya budaya kerja yang tidak mendukung kinerja agar lebih diperbaiki. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya perhatian serius untuk membentuk budaya kerja yang baik guna meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di PT PLN (Persero) Magelang.

Entrepreneurship becomes a relevant topic for developing countries such as Indonesia in general and specifically for Tidar University as higher education institution that try to produce new entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship gets individual attention from Tidar University because Tidar University has main goals to be the best in entrepreneurship. This research aims to determine the influence of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control on the entrepreneurial intention from the student of department management at Tidar University.The population of this study was118 students of the department of management of Tidar University.Respondents in this study were selected usingsimple random sampling. This research use multiple linear regression method by using SPSS. Research results shows that attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control has simultaneous effect on entrepreneurial intention. Attitude and perceived behavioral control have partially positive and significant effects on entrepreneurial intention but subjective norm did not have any effect on entrepreneurial intention. Implication from this research can be used by Tidar University to develop attitude and behavioral control to student by doing entrepreneurial training based on soft entrepreneurial skills and hard skills enhancement.

Perkembangan dunia bisnis berdampak pada perubahan dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya. Salah satu perusahaan yang melakukan perubahan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan adalah Pos Indonesia Kantor Cabang Kota Magelang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana model peningkatan kinerja karyawan berbasis budaya organisasi, learning organization, dan knowledge sharing. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Pos Indonesia Kantor Cabang Kota Magelang dengan populasi berjumlah 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara kepada bagian kepegawaian, menyebarkan kuesioner, dan selanjutnya di analisis menggunakan SPSS dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh antara budaya organisasi terhadap knowlege sharing, learning organization berpengaruh terhadap knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, tidak adanya pengaruh learning organization terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan knowledge sharing mampu memediasi pengaruh learning organization terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun tidak mampu memediasi budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The company's environment often experiences changes both internally and externally. The purpose of this study is to find out how psychologically workers are during a pandemic by knowing how the influence of work conflict, workload and organizational climate on worker stress during a pandemic. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research conducted at Trio Plaza Magelang with a sample of 93 people found that the work conflict variable had a significant positive effect on work stress. The results of the multiple regression test obtained that the value of 0.261 is positive, indicating that the direction of the influence of work conflict on the level of work stress is positive. The sig value of 0.04 less than 0.05 indicates that there is a significant effect between work conflict and work stress. The regression results for the workload variable show that the workload has a positive but not significant effect. This is evidenced by the workload coefficient value of 0.304 indicating the direction of the influence of workload on work stress levels in a positive direction. A significant value of 0.156 indicates that there is no significant effect between workload and work stress. The regression results for the organizational climate variable show that organizational climate has an insignificant negative effect. The coefficient value obtained is -0.193, indicating that the organizational climate towards work stress has a negative direction. The significant value found is 0.332, indicating that the value is greater than 0.05, which means that the organizational climate on work stress is not significant.

Human Resources in an organisation are things that are firmly connected with the advancement of the organisation. In any case, there are still organisations in which poor people can accomplish the organisation's objectives without limit. Hence, it is essential to examine the enrollment and choice interaction. A decent enrollment and determination process can uphold the procurement of HR with excellent execution and quality. This study aimed to determine how the enrollment and determination interact with PT Bumen Redja Abadi Magelang representatives. In leading the review, analysts utilised fascinating subjective exploration with purposive testing. The outcomes showed that the enlistment cycle and choice interaction affected the presentation of workers of PT Bumen Redja Abadi Magelang. In completing the enrollment cycle, candidates are restricted and focused on the people who are domiciled in Magelang; this severely affects the nature of HR in the company. In the choice cycle, the norm of whether an individual passes in the determination at PT. Bumen Redja Abadi Magelang is the consequence of a mental test and the development of an interview with the organisation’s HRD.

PRODUCT STANDARDIZATION AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO INCREASING MARKETING FOR MSMES IN NGARGOGONDO VILLAGE, BOROBUDUR. This program is motivated by the needs of partners for product marketing development. The purpose of this program is to increase partners' understanding and ability to standardize products, partners' understanding of the importance of PIRT and halal certification, and increase partners' understanding of PIRT licensing and halal certification for products. The program was implemented using the method of socialization, lectures, and tutorials for 20 MSME actors in Ngargogondo Village as program targets. The results of the program implementation show that there is an increase in partners' understanding of the importance of PIRT licensing and halal certification for products. Through the implementation of this program, it is hoped that consumer buying interest in MSME products in Ngargogondo Village will increase so that it has an impact on increasing sales volume and being a solution to partner problems.

Perubahan di era globalisasi saat ini menuntut perusahaan memiliki karyawan yang dapat bersaing dalam perkembangan bisnis saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang ada di PD BPR BANK BAPAS 69 MAGELANG. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi. Teknik penentuan informan yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah purposive sampling. Kepala HRD serta para staff karyawan merupakan informan dalam penelitian ini. Penulis menggunakan teknik triagulasi sebagai teknik untuk menguji keabsahan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan metode yang digunakan terbukti efektif, seperti proses pelatihan karyawan menggunakan metode teknik presentasi informasi berupa metode ceramah dan metode diskusi, sedangkan dalam pengembanganya menggunakan simulasi dan pemantauan pengembangan dilihat malalui KPI (key performance indicator).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris terkait pengaruhstruktur modal, likuiditas dan kinerja keuangan terhadap harga saham padaperusahaan sektor industry yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2021.Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor industry yang terdaftar di BursaEfek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2017-2021. Sampel penelitian didapat sebanyak 145observasi melalui metode purposive sampling. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunderdengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitianini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan struktur modal, stlikuiditas dan kinerjakeuangan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan secara parsial memberikanbukti adanya pengaruh secara signigikan masing-masing variabel struktur modal,likuiditas dan kinerja keuangan terhadap harga saham.
