Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and work environment on work productivity of Borobudur Conservation Center employees during the pandemik. This research is a quantitative research with a sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling, where the researcher takes a number of respondents who are used as samples with certain criteria and considerations so that 34 respondents are obtained as (PNS) from the population which includes all employees of the Borobudur Conservation Center as many as 100 people. In the data analysis test, the author uses multiple linear regression testing and hypothesis testing using the SPSS 25.0 for windows program. The results of the analysis were obtained based on the t test (partial) the results obtained if partially the motivational variable had no effect on work productivity, while the compensation variable and work environment variables had a partial effect on work productivity. For the results of the F test, the variables of motivation, compensation and work environment simultaneously affect the work productivity of Borobudur Conservation Center employees with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and also obtained a value of Fcount 25.159 > Ftable 2.91.

Abstract

Employee performance is a component used to measure the success of an employee in completing his work. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Bener Purworejo District Office. This research method uses a quantitative research type, this survey uses primary data that is processed from 40 respondents as the sample, and in collecting data, the researcher uses a method of distributing questionnaires to the respondents. After the data is collected, it will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the determination test, it can be said that, the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance is 18.4%, so the influence of other variables on employee performance outside this study is 81,6%.

Abstract

Employee performance is something that has an individual nature because each employee has a different level and performance related to his obligations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education level and work experience on employee performance at the Bener District Office. The method used in this research is using quantitative methods, using 40 respondents as the sample. In collecting data, the researcher used a questionnaire distributed to the respondents which later the data would be processed using Multiple Regression Analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 24 software. The results of the analysis found that the level of education and work experience had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bener District Office employees.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly fierce business competition, employee performance has become one of the main factors in determining a company's success. Every company expects optimal results through good employee performance. This study was conducted to analyze the influence of work competence, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of Trio Plaza Magelang employees. The sample in this study consisted of 127 respondents. To collect the sample, the researcher used simple random sampling by determining randomly. This study was quantitative. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical tests, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 26. The results of the study show that (1) work competence has a positive but not significant partial effect on employee performance, namely the t-count value is t-count 1.911 < t-table 1.984 and the significance value is 0.058. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance with a t-value of 5.704 > t-table 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000. (3) Work discipline has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance with 5.726 > t-table 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

Perubahan di era globalisasi saat ini menuntut perusahaan memiliki karyawan yang dapat bersaing dalam perkembangan bisnis saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang ada di PD BPR BANK BAPAS 69 MAGELANG. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi. Teknik penentuan informan yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah purposive sampling. Kepala HRD serta para staff karyawan merupakan informan dalam penelitian ini. Penulis menggunakan teknik triagulasi sebagai teknik untuk menguji keabsahan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan metode yang digunakan terbukti efektif, seperti proses pelatihan karyawan menggunakan metode teknik presentasi informasi berupa metode ceramah dan metode diskusi, sedangkan dalam pengembanganya menggunakan simulasi dan pemantauan pengembangan dilihat malalui KPI (key performance indicator).

Abstract

This study examines declining employee performance driven by high inbound-related workloads, employee tardiness, low compliance with work regulations, and missed company-set targets. This study aims to examine the effects of job stress, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance in the Inbound Department of the JNE Magelang Branch's Head Office. The research employed a quantitative method using saturated sampling, involving the entire employee population of 46 respondents. Research data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results indicate that job stress does not affect employee performance. However, work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
