Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Alkohol, seperti obat-obat terlarang lainnya menimbulkan banyak dampak negatif pada tubuh, mental dan kehidupan sosial manusia. Laporan WHO mengenai alkohol dan kesehatan menyebutkan sebanyak 320.000 orang usia 15-29 tahun meninggal di seluruh dunia setiap tahun karena berbagai penyebab terkait dengan alkohol. Di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT), terdapat sejenis minuman fermentasi lokal beralkohol, yaitu: sopi. Karakteristik psikologis yang khas pada remaja merupakan faktor yang memudahkan terjadinya tindakan penyalahgunaan alkohol. Namun, untuk terjadinya hal tersebut masih ada faktor lain yang memainkan peranan penting yaitu faktor lingkungan. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan di Kota Kupang, khususnya di Kecamatan Maulafa diketahui banyak remaja yang sudah mulai mencoba-coba untuk mengonsumsi minuman keras, khususnya minuman sopi dari usia 11 tahun.Tujuan: 1. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak minum sopi pada remaja di Kecamatan Maulafa Kota Kupang. 2. Menggali secara mendalam dampak yang dialami oleh remaja karena mengonsumsi sopiMetode Penelitian: Penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan eksplorasi dan pendekatan fenomenologi. Informan utama adalah remaja yang minum sopi dan informan pendukung adalah tokoh agama atau tokoh masyarakat, orangtua remaja yang minum sopi, penjual sopi, petugas kesehatan dan remaja yang tidak minum sopi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara : 1. Observasi; 2. Wawancara mendalam; 3. Diskusi Kelompok terarah. Cara pengambilan informan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan strategi convenience sampling. Untuk keabsahan data dilakukan : 1. Triangulasi sumber; 2. Triangulasi metode; dan 3. Member checking.Hasil penelitian: Dampak minum sopi pada remaja adalah : 1. Remaja menjadi acuh tak acuh kepada orangtua, 2. Menyebabkan tingkat kriminal, khususnya perkelahian dan kecelakaan di kalangan remaja semakin meningkat, 3. Remaja menjadi ketagihan minum sopi, 4. Mengalami gangguan kesehatan (dada terasa sakit dan muntah bercampur darah), 5. Membolos sekolah untuk minum sopi bersama teman-temanKesimpulan: Sopi terbukti memberikan dampak yang tidak bagus untuk para remaja. Remaja harus berupaya menghentikan konsumsi sopi, supaya tidak berakibat buruk bagi kesehatan tubuh karena dampak negatif sopi yang sudah terbukti di masyarakat. Perlu adanya kerjasama lintas sektor untuk mencegah perilaku minum sopi di kalangan remaja. Kata Kunci: minum sopi, remaja, dampak minum sopi

Abstract

Toddler health is still a national problem which needs to be given top priority because it really determines the quality of human resources. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors associated with nutritional status in children under five in the Buraen Sub-district Work Area of ​​the Sonraen Health Center in Kupang Regency. This type of research was analytic descriptive with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 112 people who were obtained using purposive sampling techniques in accordance with specified inclusion criteria. The results showed that dietary factors were 57 (50.9%), socio-cultural 106 (94.6%), infectious diseases 83 (74.1%), health services 112 (100%), nutritional status 105 (93.8%). Chi square test results showed that there was a significant relationship between infectious diseases and nutritional status in infants in Pustu Buraen with p-value = 0.028 where р <α (α = 0.05), there is no relationship between eating patterns, social culture and health services with the nutritional status of children under five where р> α (α = 0.05). Advice for parents of toddlers to be able to preach their children so they avoid infectious diseases and health woerkes to continue to improve education efforts on prevention of infectious diseases. Health workers can also increase efforts to improve the nutritional status of children under five such as : home visits, monitoring and ensuring the provision of supplementary food. Abstract

The background of the author doing this research is because of the problem of nutritional status in adolescents, namely how the description of diet, physical activity and nutritional status of teenagers at Citra Bangsa Christian High School in Kupang City. Then this study aims to analyze the description of diet, physical activity, and nutritional status in Citra Bangsa Christian High School Teenagers in Kupang City. The research method conducted by the author is survey research using descriptive research methods. This research was conducted at the Citra Bangsa Christian High School in Kupang City and the informants in this study were students or writers who conducted research in collecting the data needed. The authors conducted research using interview techniques by using questionnaires to obtain answers from students regarding information about diet, physical activity, and nutritional status in adolescents systematically. From the results of research conducted by the author on the description of eating patterns, physical activity, and nutritional status in adolescents, which shows that from 140 respondents, 31 respondents (22.1%) have a high eating pattern, 99 respondents (77.7%) have a high dietary pattern. eat enough by answering questions, and 10 respondents (7.1%) have a poor diet. While in the physical activity section of 140 respondents, 46 respondents (32.9%) had a high level of physical activity, 61 respondents (43.6%) had a moderate level of activity, and 33 respondents (23.6%) had a high level of physical activity. which is lacking. And on the nutritional nutritional status of 140 respondents, 36 respondents (25.7%) had a "thin" nutritional status, 92 respondents (65.7%) had a "Normal" nutritional status, and 12 respondents (8.6%) had a nutritional status.
