Abstract

Di Kota Kendari, besi behel sloof dibuat segitiga oleh pekerja bangunan. Melalui penggalian mengenai sloof pada bangunan dan diperbandingkan antara pengetahuan pekerja bangunan serta pengetahuan arsitek terdidik, sehingga dapat terbangun sinergi diantara keduanya. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengkaji koeksistensi pengetahuan arsitek terdidik dan pekerja bangunan mengenai sloof. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kausal komparatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitan ini disimpulkan bahwa koeksistensi ditemukan pada pengertian sloof, ukuran sloof, komposisi campuran sloof, sloof terhadap pondasi, ukuran sloof terhadap pondasi, ukuran besi tulangan sloof untuk rumah berlantai satu, ukuran besi tulangan sloof untuk rumah berlantai dua, pengertian besi behel, besi behel terhadap beton, ukuran besi tulangan terhadap besi behel, jarak besi behel pada sloof, angkur ditekuk dalam sloof, komposisi campuran sloof, sloof terhadap rabat lantai, serta sloof terhadap ringbalk. Inkoeksistensi ditemukan dalam fungsi sloof, rumus dimensi sloof, posisi besi tulangan sloof terhadap besi tulangan kolom, ujung behel ditekuk, dan besi behel dibuat segitiga.

Abstract

Tondonggeu is a village located in Nambo District, Kendari City, a coastal settlement area with moderate density. The land use in the coastal settlement area of Tondonggeu Village is dominated by house buildings that grow linearly following the boundary line of the tide. Along with its development, the level of building density is higher and reduces the area of open space. The availability of open space in the coastal settlement of Tondonggeu does not have a good quantity and quality as a communal space that can be used by the community to socialize, interact, or carry out other public activities. The purpose of this research is to identify the forms of public open space that exist in the residential area of Tondonggeu. Qualitative research methods were used in this research and experimental methods were used to obtain a suitable landscape design model which later became the direction for the development of the coastal settlement area of Tondonggeu village and the coastal settlement area of Kendari City in general. The results of this study indicate that the form of public open space in the waterfront settlement area of Tondonggeu Village is linear and square.open space Square in residential areas in the form of yards of public and social facilities owned by the government which are used spontaneously without any special arrangement. For open spaces that are linear in the form of an environmental road which functions as a circulation space and an open space for society. The use of this open space is due to the limited public spaces that are square / plaza in nature. Under the category of open spaces in Tondonggeu residential areas included in the public space scale environment with a spacious and scope of small service in the form of space around the dwelling(home oriented space),the open space environment (neighborhood space)

Abstract

Arsitektur tradisional Kulisusu ibarat sebuah kitab tertulis dengan ruang, bentuk dan symbol sebagai huruf-huruf yang bercerita. Kitab tersebut hanya dapat dibaca dengan pemahaman sejarah dan penjiwaan terhadap agama, keyakinan dan falsafah hidup masyarakat setempat. Bangunan Raha Bulelenga terdiri dari substansi ruhani dan materi dimana falsafah hidup, keyakinan dan agama telah ditransformasikan pada wujud fisik bangunan. Berdasarkan dari hal tersebut, bangunan Raha Bulelenga mengandung esensi kehidupan hakiki dan dijadikan sebagai sarana masyarakat tradisional Kulisusu untuk mewujudkan visi kehidupan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendokumentasikan konsepsi religius masyarakat tradisional Kulisusu yang menjiwai penampilan fisik bangunan Raha Bulelenga serta menemukan penerapan konsepsi religius masayarakat Kulisusu pada bangunan Raha Bulelenga. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Kulisusu pada kawasan benteng Lipu-Wa Pala dengan paradigma post-positivisme sebagai landasan penelitiannya dan menggunakan metode etnografi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Aspek yang dianalisis meliputi konsepsi religius masyarakat tradisional Kulisusu pada saat pembangunan dan tingkatan hati manusia dalam ajaran Tasawuf. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsepsi religius masyarakat Kulisusu didasarkan kepada Undang-undang Islam Martabat tujuh sebagai paradigma arsitektur tradisional Kulisusu. Selain itu itu penelitian juga memperoleh gambaran tentang penerapan konsep religius martabat alam insani berupa tingkatan hati manusia pada bangunan Raha Bulelenga.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di RT 05 dan RT 06, Jl. Chairul Anwar, Lorong Durian, Kelurahan Wuawua, Kecamatan Wuawua, Kota Kendari. Pengabdian ini ditujukan untuk memperkenalkan APD kepada para tukang bangunan. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan dan praktik. Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of management and management of cattle-breeding farms, which affects the income results of cattle breeding businesses on various ownership scales in the Konda District, South Konawe Regency. The purpose of the study was to find out the income of cattle breeding businesses on different ownership scales in the Konda District South Konawe Regency. The study's location was determined purposively by considering the village with the largest total cow population in the Konda District. The number of respondents to cattle breeding farmers is as many as 38 farmers. Data analysis uses descriptive quantitative data analysis by calculating costs, receipts, and revenues. The results showed that income for small-scale businesses ranged from IDR14.980.000 and for periodic medium businesses around IDR22.960.000 while for large-scale businesses around IDR28.185.000. The payment of cattle breeding business on various ownership scales in Konda District, South Konawe Regency, shows decent business income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the amount of income in lowland rice farming in Lamolori Village, Mowila District and to determine the break-even point that occurs in lowland rice farming in Lamolori Village, Mowila District. The research was carried out in July-Agustust  2021. The data to be taken is the 2021  planting season data. The population in this study is 25 people of lowland rice farmers. The number o samples was determined using a non-probability sampling technique with saturated samplig or sensur sampling methods. The variables of this research are the age  o the farmer, the volume of lowland rice production, revenue, selling price and costs. The costs taken  into account are variable costs and fixed costs. The analytical  to used is Break Even Point  by calculating income, revenue and costs incurred by farmers. The results show that: (1) The amount of income  in lowland  rice farming per  hectare per planting season in Lamolori Village, Mowila  District is IDR 2,543, 594 and (2) The break-even point in lowland rice farming per hectare per growing season in Lamolori Village, Mowila Districtis as follows: sales value (BEP np) is IDR 2,706,716, prodaction volume break-even point (BEP vp) is 601,49 kilograms, point the break-even area of land (BEP LL) is 2 hectares and the break-even point of the  price of dry grain harvested per hectare per planting season  in Lamolori Village, Mowila District is IDR 2,793.60.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze channel pattern and tomato marketing margins, analyze efficiency for each tomato marketing channel, and analyze tomato price transmission. To determine the sample in this study, the writer using the methods of purposive sampling and snowball sampling.  Purposive sampling used for sampling all tomato farmers, so that 25 tomato farmers were obtained.  Snowball sampling is used to determine marketing institutions so that 17 marketing institutions are obtained consisting of 2 collectors, 3 wholesalers, and 12 retailers.  The results of the study showed that there were 3 marketing channels for tomatoes in Sidamangura Village.  Channel III has the highest Farner's Share value of 73% with a total margin of Rp.2.66/Kg, so it is indicated to have the best level of marketing efficiency compared to Channel I of 60% with a total margin of Rp. 4.417/Kg and Channel II of 58% with a total margin of Rp. 5,000/Kg. Furthermore, the analysis of the price elasticity of transmission of the three channels obtained that the price elasticity of channel I is 30%, channel II is 34%, and channel III is 170%.  channel III is said to be elastic because. The elasticity of price transmission on channel I is 0.30, the elasticity of price transmission on channel II is 0.34, and the elasticity of price transmission on channel III is 0.7, the channel has elasticity < 1 or inelastic, meaning that in channel I, the price change is 1% at the retailer level will result in a 30% price change at the farmer level, channel II, which is a 1% price change at the retail level, will result in a 34% price change at the farmer level, and channel III, which is a 1% price change at the retailer level. price change of 70% at the farm level with a market shape leading to Monopsony

Abstract

This research aims to determine the technical feasibility of oil palm farming in Epeesi Village, Basala District. Knowing the financial feasibility of oil palm farming in Epeesi Village, Basala District. The implementation of this research will start from October 2021 to December 2021. The research variables are the respondent farmers' identity and the farming actors' characteristics. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods. The data in this study were analyzed using the costs used for production, production revenue and net income, technical feasibility analysis and financial feasibility analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the processing of oil palm plantations in Epeesi Village, Basala District, South Konawe Regency, in terms of technical aspects, was feasible in the category of land suitability, growing conditions, production processes, the technology used for transportation of oil palm and oil palm production capacity. Palm oil farming is financially feasible to operate with an NPV value of IDR747.570.637,- > one feasible and IRR to produce an interest rate of 70.58%, which is a higher than the amount of interest that has been set with a value of 8.58%. A Net Benefit Cost Ratio of 12.04 > 1 is categorized as feasible, and the PP is three years and six mounts. The price decrease that occurred in the sensitivity analysis with a value of 10% and 30%, as well as an increase in production costs by 10% and 30%, so that the investment return period is below the economic time of farming, which is eight years, so based on the financial feasibility criteria, oil farming palm worth working on.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the distribution of subsidized fertilizers for rice crops during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study was conducted in Baula District, Kolaka Regency from October 2021 to December 2021. The population in this study were rice farmers. Determination of the sample is done by simple random sampling technique. The number of samples selected as many as 91 respondents. Data analysis used two approaches, namely a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach by calculating the effectiveness of the distribution of subsidized fertilizers based on six precise indicators, consisting of price accuracy, quantity, time, place, type and quality accuracy. Meanwhile, to determine the effect of land area, number of seeds, fertilizer, labor and the effectiveness of fertilizer distribution on rice production, multiple non-linear regression analysis was used. The results of the study show that the distribution of subsidized fertilizers in Baula District, Kolaka Regency was not effective before the pandemic, and very ineffective during the Covid-19 pandemic. Land area, number of fertilizer, seeds, and number of labor have a positive and significant effect on lowland rice production, while the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution has a positive and insignificant effect on lowland rice production.Keywords: distribution; subsidized fertilizer; Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

This study aims to provide new innovations in the use of Microsoft Power Point applications as interactive physics learning media on diode material. In addition, it motivates physics teachers to use technology in the implementation of learning in class. The target of this research is in the form of products resulting from the use of the Microsoft PowerPoint application as an interactive physics learning medium on diode material. This research method is research and development using a development model consisting of five stages, namely: (1) preliminary investigation; (2) design (3) realization/construction (realization/construction); (4) test, evaluation, and revision (test, evaluation, and revision); (5) implementation (implementation). The results of this study are the creation of interactive physics learning media through power point applications with the plomp model known as 5 stages, namely the initial investigation stage, design, realization/construction, test evaluation and revision and implementation. Power point interactive learning media is generally declared feasible to use after going through several trials carried out with material expert tests, media expert tests by looking at the results of the assessment of the two validators with a value obtained of 77.50 including the valid category for material experts and media experts obtaining a score of 78.46 is included in the valid category. It can also be seen that the effectiveness of learning media through the ability of student learning outcomes with a pretest score of 64.00 and a posttest score of 84.00 shows a significant increase in student learning outcomes.
