Abstract

The process of caring for orphans by applying the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith, it is necessary to have good care and provide their rights as children who have been abandoned by their parents. Therefore, through education, teaching, care and maintaining their property is what the orphans want and the hope of the orphanage as the manager and administrator of the orphans. The purpose of this study is to provide insight into how the model of caring for orphans in this case uses the literature review method or literature review. Literature review is a research written based on the results of a review of various appropriate library materials. The results of the literature review that the model of caring for orphans in Islamic Religious Education uses a model of moral education, morals and good care for the sake of the future.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi mahasiswa Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) dalam menghadapi Uji Kompetensi Pendidikan Profesi Guru (UKPPPG) cukup kompleks. Banyak peserta yang belum memahami secara mendalam prosedur, materi ujian, serta strategi pelaksanaan, sehingga menimbulkan rasa cemas dan kurang percaya diri. Rendahnya pemahaman teknis terkait penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, pembuatan video pembelajaran, dan laporan studi kasus juga menjadi hambatan utama. Kondisi ini berpotensi mengurangi tingkat kelulusan dan berdampak pada kualitas guru profesional di Indonesia. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kesiapan dan pengetahuan mahasiswa PPG dalam menghadapi UKPPPG melalui bimbingan teknis (bimtek) yang terstruktur. Mitra sasaran adalah mahasiswa PPG Guru Tertentu Tahap III Tahun 2025 bidang studi PGSD, dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 52 orang. Metode pelaksanaan berupa bimtek daring melalui platform Zoom, yang mencakup ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan angket pretest-posttest untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan peserta, dengan proporsi kategori “Baik” meningkat dari 50% menjadi 73,68% pada kelompok perempuan dan dari 64,28% menjadi 92,86% pada kelompok laki-laki. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa bimtek efektif dalam meningkatkan kesiapan mahasiswa PPG menghadapi UKPPPG

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of the community towards Islamic inheritance law in Lembanna Village, Bontobahari District, Bulukumba Regency. This study uses a combined quantitative and qualitative research method. Qualitative research uses a quantitative correlational approach, this study involved 95 randomly selected respondents aged 30 to 55 years. Data were collected through knowledge tests and Likert scale attitude questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Pearson Product-Moment correlation with the help of SPSS. While the quantitative method was carried out by in-depth interviews with academics, scholars, intellectuals, religious leaders and women leaders, then analyzed with the theory of maqāṣid al-sharī'ah. The results showed that the majority of respondents had a moderate level of knowledge and showed a neutral attitude towards Islamic inheritance law. The correlation test revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between knowledge and attitudes (r = 0.363; p < 0.05). This indicates that the higher a person's level of knowledge about Islamic inheritance law, the more positive their attitude towards its implementation. This study emphasizes that Islamic inheritance law must be reinterpreted from the perspective of the maqāṣid al-sharī'ah so that the law is not merely normative but rather provides gender and distributive justice, taking into account social changes in accordance with the views of Islamic scholars and intellectuals. This study contributes to the development of Islamic law and social psychology studies and emphasizes the importance of increasing knowledge as a foundation for promoting the acceptance and practice of Islamic law in a pluralistic social context.
