Abstract

Madrasah principals play an important role in creating an effective madrasah culture. This research analyzed the behavior of the madrasah head in fostering an effective culture in human resources and services in the institution he leads. The research was conducted in 9 madrasah in Tulungagung Regency. Data was obtained through interviews and observation techniques. The research results show that efforts to create an effective madarasah culture are carried out through an adaptive and visionary leadership style. These include delegating tasks proportionally, having effective communication skills, being able to foster motivation in subordinates, and exercising measurable control. This research shows how a madrasah head has a big influence in fostering an effective work culture, if he can optimize the potential and he has power.

Abstract

Education is one of the efforts to improve human quality. One of the elements that make education more quality, is human resources, namely teachers, prinsiple of madrasah, educators and education staff, namely teachers, other educators, madrasah principle, and madrasah supervisors. To improve the professionalism of teachers and madrasah principals, supervisory guidance is needed as a coach. In carrying out their supervisory duties, madrasah supervisors need strategies that will be used in carrying out their supervisory duties.Data collection in this study used in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out in two stages, namely single site data analysis and cross site data analysis. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The technique for checking the validity of the data is through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability.The results of this study indicate that: 1) The planning strategy of madrasah supervisors consists of: (a) Forming a teamwork to formulate a supervisory program. (b) Planning the program according to the needs of the madrasa principal based on the previous year's evaluation and carried out collaboratively. (2) Implementation strategy of madrasah supervisors, namely: (a) Carrying out periodical coaching and mentoring at least 3 times a year, namely at the beginning of the year, in the middle and at the end of the year. (b) Carry out monitoring of 8 SNPs and supervision and to the head of the madrasa in accordance with the planning schedule, 3) The supervisor's evaluation strategy, namely: (a) Carrying out a coaching evaluation and analyzing the results after providing guidance to the head of the madrasa. (b) Evaluation and analysis of monitoring results is carried out by the development supervisor in collaboration with other supervisors. The formal finding of this research is the Periodic Collaborative Madrasah Supervisory Strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to determine increased access and equal distribution of the potential of Islamic educational institutions. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that one of the pillars of national education is the expansion and equal distribution of access to education. Expanding and equalizing access to education which is aimed at expanding the capacity of educational units by referring to the national priority scale which provides equal opportunities for all students from various groups of society who are diverse both socially, economically, gender, geographically and at the level of intellectual ability, and physical condition. Expanding and equalizing access provides the widest possible opportunities for the Indonesian population to be able to learn throughout their lives in order to increase the nation's competitiveness in the current era. Access to Islamic educational institutions has great significance for the development of individuals and society as a whole. This helps understand Islamic teachings, strengthens religious identity, teaches morals and ethics, understands relevant social and political issues, and helps build character and integrate religious values ​​in daily life. Obstacles to access to Islamic education in this village include Lack of material books and competence of teaching staff. This factor influences the quality of education and students' understanding of Islamic teachings. Therefore, to overcome this problem, greater efforts need to be made to increase access to education, provide adequate book materials, and increase the competency of teaching staff in village areas. Teacher training plays a key role in the distribution of Islamic religious education. Effective teacher training should focus on understanding local culture, relevant curriculum, innovative teaching methods, classroom management skills, community involvement, use of technology, and development of empathy skills.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to find out word class university in Islamic education. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that policy is a series of actions/activities proposed by a person or a particular institution in a place to resolve obstacles and alternative implementation in order to achieve certain goals. The idea that policy involves behavior that has aims and objectives is an important part of the definition of policy, because after all policy must show what is actually done rather than what is merely proposed in some activity to solve a problem. The concept of a world class university. A world-class university is born with self-development and selfless efforts to meet universal standards. World class university is characterized by; firstly, the lecturers' works are widely used as references by many researchers, lecturers and students throughout the world. secondly, the ability to communicate in international languages, such as English and Arabic. Third, the research findings have an impact on world change. Fourth, all public information related to universities can be accessed by many people throughout the world, and Fifth, these universities have become places of study and research for students from various countries.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan perguruan tinggi berbasis pesantren, yang diharapkan para-alumni dapat terus mengembangkan khazanah keilmuannya. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian studi kasus, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Kehadiran peneliti disini sebagai key instrument. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Universitas Darussalam Gontor merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi berbasis pesantren yang sesuai dengan visi dan misinya, yaitu universitas bersistem pesantren yang bermutu dan berarti, sebagai pusat pengembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan yang berorientasi pada Islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan kontemporer dan sebagai pusat kajian bahasa al-Qur’an untuk kesejahteraan umat manusia. Perguruan Tinggi berbasis pesantren di Universitas Darussalam Gontor yang merupakan Perguruan tinggi identik dengan kemodernan dengan ciri khas Perguruan Tinggi dengan tradisi akademik yang kritis berguna secara teoritis maupun praktis sehingga lahir umat yang handal dalam hal sains dan teknologi. Mahasiswa UNIDA Gontor dalam pengembangan skill yang ada di IPK UNIDA Gontor juga diwajibkan memiliki IPKS yang mengukur prestasi di luar kelas seperti wajib menghafal Al Qur’an sebagai persyaratan mengikuti UTS dan UAS. Capaian tersebut mencakup 4 (empat) aspek, yaitu olah dzikir, olah pikir, olah rasa, dan olahraga. Landasan tersebut meliputi aspek teologis, filosofis, kultural, psikologis, sosiologis, dan historis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manfaat dan dampak hubungan perguruan tinggi dengan market dan bisnis, rekomendasi strategis dan langkah konkret yang dapat diambil oleh perguruan tinggi untuk mengimplementasikan strategi yang efektif. penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research). studi pustaka berkaitan dengan kajian teoritis dan beberapa referensi yang tidak akan lepas dari literatur-literatur ilmiah. data yang diperoleh dari studi pustaka dianalisis dengan kualitatif model interaktif terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi perguruan tinggi dengan pasar dan bisnis memiliki manfaat yang signifikan, termasuk relevansi kurikulum yang meningkat, pengalaman praktis bagi mahasiswa, kualitas penelitian yang unggul, serta akses ke sumber daya tambahan. Kolaborasi juga mendorong jejaring kerjasama, komersialisasi hasil penelitian, dan memberikan kontribusi pada solusi masalah sosial dan lingkungan. Rekomendasi strategis termasuk pengembangan kebijakan dan program kewirausahaan yang mendukung kolaborasi, serta partisipasi aktif dosen, peneliti, dan mahasiswa dalam penelitian terapan dan program pelatihan sesuai kebutuhan pasar. Abstract

This research explores the impact of transformative leadership strategies on improving the performance of Islamic educational institutions. The main focus of the research is how leaders who are able to articulate a clear and inspiring vision and mission can create a more motivated and productive environment. The research results show that there is a strong correlation between the professional development of teachers and staff and improving the quality of learning. Empowering human resources through training and rewards is proven to play an important role in motivating staff to innovate and contribute better. Additional findings highlight the importance of effective communication in the practice of transformative leadership. Leaders who listen to feedback and respond with empathy are able to build strong relationships of trust with staff and students, facilitating better collaboration and creating an environment that values ​​all its members. The leader's ability to manage change and communicate change goals clearly has also proven to be an important factor in the successful implementation of this strategy. The conclusion of this research shows that a transformative leadership approach can bring significant positive changes in Islamic educational institutions. By implementing an inspiring vision, empowering human resources, and effective communication, leaders can create an environment conducive to growth and development, for both students and staff. Therefore, the implementation of transformative leadership strategies should be considered as a potential model for achieving improvements in overall educational performance and quality.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mengetahui hakikat manajemen perubahan pendidikan islam transformative. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan. Penelitian kepustakaan sebagai suatu penelitian yang dilaksanakan dengan mereview dari berbagai jurnal dan buku-buku referensi terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen perubahan merupakan proses penggunaan sumber daya organisasi untuk mempengaruhi perubahan suatu organisasi dengan menggunakan orang lain guna mencapai tujuan secara efisien dan efektif. Adapun fase- fase dalam manajemen perubahan meliputi 4 fase, yaitu: fase eksplorasi, fase perencanaan, fase tindakan, fase integrasi. Sedangkan perubahan secara substansi dibedakan menjadi 4 macam, yaitu: perubahan structural, perubahan teknologi, perubahan strategi dan tata fisik, dan perubahan manusia. Sedangkan pendidikan islam transformatif adalah pendekatan pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk mengubah paradigma dan praktik pendidikan yang biasanya dilakukan menjadi pendidikan yang lebih holistik berdasarkan nilai-nilai Islam dan memberikan dampak positif pada kehidupan individu dan masyarakat. Konsep dasar dalam pendidikan islam transformatif meliputi 3 macam yaitu: integrasi antara pengetahuan dan nilai-nilai islam, pembelajaran holistic, memberi dampak positif pada individu dan masyarakat.

Abstract

The quality of graduate students at the SMA/MA level is not optimal when viewed from the national exam scores which are not included in the top five categories with the highest scores in Indonesia. Madrasah heads and teachers within the scope of educational institutions are spearheads in creating quality graduates, so that in this study these two factors will be tested for their influence on graduate quality. The method in this study was a quantitative approach with the type of ex-post facto, with a population of all MAN teachers in Blitar district. While the sample was taken randomly from the three madrasas. Technical data analysis using simple and multiple regression tests with prerequisite tests for normality and linearity tests. From the results of this study, the authors concluded: 1) There is a positive and significant influence on the performance of madrasa principals on the quality of MAN student graduates in Blitar district by 49.8%. 2) There is a positive and significant effect of teacher performance on the quality of MAN graduate students in Blitar district by 53.5%. 3) There is an effect of the performance of madrasah heads and teachers' performance on the quality of MAN student graduates in Blitar district by 53.6%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze risks in the management of transformative Islamic education change and identify effective mitigation strategies. In the modern context, Islamic education experiences significant challenges in facing dynamic social, technological and cultural changes. Transformative change management is very necessary to ensure that Islamic education remains relevant and adaptive to current developments, but this process is not free from various risks. This research uses the library research method, utilizing various relevant literature sources, such as books, journals and academic articles, to identify and analyze risks that arise in the management of transformative Islamic education change. The research results show that the risks in change management in transformative Islamic education include resistance to change, limited resources, gaps in educational quality, potential value conflicts, unclear vision and goals, regulatory and policy obstacles, risk of less professional change management, technological challenges, dependency on external parties, lack of monitoring and evaluation. Through the implementation of appropriate mitigation strategies such as increasing human resource capacity, outreach and involvement of stakeholders, developing contextual and flexible curricula, strengthening policy frameworks and government support, these risks can be minimized. This research contributes to providing practical recommendations for Islamic educational institutions to manage change more effectively and sustainably.
