Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui media pembelajaran matematika pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di sekolah dasar, khususnya di Cipondoh, Kota Tangerang.  Subjek penelitian yaitu Sekolah Dasar di daerah Cipondoh, Kota Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan penelitian yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) pembelajaran matematika saat covid-19 ini dilakukan dengan blended learning menggunakan media teknologi berupa handphone atau laptop, 2) selama pembelajaran berlangsung siswa diberikan materi, menyimak video pembelajaran, dan hasil belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan fokus permasalahan yaitu penggunaan model pembelajaran Inkuiri dalam meningkatkan kemampuan memecahkan soal cerita matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis peningkatan kemampuan memecahkan soal cerita matematika pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 3 Serang. Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri menekankan kepada proses mencari dan menemukan. Materi pelajaran tidak diberikan secara langsung. Peran siswa dalam strategi ini adalah mencari dan menemukan sendiri materi pelajaran, sedangkan guru berperan sebagai fasilitator dan pembimbing siswa untuk belajar. Motede penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model spiral Kemmis dan Tanggert yaitu model siklus yang dilakukan secara berulang berkelanjutan. Artinya semakin lama diharapkan semakin meningkatkan pencapaian hasilnya. Model ini dimulai dengan rencana, tindakan, pengamatan, refleksi dan perencanaan kembali, merupakan dasar untuk ancang-ancang pemecahan masalah. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah LKS, tes tertulis, Lembar Observasi kinerja guru dan Aktivitas siswa, pedoman wawancara. Data diperoleh, dianalisis, dan direfleksikan dengan menggunakan metode deskripsi kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian siklus I,II,III dengan nilai keberhasilan dalam siklus I sekitar 68,8%, keberhasilan pada siklus II sekitar 72,8%,dan pada siklus III sekitar 78,4%. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa dalam pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan model inkuiri dikelas IV di SD Negeri 3 Serang menunjukan suatu pemahaman siswa terhadap materi sudah merata dan kemampuan siswa dalam memecahkan soal cerita tentang  materi pecahan sudah sangat baik

Abstract

There is a lot of news in the mass media about deviant behavior among students, including acts of bullying, physical violence, discriminating against friends, and so on. At SD FULLDAY DAQU SCHOOL, the school has tried to counteract these things by internalizing the character values of mutual cooperation in the school environment and in learning. This study aims to analyze the application of mutual cooperation character values that are internalized into civics education learning. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were headmaster, teachers and students of low class I, II, III. This study uses interviews, observation, and documentation in data collection. The analysis technique uses triangulation of data sources. The results showed that students were trained to give alms and pray for each other which were contained in the daqu method, cooperation, respect, and solidarity. In practice, teachers use ICT, PBL, cooperative, and contextual learning models. The learning methods used are lectures, demonstrations, singing, discussions, and class outings as well as the learning strategies used are contextual, inquiry and expository.

Abstract

Education is one of the crucial aspects in shaping character and enhancing the quality of human resources. Learning at the Elementary School (SD) level plays a strategic role in forming the foundation of knowledge and skills for students. To achieve these goals, innovative and effective learning models need to be introduced. One method that can be implemented is role-playing in Social Studies (IPS) learning for fourth-grade students. This research aims to improve students' learning outcomes in IPS through the implementation of the Role-Playing learning model for fourth-grade students. The analysis conducted on the implementation of Role-Playing in IPS is essential because through Role-Playing, students can directly portray what exists in their environment. Through IPS learning, students understand social climate, family, and environmental factors, shaping them into responsible and socially skilled citizens. The research method used is classroom action research with the spiral model by Kemmis and McTanggart, with 25 students from the fourth grade at SDIT Insan Teladan Mandiri as the research subjects. The research instruments include observation sheets, interviews, and worksheets for data collection. The data analysis involves qualitative descriptive analysis techniques that depict abilities or facts according to field conditions. Based on the research results, it is evident that the role-playing learning model is capable of enhancing students' learning outcomes in IPS for the fourth grade at SDIT Insan Teladan Mandiri.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach. This research aims to describe, analyze and interpret good management practices, supporting and inhibiting factors for human resource development at Mororejo 52 NU Elementary School, Kendal, Central Java. The researcher's data collection process involves observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this research was carried out in a narrative descriptive style in three stages: data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the research show that Mororejo 52 NU Elementary School manages human resources and creates a planned, structured and measurable management model in order to produce quality human resources. The human resource management model in Islamic boarding school-based schools has its own uniqueness in achieving the institution's vision. Starting from the main competencies in accordance with institutional integration and collaboration in the sustainability of human resources who always provide excellent service. Human resource management model in schools with stages of analysis, planning, implementation of HR development, implementation of integration/collaboration, and monitoring and assessment of HR.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis  pentingnya peran guru dalam mengatasi dan mencegah terjadinya perundungan di sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu studi literature dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara membaca jurnal relavan terakreditas kemudian menganalisis dan menyimpulkan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan: Guru terbukti berperan penting dalam mencegah dan mengatasi perundungan di sekolah dasar, beragam variasi yang guru lakukan yaitu dengan menerapkan pendidikan karakter, kemudian memberikan bimbingan, nasihat, arahan, pemahaman, memberikan contoh perilaku yang baik serta memberikan efek jera kepada pelaku perundungan. Kesimpulan bahwa peran guru sangatlah bervariasi yaitu dengan cara menerapkan pendidikan karakter memberikan nasihat, bimbingan klasikal serta individual arahan melakukan deklarasi anti perundungan kemudian dalam mengatasi perilaku perundungan guru memanggil siswa memberikan arahan memberikan efek jera pada siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya peran guru kelas dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan mendukung bagi semua siswa di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the “15-Minute Daily Literacy Program” (PLH-15) in improving reading-comprehension skills among second-grade elementary students. A quasi-experimental, single-group pre-test–post-test design was implemented at SD Bani Saleh, Bekasi. Thirty-two pupils were selected through purposive sampling. For eight weeks, participants engaged in 15-minute silent-reading sessions each morning before lessons, using grade-appropriate materials encompassing fiction, nonfiction, and illustrated informational texts. Data were gathered via the national-curriculum reading-comprehension test, reading-interest observation sheets, and brief teacher interviews. Statistical analysis revealed a significant rise in mean comprehension scores from 58.4 to 76.1 (p < 0.01), with an effect size of Cohen’s d = 0.98, indicating a strong impact. Observations recorded a 42 % increase in library book loans and greater participation in classroom reading discussions. Teacher interviews corroborated quantitative findings, noting heightened enthusiasm and confidence when students answered text-based questions. The study recommends institutionalizing the PLH-15 routine, expanding leveled reading collections, and training teachers in literacy strategies. These results underscore that a simple yet consistent intervention can strengthen early-literacy foundations and support the attainment of Indonesia’s “Profil Pelajar Pancasila” competencies at the primary-school level.Keywords: Daily Literacy, Reading Comprehension, Second-Grade Students, Merdeka Curriculum

Abstract

The low level of student interest and participation in science and social science learning in elementary schools, particularly in the topic of Light and Its Properties, poses a challenge that affects the effectiveness of the learning process. This study aims to determine the effect of applying the Make a Match method in increasing students' interest and participation in learning. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method focused on a single fifth-grade student from class V-B at SDN Gobang 01, who initially showed very low learning engagement. Data were collected through observations and interviews during two phases of learning, before and after the implementation of the Make a Match method. The results showed that after applying the Make a Match method, there was a significant increase in both learning interest and participation. The student’s participation improved to 64%, as reflected in their increased willingness to ask questions, answer, and actively engage in classroom discussions. The student also demonstrated greater enthusiasm toward the subject matter. It can be concluded that the Make a Match method is effective in enhancing learning interest and participation among previously passive students, particularly in science subjects at the elementary level. This study recommends that teachers adopt more interactive and participatory teaching strategies to create enjoyable learning environments and foster comprehensive student engagement.
