Abstract

Employees with high potential are needed to carry out activities in the company so that company goals can be achieved properly. Loss of qualified employees will cost the organization more time and money in recruiting and training replacements. For this reason, HR management is needed to retain existing individuals. Good HR management helps maintain existing talent in the organization by providing good compensation that can be a deterrent for employees to leave the company. Then, an unbalanced division of labor can result in an excessive workload for employees and potentially increase an employee's intention to turnover. This research uses a quantitative approach. This study aims to measure the significant influence of compensation and workload on turnover intention at PT Citramas Majutama. The results of hypothesis testing and multiple linear analysis show that compensation and workload have a significant influence on turnover intention at PT Citramas Majutama. The coefficient of determination (Adj R2) is 0.532, which indicates that the contribution of the independent variables compensation and workload to the dependent variable turnover intention is 53.2%. In comparison, the remaining 46.8% is influenced by other variables that have not been studied or are not included in the regression in this study.

Abstract

PT Dtrip Pacific Nusantara adalah perusahaan jasa perjalanan dan wisata yang terus mengoptimalkan berbagai aspek manajerial untuk memajukan bisnisnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan berhasil menciptakan sistem manajemen efisien, memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan, serta menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia juga menjadi faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan perusahaan. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi adalah persaingan ketat dan fluktuasi ekonomi yang memengaruhi daya beli konsumen. Kesimpulannya, dengan pengembangan strategi manajemen yang adaptif, PT Dtrip Pacific Nusantara memiliki potensi besar untuk bersaing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Abstract

During post-covid-19 pandemic, MSMEs in Indonesia are experiencing difficult times. Based on a BI survey, as many as 87.5% of MSMEs experienced a decline in sales, and the remaining 12.5% were not affected and tended to experience an increase because they were able to be resilient and adapt by digitalizing their business. In facing digital transformation, MSMEs often encounter 3 main challenges, including low technological knowledge, difficulty finding suitable digital platforms, and not being able to determine the right digital marketing strategy. This research aims to analyze the mediation of competitive ability on business digitalization as an effort to increase the resilience of Sukmajaya MSMEs after the Covid-19 pandemic. The analysis method used is path analysis. Business digitalization as an independent variable with indicators namely cost, incentive program, site design, and interactive. Competitive advantage as an intervening/mediating variable with indicators including, business networks, innovation, differentiation. Then, the dependent variable is MSME resilience with measurement indicators, namely problem solving and toughness. The unit of analysis in this research is MSMEs in Sukmajaya, Depok. Primary data was obtained using a questionnaire research instrument with 90 MSME respondents, and processed using SPSS. Research results show the influence of business digitalization on the competitive advantage and resilience of MSMEs in Sukmajaya, Depok. MSMEs in Sukmajaya can achieve MSMEs resilience by optimizing business digitalization and increasing its competitive advantage during the post-covid 19 pandemic period and after.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work life balance and work stress levels on employee job satisfaction. The research method uses a quantitative approach involving PT Rukun Mitra Sejati respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured the variables work life balance, work stress, and job satisfaction. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between work life balance and employee satisfaction. This shows that the more balanced the balance between work life and personal life (work life balance), the higher the level of job satisfaction felt by employees. On the other hand, there is a negative and significant influence between the level of work stress and employee satisfaction. This means that the higher the level of work stress experienced by employees, the lower the level of job satisfaction they feel. This research also produces an R Square value of 0.580, which shows that the work life balance variable (X1) and the work stress variable (X2) together contribute 58% to the job satisfaction variable (Y). Thus, this research makes an important contribution in understanding the factors that influence employee job satisfaction, especially through aspects of work life balance and work stress levels. The practical implications of these findings can be used as a basis for companies to increase employee job satisfaction through improvements in work life balance management and employee work stress management.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di sektor makanan dan minuman (F&B) melalui peningkatan pelayanan pelanggan dan digitalisasi usaha di Kota Depok. Program ini melibatkan sosialisasi serta pendampingan teknis mengenai pentingnya pelayanan prima, legalitas usaha melalui izin PIRT, serta pemanfaatan platform digital seperti ShopeeFood dan sistem pembayaran QRIS melalui Shopee Partner. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pendekatan observasi awal, penyampaian materi secara langsung, serta distribusi informasi visual berupa pamflet. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pemahaman baru mengenai lima dimensi utama pelayanan pelanggan (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy), serta terlibat aktif dalam proses pendaftaran PIRT dan layanan digital. Kegiatan ini terbukti meningkatkan kesiapan UMKM untuk bersaing secara legal, profesional, dan adaptif di era ekonomi digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh menurunnya kinerja karyawan PT. Trimitra Selaras Prima Kota Depok, yang diduga disebabkan oleh sistem kompensasi yang kurang memadai dan rendahnya disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh parsial kompensasi dan disiplin kerja, serta pengaruh simultan keduanya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh 32 karyawan PT. Trimitra Selaras Prima, dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, dan uji F dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi (thitung? 2,441 > ttabel? 1,699, sig. 0,021 < 0,05) dan disiplin kerja (thitung? 4,164 > ttabel? 1,699, sig. 0,000 < 0,05) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan (Fhitung? 32,765 > Ftabel? 3,33, sig. 0,000 < 0,05) dengan kontribusi sebesar 69,3% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perbaikan kompensasi dan penegakan disiplin kerja dapat secara efektif meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, organizational success is highly influenced by the quality of human resources, including in education. Teachers play a strategic role in ensuring effective learning. However, SDN Kemayoran 11 Pagi still faces issues with teacher discipline, especially in terms of inconsistent attendance and suboptimal performance in preparing and utilizing teaching modules based on the Merdeka Curriculum. Unlike many previous studies that measured teacher performance with general indicators, this research specifically evaluates teacher performance through the achievement of teaching modules in the Merdeka Curriculum, which reflects a more contextual and current standard of teacher competence. This study aimed to examine the effect of motivation and discipline on teacher performance. A quantitative approach was applied using saturated sampling, involving all 33 teachers at SDN Kemayoran 11 Pagi. Data were analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results showed that motivation and discipline each had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination indicated that 31.9% of the variation in teacher performance could be explained by motivation and discipline, while the remaining 68.1% was attributed to other factors. These findings imply that schools need to prioritize strategies that strengthen teacher discipline alongside motivation, as these aspects have been empirically proven to enhance teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Kecap Cap Korma Jaya Utama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, motivasi juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Secara simultan, pengembangan karir dan motivasi memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 0,952, yang berarti kedua variabel tersebut menjelaskan 95% variasi kepuasan kerja, sedangkan 5% sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Temuan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk mengembangkan strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif melalui penguatan program pengembangan karir dan peningkatan motivasi kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of celebrity endorsers and brand image on purchasing decisions of Vans shoes, with a case study on Vans shoe consumers in Depok City. The background of this research is based on the intense competition in the Indonesian footwear industry and the fluctuating sales of Vans products, highlighting the need for more effective marketing strategies. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaires. The sample consists of Vans shoe consumers in Depok City. The results indicate that both the celebrity endorser and brand image variables have a significant partial effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the variables also show a significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. The independent variables collectively explain 41.6% of the variance in the dependent variable. These findings suggest that the presence of public figures can attract consumer attention, and a strong brand image plays a crucial role in influencing purchasing decisions. Therefore, it is recommended that companies place greater emphasis on marketing strategies, particularly concerning celebrity endorsers and brand image.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem Reward dan Punishment terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Jonggol. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh populasi pegawai sebanyak 49 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji regresi linier berganda menunjukkan reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja (β = 0,396; Sig. = 0,009), sedangkan punishment berpengaruh negatif signifikan (β = -0,471; Sig. = 0,002). Secara simultan, reward dan punishment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja (Sig. F = 0,004) dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,216, yang berarti kedua variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 21,6% variasi disiplin kerja pegawai..
