Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance, workload, compensation, and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction in the Capital Market sector of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The background of this research is based on the increasing complexity of the world of work in the financial sector, which demands high performance and fluctuations in the level of employee job satisfaction. The study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative design (ex post facto). Data were collected through a survey using a questionnaire with a Likert scale administered to employees of the OJK Capital Market sector, with a random sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to test the relationships between variables. The results show that compensation, workload, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with compensation being the most dominant factor. Meanwhile, work-life balance did not show a significant influence on job satisfaction in the context of this study, so it can be concluded that employee job satisfaction is more influenced by organizational structure and material factors than by the management of work-life balance.

Abstract

Financial confidence represents a critical determinant in investment decision-making among stock market participants. This study examines the influence of financial socialization and psychological characteristics on financial confidence among stock investors in Jakarta, mediated by digital financial literacy and financial behavior. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing SmartPLS 3 software for data analysis through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The sample comprised 50 active stock investors residing in Jakarta, with data collected through structured questionnaires using five-point Likert scales. The analysis revealed four principal findings. First, financial socialization does not significantly influence digital financial literacy (p = 0.200), contradicting conventional socialization theory expectations. Second, psychological characteristics exert a strong positive influence on digital financial literacy (β = 0.902, p < 0.001). Third, digital financial literacy significantly affects financial behavior (β = 0.732, p < 0.001). Fourth, financial behavior strongly influences financial confidence (β = 0.799, p < 0.001). These findings suggest that intrinsic psychological factors serve as more powerful drivers of financial confidence development than external social learning processes among equity investors. The research contributes theoretical insights regarding financial confidence formation in emerging markets and provides practical implications for financial institutions, regulators, and investors. The study recommends that investor education programs prioritize psychological skill development and experiential learning rather than conventional information dissemination approaches.

Abstract

= 0,462; t = 3,054; p = 0,002). Digitalisasi pembelajaran berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan (? = 0,293; t = 1,484; p = 0,138), demikian pula budaya organisasi pembelajaran (? = 0,087; t = 0,465; p = 0,642).

Abstract

Despite the critical role of regional government owned Islamic Rural Banks (Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Syariah/BPRS) in advancing local financial inclusion, empirical understanding of how government support shapes innovative organizational behavior and, through it, customer relationship management quality and marketing performance remains limited. This study examined the influence of Government Support on Individual and Organizational Innovative Work Behaviour (IWB), the subsequent effects of both IWB dimensions on four Customer Relationship Management (CRM) components: Customer Orientation, CRM Organization, CRM Knowledge Management, and Technology-Based CRM, and the implications of these CRM dimensions for Marketing Result. A quantitative explanatory design was adopted, with data collected from 129 purposively sampled employees and analyzed by Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that Government Support positively and significantly influences both Individual and Organizational IWB, with the latter demonstrating stronger downstream effects on all CRM dimensions. Among the CRM components, Customer Orientation and Technology-Based CRM emerged as the most consequential pathways to improved Marketing Result, with the model explaining a substantial proportion of variance in the outcome variable. These results establish Government Support as a strategic institutional resource that catalyzes innovative work behaviour, and identify Technology-Based CRM as the most effective mechanism for enhancing marketing performance in government-owned BPRS. The study extends the model of Nicolescu and Ripa (2024) by incorporating Government Support as an upstream antecedent, offering theoretical contributions to the CRM and innovation literature and practical implications for regional governments and banking regulators.
