Abstract

This research was conducted at the Civil Service Police Unit Office (Satpol PP) in Solok City. The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of personality and work conflict simultaneously on the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit Office staff in Solok City. In this study, the population in this study were all civil servants at the Civil Service Police Unit Office, Solok City, namely 39 people. By using a total sampling of 39 employees of the civil service at the Civil Service Police Unit Office, Solok City. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire / questionnaire. Based on multiple linear regression analysis of the variables Personality and Work Conflict Influence Employee Performance Y = -3.478 + 0.765X1 + 0.308X2+ e. From the t test conducted, it was found that the variable X1 Personality had an effect on employee performance with a known variable value tcount 5.557 > ttable 1.688 and sig 0.000 <0.05. Variable X2 Work Conflict on Employee Performance with a tcount of 1.975> ttable of 1.688 and sig 0.002 <0.05. From the F test conducted, it was found that personality and work conflict simultaneously influence employee performance. The F count is 58.836 > 3.259 and a significance value (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Struktur Organisasi, Kedisiplinan, Motivasi terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan (Studi kasus Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Solok ). Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 70 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh Y= 0,404 + 0,197X1 + (-0,252X2) + 0,201X3 + 0,315X4 + e dan uji t 2,473, [-2,505] ,3,487 dan 4,666 yang artinya bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan, Struktur Organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan, Kedisplinan berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan dan Motvias berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan. Dilihat dari nilai R Square 0,570 yang artinya Kepemimpinan, Struktur Organisasi, Kedisiplinan dan Motivasi berpengaruh sebesar 57% terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pada Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga 43% dipengaruhi oleh faktor variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari analisis uji f nilai fhitung adalah 21,542 > 2,51 yang artinya bahwa Kepemimpinan, Struktur Organisasi, Kedisiplinan dan Motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and discipline on employee commitment at the Solok district youth and sports education office. The sample in this study were 79 respondents with the total sampling method. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the variables Workload and Discipline on Employee Commitment with a value of Y = 14.413 + 0.259(X1) + 0.303 (X2) + e. From the t test conducted on the X1 variable, namely Workload with a t-count value smaller than t-table 1.735 > 1.992, which means that the Workload variable has no effect on Employee Commitment, while the X2 variable, namely Discipline, obtains a greater t-count value from t-table 3, 832 > 1.992 which means Discipline affects Employee Commitment. While the results of the f-test analysis obtained the f-count value is greater than the f-table, namely 10.860 > 3.12, which means that Workload and Discipline together affect Employee Commitment.
