Abstract

The digital era is an era where an era experiences rapid progress that leads to digital. This era is characterized by fast and easy access to information. Technology that is developing more rapidly has brought many significant changes. This research uses the literature review method. Literature review is a description of theories, findings, other research materials obtained by analyzing the results of publications such as books, research articles or others related to research questions that have been prepared previously. Facing the challenges of the digital era requires several strategies such as social media integration strategies, digital literacy and business innovation. Business people are expected to be able to evaluate technology which is increasingly developing rapidly. They can't just rely on offline business. The development of the digital era has had a significant influence on every aspect of life. What is felt is the ease of access to information which is driven by the development of technology, making it easier for every human activity in various fields including education, trade and health.

Abstract

SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis has become a common strategy in business development, especially in the culinary industry. Warung Makan Fun Balunijuk Village is one of the businesses in the culinary sector that uses SWOT analysis to develop its business strategy. As part of this research, a SWOT analysis was carried out to determine the position of Warung Makan Fun Balunijuk Village in the culinary industry and identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats related to its business. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, Warung Makan Fun can continue to develop, but it requires a combination of SWOT analysis, such as implementing SO strategies, one example of which is holding local events by utilizing lots of seating; WO strategy, one example of which is improving financial management by using local events as a promotional tool; ST's strategy, one of which is maintaining affordable prices and fresh ingredients to face competition; and WT strategies, such as increasing menu innovation to remain competitive amidst competition, and so on.

Abstract

In the current era of digitalization and globalization, innovation strategies are very important to build MSMEs to improve performance and competitiveness. The aim of this research is to understand the impact of innovation strategies on the use of information technology in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector in Indonesia. This research applies a qualitative approach to analyze data from various relevant literature, such as books and scientific journals, to understand how innovation strategies can encourage the adoption of information technology and how this technology contributes to improving the performance of MSMEs. This research shows that the synergy between innovation strategies and the use of information technology is very useful for improving the performance and competitiveness of MSMEs. By using innovation strategies and utilizing information technology effectively, MSMEs can overcome various business challenges and take advantage of market opportunities to achieve sustainable growth and long-term success. The results of this research provide a significant contribution to understanding and practice in the MSME industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the promotional strategies used by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Coffee Shop, especially Triple Seven Pangkalpinang, through social media. The method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, where data is collected through direct observation, interviews with the owner, and documentation studies. The results showed that Triple Seven Pangkalpinang has implemented various promotional strategies through social media. In addition, it was found that the promotional strategy succeeded in increasing brand awareness and increasing customer interaction. In conclusion, the use of social media as a promotional tool for MSME Coffee Shops such as Triple Seven Pangkalpinang helps in the effectiveness to increase visibility and customer engagement, as well as strengthen their position in Pangkalpinang's local coffee industry.

Abstract

As time advances, humans need technology as a tool to help and facilitate all their activities in daily life, one of which is in the fields of transportation or food. In Indonesia, technological developments in the transportation sector can be seen from the rapid development of the Grab application. Through the Grab application, initially OVO was only used by the public as a payment method for Grab's transportation services. But now consumers can carry out various activities ranging from transportation to ordering food. This phenomenon illustrates how the Grab application with a payment system via OVO can be massively accepted by the Indonesian people. Acceptance of this technology can be analyzed using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). When using technology, people do not always receive the benefits, accept the convenience, and fully accept the risks, but often there is resistance or mistakes often occur. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with the variables perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and Perceived Risk in Grab application users on Reuse Intention. The population of this study were all Grab application users in Pangkalpinang City, with purposive sampling involving 112 respondents whose characteristics of application users ranged from 18-50 years and had also used the OVO feature for at least 1 year. The analytical method that will be used to analyze the data is SPSS 26.0. The results of this research explain that the variables perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and Perceived Risk have an influence on Reuse Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of using QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) as a digital payment strategy on consumer satisfaction and loyalty in the modern era. QRIS is a practical solution in payment transactions in various business sectors, especially in facing technological developments and changes in consumer behavior. The approach to this study is quantitative using a survey method to consumers who transact in various businesses that have implemented the QRIS system. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using a simple linear regression method. The research findings show that the use of QRIS has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, which in turn contributes to increasing consumer loyalty. The ease, speed, and security of transactions offered by QRIS have been shown to improve customer experience, thereby strengthening their relationship with the business. The results of this study emphasize the importance of implementing QRIS as part of an effective digital payment strategy in increasing consumer satisfaction and loyalty in the digital era.

Abstract

Tourism is a sector that contributes significantly to economic growth in Bangka Belitung. This article explores the level of visitor satisfaction as a key indicator in improving the competitiveness of the tourism sector in this region. This study applies a mixed approach, combining quantitative methods to gain in-depth insights into the factors that influence visitor satisfaction. Through a survey involving 100 respondents who visited various destinations in Bangka Belitung, the results show that service quality, natural beauty, and adequate facilities have a positive effect on tourist satisfaction. High satisfaction not only encourages tourists to return, but also increases word-of-mouth recommendations, which are very important in tourism marketing. In addition, with increased satisfaction, the competitiveness of tourism in this area is also raised, making it more attractive compared to other destinations. This study recommends that tourism managers focus on improving service quality, infrastructure development, and ongoing promotion to attract more tourists. Thus, tourist satisfaction is not only a goal, but also an important strategy in strengthening Bangka Belitung's position as a competitive tourist destination.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how coffee shop entrepreneurs in Pangkalpinang adapt their operational strategies in response to changing consumer behavior among young people. Using a qualitative approach and interviews with coffee shop owners and customers, the research reveals that comfort, aesthetic interior design, and facilities such as Wi-Fi and power outlets are key factors in attracting Gen Z consumers. Moreover, social media plays a crucial role in influencing visit decisions and building customer loyalty. In facing challenges such as limited capital and maintaining product consistency, coffee shop owners implement innovations through menu updates, spatial redesign, improved service, and digital marketing strategies. This study highlights the importance of understanding digital lifestyles, community engagement, and responsiveness to trends in sustaining competitiveness in a rapidly evolving market.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze how organizational culture and human resource competencies influence the performance of members in Student Activity Units (UKM) at the University of Bangka Belitung. The main problems identified include low commitment, active participation, and member competencies, which impact the effectiveness and sustainability of the organization. This study employs a quantitative approach as a survey method involving all UKM members as respondents, totaling 123 individuals, using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using linear regression to identify relationships between variables. The results indicate that organizational culture and human resource competencies have a positive and significant influence on organizational member performance. Strengthening an inclusive and professional organizational culture, as well as enhancing member competencies through training and development, are recommended as key strategies to improve SME performance in the university environment. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for SME managers and university authorities in formulating sustainable policies for student organization development

Abstract

This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to understand managerial practices through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation of KopJel One coffee business actors. This study aims to analyze the master strategy applied in long-term planning in coffee businesses in Bangka Belitung. The results of this study indicate that business owners apply a differentiation strategy to increase sales of coffee products, such as through product innovation, quality improvement, and local supplier support. In addition, a key component of their long-term strategy is the implementation of an intense growth strategy through market penetration and product development. This study highlights the importance of a strategy that is in line with the state of the business environment and the company's internal capabilities. The implications of this phenomenon can be a guide for MSME actors in the agricultural sector when they consider business strategies.
