Abstract

This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to understand managerial practices through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation of KopJel One coffee business actors. This study aims to analyze the master strategy applied in long-term planning in coffee businesses in Bangka Belitung. The results of this study indicate that business owners apply a differentiation strategy to increase sales of coffee products, such as through product innovation, quality improvement, and local supplier support. In addition, a key component of their long-term strategy is the implementation of an intense growth strategy through market penetration and product development. This study highlights the importance of a strategy that is in line with the state of the business environment and the company's internal capabilities. The implications of this phenomenon can be a guide for MSME actors in the agricultural sector when they consider business strategies.

Abstract

In today's highly competitive culinary industry, one of the most important strategies to attract and retain customers is product differentiation. Differences can provide value and set a business apart from its competitors. Examples of differentiation include innovative menu items, premium raw materials, distinctive flavors, and brand image. The goal of this study is to analyze the relationship between product differentiation and customer loyalty at Kinikawa Coffee Shop in Pangkal Pinang. As part of a quantitative research plan using survey techniques, questionnaires were distributed to one hundred active customers. The validity and reliability of the research instrument were examined, and simple linear regression analysis of the data was performed using SPSS software. The findings of the study indicate that customer loyalty is positively related. Customer loyalty to Kinikawa increases along with their opinions regarding the company's efforts to stand out from the competition.. This research highlights the importance of using differentiation tactics when building lasting relationships with clients, especially in the local coffee shop industry facing tight and fluctuating competition.

Abstract

Abstrak Di era revolusi 4.00, teknologi digital mengalami evolusi yang semakin pesat di tengah persaingan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan strategis Sumber Daya Manusia dapat mempengaruhi kemajuan teknologi di era digital revolusi 4.00. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif dan deskriptif untuk mengumpulkan data tentang persepsi dan pengalaman terkait dampak kemajuan teknologi digital terhadap perencanaan strategis sumber daya manusia serta untuk menghadapi tantangan dan peluang yang timbul dari kemajuan teknologi digital. Selain itu analisis data dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis data dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif SPSS terlihat bahwa variabel Teknologi Digital (X) sangat berpengaruh terhadap variabel perencanaan SDM (Y) . Dimana kemajuan teknologi semakin memudahkan sumber daya manusia di perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaannya. Oleh karena itu, meskipun kemajuan dalam industri TI telah membuat pekerjaan menjadi lebih mudah, tidak semua kemajuan tersebut memberikan dampak positif. Untuk menyediakan lingkungan kerja yang mempunyai kemampuan untuk bertahan, tumbuh, berkembang dan bersaing, maka perlu dilakukan pengembangan dan pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia yang tepat dan sesuai, sehingga akan meningkatkan profesionalisme dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan di era teknologi digital saat ini .

Abstract

The Bangka Belitung Islands are known to be rich in tin resources so it cannot be deniedthat most of the people make their living from tin but are now shackled by the 271T corruption case.This study aims to evaluate how big the impact of entrepreneurship is on Bangka Island, especiallyCentral Bangka Regency, after the rise in tin corruption cases which disrupted people's work, apartfrom that local fishermen were also affected by the existence of sea mines. Entrepreneurship playsan important role in building local economies and guiding a competitive future. This research aimsto analyze how the Timah 271T Bangka Belitung corporation can increase its competitivecapabilities through entrepreneurship that is oriented towards developing local resources andincreasing community participation in the economic development process.This research applies a quantitative approach in its methodology and utilizes aquestionnaire as a data collection tool. The population studied was MSME entrepreneurs in CentralBangka Regency, with a total of 39 respondents. The multiple regression analysis used, namelySPSS version 27 software, was used as a data analysis method. The test results show that thecoefficient of determination is 0.288, which means that around 28.8% of the variation in thedependent variable can be seen in the independent variables studied. This value shows that the LocalEconomy and Competitiveness variables influence Entrepreneurship in MSMEs in Central Bangkaby 28.8%. The t test results show that Local Economy (X1) has no influence on Entrepreneurship,while Competitiveness (X2) has a significant influence on MSME entrepreneurship in CentralBangka. The results of this research will contribute to the development of effective entrepreneurialstrategies to increase the competitiveness of MSME entrepreneurs in Central Bangka and encouragelocal economic growth.

Abstract

Kantin merupakan fasilitas penting dalam lingkungan pendidikan tinggi, khususnya di Universitas Bangka Belitung. Keberadaannya tidak hanya sebagai tempat penyedia makanan dan minuman, tetapi juga berperan dalam menciptakan lingkungan kampus yang nyaman dan kondusif. Meskipun demikian, pengelolaan kantin seringkali menghadapi tantangan seperti ketersediaan menu terbatas, kebersihan lingkungan yang kurang terjaga, dan layanan yang tidak memuaskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implikasi pengembangan dan strategi pengelolaan kantin di Universitas Bangka Belitung dengan fokus pada analisis preferensi dan persepsi civitas akademika, evaluasi fasilitas kantin yang sudah ada, serta pembangunan strategi pengelolaan yang efektif. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan kantin dan menciptakan lingkungan kampus yang lebih kondusif.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to examine how user-friendliness and digital services impact the competitive advantage of the Gojek online transportation app. The ability of a business to offer outstanding digital services and accessibility for its customers is a major factor in its competitive edge in the age of the Industrial Revolution 4. 0. The data from the 100 Gojek users who responded to this study were analyzed using quantitative methods employing SmartPLS 4 software.The findings of the research demonstrate that competitive advantage is significantly and positively impacted by the two independent variables, digital services, and ease of use. According to the Rsquare value of 0. 644, these two variables can account for 64. 4% of the variance in competitive advantage. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan suasana toko terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Bread City Kota Pangkalpinang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yakni konsumen yang telah berbelanja di Bread City sedikitnya dua kali dalam satu bulan. Sumber data berasal dari tanggapan responden pada kuesioner. Analisis data meliputi uji kualitas data (validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas), analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis (uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi R²). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa secara parsial, kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, kualitas produk memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan, suasana toko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Secara keseluruhan, kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan suasana toko terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Bread City Kota Pangkalpinang.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemahaman etika bisnis terhadap keputusan Generasi Z dalam berwirausaha di era digital. Perkembangann teknologi yang pesat telah membuka peluang besar bagi pertumbuhan kewirausahaan digital, sehingga penting bagi para pelaku usaha untuk memahami prinsip - prinsip etika seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, transparansi, dan keadilan dalam mengambil keputusan bisnis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian kuantitatif adalah metode deskriptif melalui kuesioner 20 responden. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman etika bisnis para responden sangat tinggi, khususnya dalam hal kejujuran, tanggung jawab sosial, dan integritas dalam menjalankan usaha. selain itu, keputusan berwirausaha di kalangan generasi Z juga menunjukkan sikap positif, meskipun sebagian responden masih menunjukkan keraguan dalam hal keyakinan diri dan kecenderungan generasi Z untuk berwirausaha dengan lebih tanggung jawab di era digital. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan yang bermanfaat dalam menjalankan strategi pendidikan kewirausahaan yang berfokus pada aspek etika, sehingga relevan dan membangun karakter generasi muda masa kini.
