Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the value of risk in trading Gold Trading Futures using Fundamental Analysis, Technical Analysis and Value at Risk. Fundamental analysis that uses Wage Income data other than the Agriculture Sector (Non-Farm Payroll), the conditions of the United States economy, and demand for gold prices in the world. Technical Analysis uses Moving Average Convergence / Divergence, Relative Vigor Index, and Pivot Points. Value at Risk is based on normal errors and skewness / kurtosis. The results of the analysis shown are the MACD Indicator has a truth level of 146 out of 226 days of analysis or 64.602%, the RVI Indicator has a truth level of 220 days from 226 days of analysis or 97.345%, Fundamental Analysis has a truth level of 23 out of 23 Excited for a year or 100%. Based on the level of confidence = 95%, it can be concluded that the price of gold with the normal approach (\Psi_{normal}) = 1211.1984 and the price of gold with the skewness and kurtosis approach (\Psi_{SK}) = 1247.34072.

Abstract

This article presents goal programming model for tutor scheduling. Goal programming is the development of linear programming which has multiple objectives. Goal programming minimizes the deviation among the the desired level of goals and the actual achievement, which is achieved by changing inequality into equality by including positive and negative deviation variables accomplished by converting inequalities into equalities by including positive and negative deviation variables that allow the achievement below or above each goal. The results obtained from this model provide the optimal solutions where all objectives are achieved. This model also aims to achieve harmony and fairness between tutors and institutional management.

Abstract

Abstract

Women's reproductive health faces escalating threats from environmental pollutants, including airborne particulate matter (PM2.5 and PM10), endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs), heavy metals, and microplastics. These pervasive agents, found in air, food, water, and consumer products, are associated with hormonal imbalances, menstrual irregularities, infertility, adverse pregnancy outcomes, and long-term reproductive dysfunction. This literature review synthesizes current evidence on environmental exposures, specifically focusing on pollutants and EDCs impacting reproductive health. Adhering to the PRISMA framework, articles published between 2020 and 2024 were systematically identified from databases such as PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. Manual selection based on predefined inclusion criteria ensured the relevance and recency of included studies. Findings consistently demonstrate that air pollutants (PM2.5 and PM10) correlate with reduced ovarian reserve and altered estradiol levels. EDCs, such as Bisphenol A (BPA) and phthalates, are linked to early puberty, endometriosis, and infertility. Heavy metals influence age at menarche and menopause, as well as critical pregnancy outcomes like birth weight. Furthermore, microplastics and nanoplastics have been shown to impair placental function and elevate oxidative stress. These cumulative findings underscore the urgent need for comprehensive risk mitigation strategies, encompassing environmental education, behavioral modifications, clinical screening, and policy reform. Nurses are uniquely positioned to play a critical role in promoting reproductive health through education, early detection of environmental risks, and advocacy for safer community environments.

Abstract

The main problems for farmers, especially farmers from the Kelompok Tani Mamre, are the scarcity of subsidized fertilizers and the high price of non-subsidized fertilizers. This situation causes a decrease in agricultural productivity and farmer welfare, and increases dependence on chemical fertilizers that can pollute agricultural land. This community service is carried out to provide a solution by empowering farmers to produce liquid organic fertilizers independently, by utilizing local natural resources. This program uses three main stages of method: fertilizer needs survey, liquid organic fertilizer production training, and direct fertilizer production practice. The survey was conducted to understand the fertilizer needs in Desa Tala Peta. Furthermore, farmers are trained on local organic materials that can be used and fertilizer production techniques. The final stage is direct practice, where the results of fertilizer production will be used by farmers. This program is expected to reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers and support the formation of cooperative-based UMKM to market fertilizers sustainably.
