Abstract

Abstract

Indonesia has a rich cultural diversity, one of which is traditional houses (rumah adat). However, learning about traditional houses is still largely based on textbooks. With the advancement of information and communication technology, teaching and learning processes can now be supported by interactive learning media. One of the emerging technologies that is widely used in education is Augmented Reality (AR). AR can display 3D animations from all angles, helping to increase public interest in learning more about Indonesia’s diverse traditional houses. The purpose of this research is to develop an Android-based Augmented Reality application for introducing traditional houses in Indonesia as a learning medium. This application aims to provide users convenience in learning, and seeing various types of houses there. The method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) which consists of a concept, design, collection of materials, assembly process, testing process, and distribution process. The application uses Unity, Blender, and Vuforia SDK. The results of this study will show that the Android-based Augmented Reality (AR) marker application, specifically the traditional houses in Indonesia. 3D assets of traditional houses can be adjusted flexibly, for example, rotated by 360 degrees, accompanied by descriptive information on each traditional house, so that information can be received flexibly and real-like.

Abstract

The urgent need for product transportation services during the ongoing pandemic has prompted companies to organize transportation processes effectively to ensure customers are well served. The increase in demand for goods transportation services has been driven by the pandemic, as it has necessitated social distancing and adherence to health protocols. Traditionally, transportation services rely on distance calculation technologies to determine the best route for delivering packages, which may reduce transportation efficiency. One example is the delivery service at J&T Sidamukti drop point by PT Tiki Lintas. This research aims to provide an overview of the steps involved in using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method to determine the optimal transportation route for package delivery. The use of the TOPSIS method in this study aims to improve the efficiency of transportation time by evaluating and comparing different delivery routes based on multiple criteria. Through this approach, the study intends to highlight how optimal decision-making processes can enhance the efficiency of goods transportation in a challenging context like the pandemic. The research also seeks to offer practical solutions that can be applied to similar transportation challenges, thereby contributing to the overall improvement of delivery systems. Ultimately, the findings of this study are expected to provide valuable insights into the application of decision-making models in transportation route planning, particularly in the current context of limited movement and physical distancing.

Abstract

Technological developments in all aspects of life today are urgently needed, this can be seen from the many technologies that have replaced human jobs. As with the fish column at home, the work that is routinely done in the fish column is to replace the water in it if it is too cloudy so that it looks clean and creates good conditions for the development and health of the fish. Usually, fish farmers will make a schedule to check water quality and replace it. This work can sometimes take up time, especially when busyness increases and if you are late or forget to change the water in the pond, it can harm the condition of the fish in it. To help overcome this problem, equipment has been designed to monitor the turbidity level of the water that can be monitored from anywhere and at any time. This study aims to produce a tool that can monitor and control the condition of the level of water turbidity in fish ponds so that fish growth can be maximized. This monitoring is carried out regularly in real-time using IoT (Internet of Things) so that it can facilitate monitoring without the need to come directly to the pond location. This research succeeded in creating a monitoring system that can detect the turbidity of aquarium water using the ESP 32 tool and display on the Blynk application automatically in real-time.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of influencer marketing and price on the purchase intention of trendy food among Generation Z in Bangkinang City. The rapid growth of social media has significantly influenced consumer behavior, particularly among Generation Z, who are known for their high level of digital engagement and openness to new trends. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method with a structured questionnaire distributed to respondents aged 17–26 years. A total of 385 valid responses were obtained through purposive sampling, assuming an infinite population. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the significance and magnitude of the relationships between variables. The results indicate that influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, suggesting that endorsements and promotions by social media personalities can effectively stimulate consumer interest. Price also shows a significant influence, indicating that affordability and perceived value remain important considerations for Generation Z consumers. These findings provide practical implications for culinary business owners and marketers in designing promotional strategies that combine influencer engagement with competitive pricing to maximize purchase intention.
