Abstract

The Effect of Work Motivation and Compensation on Employee Productivity CV. Dinasti Jati Furniture in Bekasi. This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee productivity CV. Dinasti Jati Furniture in Bekasi. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method with questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents, who were employees from the production and finishing divisions with more than one year of service. The independent variables in this study are work motivation and compensation, while the dependent variable is work productivity. Data were analyzed through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that work motivation significantly influences employee productivity, compensation significantly influences employee productivity, and simultaneously, work motivation and compensation significantly influence employee productivity. This research implies that the company should continue to enhance motivation and provide fair compensation to optimize employee productivity.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the key factors in determining the operational success of an organization or company. This study aims to determine the influence of work environment and individual characteristics on employee performance. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with the assistance of SPSS software. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, in which the entire population is used as the sample, consisting of 50 employees. The results of the study show that partially, the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, individual characteristics do not have a significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, the work environment and individual characteristics can influence employee performance; however, the most dominant influence comes from the work environment. Therefore, companies need to pay more attention to creating a conducive work environment in order to optimize employee performance.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to measure the Effect of product quality and brand image on the purchase decision Mixue Ice Cream at Bintara Branch in West Bekasi.Design/methodology/approach – The sampling technique carried out in this study is based on the Slovin formula using Non-Prabobability Sampling. The data collection tool in this study used a questionnaire with 110 respondents.Findings – According to the report, Product Quality has a significant effect on Purchase Decision and Brand Image has a significant effect on Purchase Decision Mixue Ice Cream at Bintara Branch in West Bekasi. So the product quality and brand image of Mixue Ice Cream need to be maintained in order to increase purchasing decisions.Originality/value – Able to provide the best quality products according to consumer tastes and a good brand image so as to increase purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Jeje Harapan Transindo dengan Motivasi Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Jeje Harapan Transindo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Populasi penelitian ini adalah 62 karyawan di PT Jeje Harapan Transindo, dan teknik total sampling digunakan sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : Pelatihan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh dalam memediasi hubungan antara pelatihan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di sektor transportasi dan logistik, terutama dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui pengembangan pelatihan kerja yang optimal dan penerapan kepemimpinan yang efektif dan motivasi kerja yang optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), dan Total Asset Turnover (TATO) terhadap ukuran perusahaan pada sektor Healthcare yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2021–2023. Ukuran perusahaan dalam penelitian ini diukur menggunakan logaritma natural total aset (Ln Total Aset). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan data panel, serta menggunakan model regresi Random Effect (REM) data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan alat statistic Eviews. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 20 perusahaan dengan total 60 observasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, NPM, ROA, dan TATO berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ukuran perusahaan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ukuran perusahaan. Nilai R-squared sebesar 0,9947 menunjukkan bahwa 99,47% variasi ukuran perusahaan dapat dijelaskan oleh NPM, ROA, dan TATO. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa kinerja keuangan, khususnya profitabilitas dan efektivitas penggunaan aset, memainkan peran penting dalam pertumbuhan perusahaan sektor kesehatan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the relation between the variables of Motivation (X1) and Career Development (X2) affects the Employee Performance (Y) variable at PT. Hong Tang Asia. The research data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to the employees of PT. Hong Tang Asia. The population in this research consists of 120 employees of PT. Hong Tang Asia, resulting in a sample size of 120 employees, with data analysis conducted using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares) and processed using SmartPLS4 software. The findings from the study indicate that: 1) Motivation significantly affects Employee Performance, 2) Career Development significantly affects Employee Performance, and 3) Motivation and Career Development significantly affect Employee Performance simultaneously.

Abstract

The influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Pucuk Harum Tea in Bekasi City. This research uses a quantitative approach through the Accidental Sampling technique for sampling. A total of 108 people in the city of Bekasi focusing on Medan Satria sub-district who had used Teh Pucuk Harum products were the research samples. Data examination uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) SEM method on SmartPLS 4.0. The research findings reveal the following: 1.) Brand Image has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, 2.) Product Quality has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

The rapid growth of E-Commerce   in Indonesia has positioned Shopee as one of the most popular marketplaces. Consumers are increasingly considering product quality and price perception in their purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the extent to which product quality and price perception influence purchasing decisions on Shopee. Using a quantitative approach, this study collected data from respondents in North Bekasi. The findings indicate that product quality and price perception significantly affect purchasing decisions. Therefore, marketers must ensure high product standards and competitive pricing strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
