Abstract

Persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan kini semakin ketat, masing-masing sekolah tentu akan meningkatkan mutu sekolahnya agar bisa menarik minat orang tua calon peserta didik. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningktkan animo masyarakat di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Soppeng. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan Management Islamic Education, dan pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan Strategi Kepala Madrasah yaitu melakhkan analisis untuk rencana strategi, sosialisasi ke sekolah, kerjasama internal dan eksternal, pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru, melibatkan guru dalam pengambilan keputusan; (2) Pelaksanaan Strategi Kepala Madrasah yaitu meningkatkan prestasi siswa, motivasi, dan layanan pendidikan; (3) Evaluasi Strategi Kepala Madrasah yaitu: meninjau kembali kelemahan dan kelebihan, mengukur prestasi, dan mengambil tindakan korektif. Strategi yang digunakan adalah strategi agresif, strategi ini dilakukan dengan membuat program dan mengatur langkah atau tindakan meminimalisir penghalang, rintangan, ancaman. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan sekolah dapat mengadakan pelatihan seperti workshop lebih banyak lagi untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru yang profesional

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui model pembelajaran discovery SD Negeri Makassar. Metodologi penelitian ini yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Metode ini dilakukan dengan empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Keempat tahap tersebut terdapat dalam satu siklus yang dilakukan berulang dengan langkah-langkah yang sama dan tetap difokuskan pada cara penyelesaikan masalah (jawaban) dengan menemukan sendiri, menyelidiki sendiri serta mencari informasi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery ini mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil tiap siklus yang dilakukan. Perincian nilai rata-rata siklus I adalah 79 dan nilai rata-rata siklus II adalah 85. Dari hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran discovery yang peneliti gunakan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) To determine the learning process activities in PAdBP in class III at SDN 74 Panyiwi before using the Coopertif model with the make a match method; 2) To find out the implementation of cooperative learning in PAI lessons in class III at SDN 74 Panyiwi; 3) To find out the application of the cooperative learning model in increasing students' learning motivation on the Let's Learn QS material. Al-Kautsar in class III at SDN 74 Panyiwi. This research is a type of classroom action research. The approach used in this research is a qualitative research approach supported by quantitative data. The subjects of this research were 8 class III students consisting of 7 female students and 1 male student. The data collection techniques are observation and questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques used are qualitative analysis techniques through observation sheet data and questionnaire data analysis. The results of this research are 1) Students' learning motivation in PAI lessons on the Let's Learn QS material. Al-Kautsar in class III at SD Negeri 74 Panyiwi is in the very good category with a percentage of student learning motivation observations in cycle I of 67% and at the end of cycle II of 87%; 2) Cooperative learning using the make a match type in PAI lessons on Let's Learn QS.Al-Kautsar material in class III of SD Negeri 74 Panyiwi experienced an increase, namely in cycle I by 67% and cycle II with a percentage of 87%; and 3) Application of the make a match type cooperative learning model can increase students' learning motivation on the Let's Learn QS material. Abstract

This study seeks to assess the impact of students' degree of comprehension on the veracity of the hadith on veil, the law governing its wearing, and its application in their social lives. This study is a mixed-methods approach, using a case study as the methodology to get a full grasp of a specific legal matter in order to generate more understanding on the issue of veil. The data were collected through interviews, literature studies and surveys. The results revealed that the respondents' knowledge on the authenticity of the hadith was modest, while their comprehension of the legislation governing the wearing of the veil ranged between a lack of understanding and a sufficient understanding, and their application in daily life was quite high. In addition, it was discovered that there were reasons that influenced their persistent usage of the veil, given their strong commitment to doing so. These considerations include the external supports, for example the support of friends, families, and communities. Supposedly, if the acceptance of new behavior is founded on information, awareness, and a good attitude, this kind of behavior will be persistent. If, on the other hand, a behavior is not founded on knowledge and awareness, it will be easily left out. This case study also found that there were factors other than knowledge that influenced female students in social applications to wear the veil, namely support from family, friends and organizations.In the future efforts are needed so that knowledge about the authenticity and content of hadith law regarding the veil can be increased. So that a person can strike a balance between the spirit of religion and his knowledge of the law governing the text's authenticity (hadith) and Islamic law.

Abstract

This study was conducted to know the leadership of the madrasah principal in improving the quality of education based on local wisdom in MAN Kepulauan Selayar. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The method of data collection was conducted by interviewing the principal, teachers, and education staff at MAN Selayar Islands and conducting observations and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out through four stages: data reduction, data presentation, comparative analysis, and concluding. The results showed that there were efforts made by the head of Madrasah to improve the quality of education at MAN Kepulauan Selayar, namely: 1) Fostering extracurricular activities as a forum for channeling talents and interests of students; 2) the formation of a work team; 3) perform supervision; 4) establish and maintain communication with various parties. This research has implications for the importance of the role of leaders in managing change to create superior quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan manajemen tenaga pendidik dalam membentuk karakter religius di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Wahdah Islamiyah Kab. Gowa yang mencakup aspek perencanaan, rekrutmen, seleksi, penempatan, pembinaan, dan evaluasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dari informan utama yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, guru agama, dan guru program keagamaan, lalu dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen tenaga pendidik berjalan cukup baik, didukung oleh seleksi berbasis kompetensi akademik dan religiusitas, penempatan sesuai bidang keahlian, serta program pembinaan dan evaluasi yang dilakukan secara rutin. Namun, pelaksanaan masih menghadapi kendala berupa tingginya beban kerja guru, ketidaksesuaian latar belakang pendidikan dengan mata pelajaran yang diampu, serta kurangnya komunikasi antara guru dan orang tua. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pembentukan karakter religius dapat dicapai melalui penguatan pembinaan berkelanjutan, evaluasi sistematis, penempatan yang tepat, serta kolaborasi intensif antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua, sehingga hasilnya dapat menjadi rujukan praktis bagi lembaga pendidikan Islam lainnya.
