Abstract

Abstract: Teaching Arabic in a faculty that has a differently developing knowledge paradigm from Arabic like health field brings about many challenges. The challenges come to the low students’ prior knowledge and their motivation to learn Arabic. To overcome the challenges, teaching Arabic management must be able to accommodate the students’ knowledge background namely health field by implementing teaching Arabic for specific purpose.Keywords: Teaching Arabic Management, Teaching Arabic for Specific Purpose

Abstract

Arabic learning activities in the scientific tradition of UIN Alauddin Makassar in the last 20 years, in this case from 2001 to 2021, have gone through a long historical process. During this time, several innovative Arabic learning programs have been developed, in this case the Foreign Language Intensification Program (PIBA), the Enlightenment of Faith and Life Skills Program (PIKIH), the Character Building Program (CBP), and are currently returning to the Intensification of Foreign Languages ​​(PIBA) with an orientation towards strengthening the Test of Arabic as a Foreign Language (TOAFL). In the anthropolinguistic perspective which includes, 1) language in the form of learning Arabic which includes the study of paralinguistic, proxemic or kinetic texts and co-texts, 2) culture in the form of scientific traditions which include studies of cultural contexts or co-texts of material elements and 3) other aspects of human life in the study of constructive relations between Arabic learning and scientific traditions that cover social contexts, situations, and ideologies, it can be seen that Arabic language learning in the scientific tradition of UIN Alauddin Makassar always moves dynamically in the locus of scientific philosophy which is the magnum opus of policy-making programs of innovative Arabic learning in support of the institutional vision.

Abstract

Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pendapat Imam Hanafi dan Ibnu Jarir ath-Thabari serta menganalisis dan mengemukakan kondisi social yang ditimbulkan ketika perempuan menjadi hakim. Penulis menggunakan penelitian studi kepustakaan yang berpijak pada pengolahan data yang diambil dari sejumlah literatur. Sumber data yang diambil adalah data sekunder dan data primer. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan cara kualitatif. Setelah mengadakan pembahasan mengenai penelitian ini, penulis menemukan perbedaan antara pendapat dari dua tokoh ulama klasik yaitu Imam Hanafi dan ath-Thabari. Dalam penulisan ini pendapat Imam Hanafi yang diperoleh adalah perempuan boleh menjadi hakim namun hanya dalam bidang muamalah saja (perdata) yang didasarkan pada qiyas/istihsan mengenai hukum kesaksian. Tetapi berbeda dengan pendapat ath-Thabari yang membolehkan perempuan menjadi hakim secara mutlak yang didasarkan pada qiyas mengenai setiap orang boleh berfatwa, maka selama orang tersebut memiliki syarat untuk berfatwa maka ia boleh berfatwa, begitu pula juga menjadi hakim selama syaratnya terpenuhi, karena berfatwa dan menjadihakim adalah sama-sama menjelaskan mengenai hukum Allah swt. Pendapat dari ulama lain juga banyak, namun penulis mengambil pendapat kedua imam tersebut yang sama-sama mendukung perempuan menjadi hakim namun yang berbeda hanya jenis kasus yang ditanganinya saja.Dari penulisan ini, penulis melihat kondisi dan penerapan hakim perempuan di Indonesia sendiri yang notabenenya sudah banyak yang menggeluti profesi ini, bahkan sangat berdampak pada perilaku sosial serta adanya perubahan nilai-nilai sosial yang terjadi di lingkungan mereka. Selama mereka mampu mengemban amanah dari pemerintah juga tidak melalaikan pekerjaan, kodrat, dan kewajibannya sebagai perempuan, baik yang sudah menikah maupun yang belum menikah dengan adanya pembagian waktu antara individu dengan individu, individu dengan kelompok, dan kelompok dengan kelompok, dalam hal ini lingkungan keluarga maupun masyarakatumumnya.Kata Kunci :Hakim, Perempuan, Imam Hanafi Dan Ibnu Jarir Ath-Thabari

Abstract

Communicative Arabic learning is an Arabic learning approach that places Arabic as its basic function as a means of communication. In its implementation, Arabic learning is a continuous process starting from pedagogical, andragogical, and heutagogical learning which cannot be separated from the four components of epistemology which in this case include sources, structures, methods and validity. Through the epistemology of communicative Arabic learning which is examined through pedagogical, andragogical, and heutagogical, it is seen that the Arabic learning process needs to be done by positioning Arabic learning as a constructive process in directing students to be able to communicate actively.

Abstract

Arabic Learning in children is a pedagogical process that directs children in the early days of their growth in perceiving Arabic as a language of communication, both spoken and written. In addressing this process, Jean Piaget has provided a theoretical framework on how an Arabic learning process can take place actively by referring to the activation of cognitive processes that exist in children, which in this case are built on several forms, namely, a) assimilation as a process of changing the Arabic learning environment to fit the existing scheme in children, b) accommodation as a process of changing the existing schema in children to suit the Arabic learning environment, c) equilibrium as a process of achieving children who can handle new information in Arabic learning through the process of assimilation and accomodation, d) disequilibrium as a process where there is an imbalance in children's cognitive processes which in turn becomes a challenge for them in accelerating cognitive development in Arabic learning, e) and organization as a process of unifying various schemes by children into a system of Arabic learning  that is coherent with each other. Jean Piaget's cognitivistic learning theory can be one of the theoretical basics and practical frameworks for educators in Arabic learning in children who have their own characteristics compared to adolescents or adults, especially in their respective cognitive structures.

Abstract

Abstract This study explores the use of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) of the cooperative learning model to improve students' learning outcomes on the shahada sentence material in primary education. The study was conducted at SD Negeri 58 Ulo in Bone Regency using a quantitative approach using Class Action Research (CAR) and involved 15 grade 1 students. Data were collected through observation and learning outcome tests. The findings indicated that the application of the STAD cooperative learning model improved learning outcomes on the shahada sentence material. This research highlighted the importance of effective teaching methods in Islamic education at the primary school level. The results contribute to the development of more beneficial approaches in the field of primary education.

Abstract

Arabic literature is a means of gender mainstreaming which is very rich in gender issues. This is based on the social fact that Arab society in its historical footsteps has a stereotype as a community that is very thick with its patriarchal culture. Consequently, the social condition which is less responsive to gender influences the birth of Arabic literary works in various types in which gender issues such as marginalization of women, subordination of women to men, violence, negative stereotypes, and others. This article is qualitative research by using feminist Arabic literary criticism as a perspective, gender mainstreaming in Arabic literature is carried out by tracing the gender issues that exist in Arabic literature in its various forms. Through feminist Arabic literary criticism, various theories of feminist literary criticism consisting of ideological criticism, gynocritical criticism, socialist criticism, psychoanalytic criticism, ethnic criticism, and lesbian criticism, are applied in transforming and reconstructing gender-responsive relations between men and women.

Abstract

Kurikulum merupakan komponen fundamental dalam sistem pendidikan yang menentukan arah, isi, serta mutu pembelajaran. Artikel ini menyajikan kajian literatur terhadap 15 jurnal ilmiah yang membahas dinamika perkembangan kurikulum di Indonesia, mulai dari masa pasca-kemerdekaan hingga era Kurikulum Merdeka. Fokus utama kajian meliputi transformasi kurikulum, tantangan implementasi, dampak terhadap kualitas pendidikan, serta perbandingan dengan sistem kurikulum negara lain. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun reformasi kurikulum mencerminkan kebutuhan zaman dan globalisasi, implementasinya masih menghadapi hambatan seperti rendahnya kesiapan guru, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan kurangnya konsistensi kebijakan. Kajian ini menekankan pentingnya penyusunan kurikulum yang kontekstual, berkelanjutan, serta melibatkan kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan untuk mencapai transformasi pendidikan yang bermakna dan berkualitas. Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa Arab harus diaplikasikan sebagai suatu proses pembelajaran yang aktif, inovatif, kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan untuk mengatasi kelesuan pembelajaran bahasa Arab selama ini. Tugas terbesar yang harus dilakukan oleh seorang guru adalah mengubah persepsi para siswa bahwa bahasa Arab itu sulit dan termasuk momok bagi mereka sehingga penerapan pembelajaran yang aktif, inovatif, kreatif, dan menyenangkan diharapkan akan menghilangkan sterotip siswa tersebut dengan sendirinya. Quantum Learning mengasumsikan bahwa proses pembelajaran seperti sebuah orkestra yang tergabung dari beberapa komponen tapi mampu menghasilkan alunan nada yang menghibur bukan hanya mereka yang tergabung dalam orkestra tersebut tapi termasuk mereka yang ada di sekitarnya. Oleh karena itu, untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang yang aktif, inovatif, kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan, segala potensi yang ada dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab harus dimaksimalkan.

Abstract

Abstract: The presence of transformative Arabic literary criticism learning can provide a forum for language reinforcement as a gender-responsive value transformation medium. In this process, transformative Arabic literary criticism can provide a model for how the various roles of language as a text can be transformed to reinforce the role of women who have been trapped in gender-unresponsive stereotypes. Learning transformative Arabic literary criticism as a forum for mainstreaming heutagogic-based postmodern feminism is an alternative value transformation in the world of education. In this effort, there are several strategies that can be done which in this case are, 1) enrichment of gender-responsive heutagogic-based scientific literature in transformative Arabic literary criticism, 2) strengthening the paradigm of heutagogic-based postmodern feminism studies in transformative Arabic literary criticism, 3) and opening access to mainstreaming the results of heutagogic-based postmodern feminism studies in various dimensions of social life.  The presence of transformative Arabic literary criticism learning can provide a forum for language reinforcement as a gender-responsive value transformation medium.Keywords:  Arabic Literary, Postmodern Feminism, HeutagogicAbstrak: Hadirnya pembelajaran kritik sastra Arab transformatif dapat memberikan wadah penguatan bahasa sebagai media transformasi nilai yang responsif gender. Dalam proses tersebut, kritik sastra Arab transformatif dapat memberikan suatu model bagaimana berbagai peran bahasa sebagai sebuah teks dapat ditransformasikan untuk menguatkan peran perempuan yang selama ini banyak terjebak pada sterotip yang tidak responsif gender. Pembelajaran kritik sastra Arab transformatif sebagai wadah pengarusutamaan feminisme postmodern berbasis heutagogis merupakan suatu alternatif transformasi nilai dalam dunia pendidikan. Dalam upaya tersebut, ada beberapa strategi yang dapat dilakukan yang dalam hal ini adalah, 1) pengayaan literatur keilmuan berbasis heutagogis yang responsif gender dalam kritik sastra Arab transformatif, 2) penguatan paradigma kajian feminisme postmodern berbasis heutagogis dalam kritik sastra Arab transformatif, 3) serta pembukaan akses pengarusutamaan hasil kajian feminisme postmodern berbasis heutagogis dalam berbagai dimensi kehidupan sosial. Kata Kunci: Sastra Arab, Feminisme Postmodern, Heutagogis
