Abstract

Hipertensi adalah kondisi peningkatan tekanan darah arteri yang dapat menimbulkan komplikasi pada organ target seperti jantung, otak, dan ginjal. Peningkatan tekanan darah ini sering disertai dengan keluhan seperti nyeri kepala atau pusing yang dapat mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari. Salah satu pendekatan penatalaksanaan hipertensi adalah dengan pemberian terapi farmakologi dan non-farmakologi. Salah satu intervensi non-farmakologi yang dapat digunakan adalah terapi murotall Al-Qur’an, yang diyakini dapat menurunkan tingkat stres dan menimbulkan efek relaksasi sehingga membantu menurunkan intensitas nyeri. Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners (KIAN) ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan intervensi terapi murotal Al-Qur’an terhadap penu runan nyeri pada pasien hipertensi. Hasil menunjukkan adanya perubahan intensitas nyeri sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi. Perawat sebagai edukator dapat memberikan informasi dan pendidikan kesehatan pada pasien hipertensi mengenai manfaat terapi murotall Al-Qur’an sebagai metode non-farmakologis untuk membantu mengurangi nyeri.

Abstract

Professionalism is a requirement for the nursing profession in carrying out their duties in nursing services where nurses are an important resource for providing quality health services. One of the supports for nurse professionalism is through the development of a nursing career path. Nursing career path is a system that improves nurse performance and improves nurse skills. This research is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional design that aims to determine the effect of nurse level on nurse performance in documenting nursing care. Sampling used the total sampling method, namely a total of 82 nurses, with a research instrument of understanding and perception questionnaires about the career path of clinical nurses as well as clinical nurse performance questionnaires in documenting nursing care. The data analysis technique used was univariate and bivariate, where bivariate used the Chi-Square test. The results of the statistical analysis using the Chi-Square test obtained a value of ρ 0.004 or less than a (0.05) so it can be concluded that there is an effect of level clinical nurse career on the performance of clinical nurses in documenting nursing care at the Ibnu Sina Hospital UMI Makassar. Suggestions are that nurses are expected to be able to increase their responsibility towards their duties, including documenting nursing care and making sure to do the documentation carefully, accurately and on time

Abstract

High workload and dual roles among nurses are associated with reduced Work-Life Balance (WLB), which may negatively affect child survival efforts. Evidence shows that WLB among nurses is generally low to unbalanced, with a prevalence of up to 94.5%, largely influenced by high workloads and excessive working hours (>50 hours/week), and with only a small proportion achieving optimal balance. Therefore, this study aims to examine the relationship between Work Life Balance (WLB) and child survival efforts among nurses (mothers) with children aged 0-12 years, considering work stress, welfare, and family support as key determinants. This study employed an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach involving nurses as respondents selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using the Spearman correlation test. The results showed that workload was negatively correlated with child Workload Survival Efforts (r = -0.541; p < 0.001) and was the strongest factor associated with reduced WLB. Work stress was negatively associated with WLB (r =-0.365, p = 0.002). In contrast, welfare (r = 0.587; p < 0.001) and family support (r = 0.518; p < 0.001) were positively correlated with child-survival efforts. In conclusion, high workload and work stress reduce WLB, while welfare and family support improve child survival efforts. These findings highlight the importance of institutional strategies, such as workload management, improved welfare policies, and strengthened family support systems, to enhance both nurses’ well-being and child health outcomes.

Abstract

Gadgets are sophisticated tools with a variety of applications that can provide news media, social networks, interests, and even entertainment. Pre-primary school age should not be given independently. The use of applications that are not age-appropriate will have a negative impact. This study aims to determine the effect of using gadgets on the level of learning focus at UPT SD Negeri 4 Bila, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The research design in this study was pre-experimental with one group pretest and posttest without control approaches. The research population is 82 people and the sample is taken using the total sampling method. This study used an independent t-text statistical test with a significance level of ρ< (α=0.005). The results showed that there was an effect of using gadgets on the level of focus on children's learning at UPT SD Negeri 4 Bila, Sidenreng Rappang Regency (ρ=0.040). The conclusion from this study is that there is an effect of using gadgets on the level of focus on children's learning at UPT SD Negeri 4 Bila, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Therefore, through this study students are advised not to use gadgets frequently because it can reduce the level of focus on learning.
