Abstract

Farm Business Road (JUT) is a road that is usually known as an agricultural road, this road is one of the tools and types of infrastructure needed in the agricultural sector, especially in supporting agribusiness activities. The application of JUT is one of the strategies in developing agricultural areas, JUT can facilitate the distribution of agricultural products, especially in lowland rice commodities. JUT is a form of supporting adequate agricultural infrastructure in farming activities, such as road access for the transportation of agricultural products, this is very much needed to support effective and efficient agricultural development. The application of JUT to lowland rice farming in Wanasalam District can have a positive impact on farming including: 1) Reducing transportation costs/increasing farmers' profits. 2) Facilitate transportation during the rainy season where usually the grain is not transported because of the rainy season so the grain turns black and the grain grows into seeds. 3) With the JUT, quality, quantity and continuity can be achieved because the means of transportation are smooth. The application of JUT shows a difference in production efficiency because JUT is 14.3% more efficient than before the existence of JUT. The greater the efficiency ratio, the more efficient rice production in Wanasalam. Production is more efficient when production input has been minimized in the same amount of production

Abstract

 The increase in the number of MSMEs during the Covid pandemic in 2018-2021 in in contrast to the value of regional original income (PAD) in 2019 - 2020 which decreased. Data obtained from Tangerang Regency in numbers shos that the amount of PAD in 2018 wa s Rp. 2,872,568,512.69 decreased in 2019 to Rp. 2,806,539,756.44 and its value decreased again in 2020 to Rp. 2,500,580,661.48. The drastic decline in regional original income from 2018 to 2020 indicates thet there are problems in the development of agribusiness-based MSMEs in Tangerang Regency. This study aims to analyze market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, marketing capability on marketing performance in agribusiness-based SMEs in Tangerang Regency. The research was structured as explanatory research with a quantitative approach using descriptive analysis with smartPLS software, while the analytical method used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a total of 89 MSME respondents in Pasarkemis and Rajeg sub-districts. Based on the result of data processing on the agribusiness-based MSME marketing perfomance model in Tangerang Regency, it can be concluded that marketing capability is the entrepreneurial orientation variable, the indicators for the entrepreneurial orientation variable that have the most influence are innovation, proactivity, risk taking and autonomy. Market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have a direct effect on marketing performance indicators on market orientation variables that give influence are customer orientation and coordinatoan between functions. The managerial implications that can be suggested by this research are pilicies that focus on customer oriantation towards MSME actors. This study provides several research limitation than can be carried out in further research.

Abstract

 Penglipuran Tourism Village is one of the Traditional Villages developed in Indonesia which is located in Bali, in its management the Traditional Village is very concerned about the environment and local wisdom, as well as the concept of community-based development. The majority of people's goods are artisans and related to tourism, this has led to a reduction in working hours during Covid-19, so this has also had a negative impact on family income. During the post-Covid-19 pandemic, the Penglipuran indigenous village community was visited by tourists again and the economic system was better than during the Covid-19 pandemic, but the economic system was not as stable as before the pandemic, this was shown by the level of household food security, where people still there are those who carry out Food Coping Strategy at Level I as much as 80% and Level II as much as 20%, the Coping Strategy Level, and do not carry out drastic steps or food fulfillment mechanisms or Coping Strategy at Level III, Penglipuran Village Indigenous people as a Food Security Tourism Village based on the mechanism of fulfilling food needs or Food Coping Strategy at the household level.

Abstract

Kinerja bisnis merupakan faktor yang  digunakan untuk mengukur dampak dari sebuah strategi yang dirancang sebuah UMKM. Peningkatan kompetensi kewirausahaan dapat meningkatkan kinerja bisnis UMKM olahan pangan lokal melalui adopsi e-commerce   sebagai variabel intervening. Kapabilitas teknologi dan kesiapan organisasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja bisnis UMKM olahan pangan lokal melalui adopsi e-commerce. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis bagaimana meningkatkan kinerja usaha UMKM olahan pangan lokal dengan adopsi e-commerce   sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kausalitas dengan Jumlah sampel 135 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi literatur. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Aquation Model (SEM) dengan software SMARTPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapabilitas teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap adopsi e-commerce, kesiapan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis, adopsi e-commerce   berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi struktur rantai pasok pada usaha Durian Jatohan Ajid (DJA), melakukan evaluasi kinerja dari rantai pasok saat ini pada usaha DJA, dan merancang skenario alternatif manajemen rantai pasok Durian yang efektif pada usaha DJA. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 macam data, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik judgement sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2024 hingga Juni 2024. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode AHP. Untuk menentukan dan menilai metrik kinerja rantai pasok menggunakan model SCOR dimana AHP digunakan untuk menghitung bobot dari matriks kinerja model tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengadaan (0,28), mutu yang baik terhadap produk durian (0,54) dan biaya (0,36) memiliki bobot prioritas tertinggi dari evaluasi kinerja rantai pasok DJA saat ini dan fleksibilitas pasokan (0,14), komitmen (0,20), kemampuan teknis Sumber Daya Manusia (0,33) serta kerjasama anggota rantai pasok (0,28) memiliki bobot prioritas tertinggi dari faktor yang harus dipenuhi oleh tiap anggota rantai pasok DJA dalam rangka membentuk Manajemen Rantai Pasok DJA yang efektif.Kata Kunci: AHP, durian, kinerja, manajemen rantai pasok, SCOR,  AbstractThis research was conducted to identify the supply chain structure in the Durian Jatohan Ajid (DJA) business, evaluate the performance of the current supply chain in the DJA business, and design alternative scenarios for effective Durian supply chain management in the DJA business. This research uses 2 types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Sample selection used judgment sampling techniques. The sample objects studied were 3 people, namely the DJA outlet owner, the DJA Production Manager and the Horticulture Sub-coordinator of the Banten Province Agricultural Service. This research was carried out from April 2024 to June 2024. The data analysis method used was the AHP method. To determine and assess supply chain performance metrics using the SCOR model where AHP is used to calculate the weights of the model performance matrix. The results of the analysis show that procurement (0.28), good quality of durian products (0.54) and cost (0.36) have the highest priority weight in evaluating DJA's current supply chain performance and supply flexibility (0.14), commitment (0.20), technical capability of Human Resources (0.33) and cooperation of supply chain members (0.28) have the highest priority weight of the factors that must be fulfilled by each member of the DJA supply chain in order to form DJA Supply Chain Management that effective.Keywords:  AHP, durian performance, SCOR, supply chain management

Abstract

Stunting merupakan permasalahan kesehatan yang disebabkan oleh kekurangan gizi kronis, terutama pada anak-anak pada masa awal pertumbuhannya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan warga Desa Pasanggrahan dalam mencegah stunting melalui pemanfaatan bahan pangan lokal, yaitu daun kelor dan gula merah. Kegiatan ini mencakup penyuluhan mengenai stunting dan gizi seimbang serta pelatihan pembuatan makanan tambahan bergizi kue talam daun kelor dan gula merah. Melalui program ini, peserta yang terdiri dari ibu hamil, ibu menyusui, kader kesehatan, dan masyarakat umum dibekali dengan pengetahuan serta keterampilan untuk mengolah bahan lokal yang kaya nutrisi menjadi menu makanan tambahan yang mudah dibuat dan disukai. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya gizi seimbang untuk pencegahan stunting, serta kemampuan mereka dalam mempraktikkan pembuatan menu tersebut. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi berkelanjutan dalam upaya penanggulangan stunting di desa-desa melalui pemberdayaan dan pemanfaatan potensi lokal.

Abstract

Petani dituntut untuk dapat mengambil keputusan yang terbaik dan menguntungkan bagi usahataninya. Upaya peningkatan pemberdayaan petani diperlukan sehingga petani memiliki kemampuan sebagaimana diamanahkan UU No. 16 Tahun 2006 Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi keberdayaan petani jagung dan mendeskripsikan tingkat keberdayaan petani jagung di kecamata Panimbang Kabupaten Pandeglang. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja dengan pertimbangan bahwa Kabupaten Pandeglang merupakan salah satu daerah sentra tanaman jagung di Provinsi Banten. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan jumlah sampel 100 petani jagung yang diambil secara purposive. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa factor internal dan factor eksternal berpengaruh terhadap keberdayaan petani jagung. Tingkat keberdayaan petani jagung tergolong sedang pada keberdayaan petani dalam mendapatkan informasi, informasi pasar, pengelola keuangan, kemampuan bermitra dan kemampuan beradaptasi. Untuk keberdayaan petani pada kemampuannya mengambil Keputusan tergolong sedang.
