Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the variety of products and product quality has on purchasing decisions at UMKM Kencana Salted Eggs Wanasari Brebes. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study was Nonprobability sampling, with the sampling method used being Incidental sampling. With the number of samples used as many as 100 respondents. The results in this study show: (1) product variety has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is based on the tcount value of 12.044 and the t table of 1.985 or 12.044> 1.985 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is based on the tcount value of 2.641 and the ttable of 1.985 or 2.641> 1.985 with a significance value of 0.010 <0.05. (3) simultaneously the variable product variety and product quality have an effect on purchasing decisions. This is supported by the value of Fhitung> Ftabel, namely 1138.470> 3.089 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.959. From this figure it means that product variety and product quality affect purchasing decisions by 95.9%. Meanwhile, the remaining 4.1% is influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of individual competence, work attitude, and internal communication on employee performance at PT Kido Mulia Indonesia. The background of this research is based on the importance of competent human resources, a positive work attitude, and effective internal communication in improving employee productivity. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The sample consisted of 99 respondents who are employees of PT KMI, selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that, partially, the variable of individual competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value greater than the t-table value and a significance level below 0.05. Similarly, work attitude and internal communication variables also have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence employee performance. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.736 indicates that 73.6% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 26.4% is explained by other variables outside the model. The managerial implication of this research emphasizes the importance for company management to enhance employee competence through training programs, foster a positive work culture, and strengthen effective internal communication systems. These actions are expected to support the sustainable improvement of employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of selling price, operating costs, and income on traders' business profits at the Bulakamba Traditional Market, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample consisted of 177 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula from a total population of 318 traders. The results show that partially, selling price has a positive and significant effect on business profit, operating costs have a positive and significant effect on business profit, and income also has a positive and significant effect on business profit. Simultaneously, selling price, operating costs, and income significantly affect the business profit of the traders.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the extent to which promotion, the capital addition system, and service quality influence financing decisions at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Mekaar Unit Margasari 2, Tegal Regency. The research adopts a quantitative approach, relying on structured data collection methods through surveys distributed in the form of questionnaires. The respondents were selected from the official customer database of PT PNM Mekaar Unit Margasari 2, ensuring that the sample represented individuals directly involved with the company’s financing services. A total of 109 customers were chosen as the sample to reflect the broader population and to obtain results that are statistically reliable. The findings indicate that promotion, capital addition systems, and service quality each play a crucial role in shaping customers’ financing decisions. When analyzed simultaneously, these three variables demonstrate a significant and measurable effect, suggesting that improvements in promotional strategies, the design of capital addition mechanisms, and the overall quality of service delivery can directly increase customers’ willingness to engage in financing. These results highlight the importance of integrated management strategies within PT PNM Mekaar, emphasizing the need to continuously refine marketing efforts, optimize financial procedures, and maintain high service standards in order to build stronger customer trust and enhance decision-making outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Price and Service Quality on the Decision to Use the Services of a Wedding Organizer Ratu Rias. This type of research uses quantative. Data collection methods with direct observation, interviews or interviews, questionnaire data through google forms and data collection with documentation. The population is consumers who have used services, with a research sample of 64 respondents. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22. The tests of this research are Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test such as Normality Test, Multicolonierity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test using T Test and F Test.The results of the data analysis obtained that: 1) price has no effect and is not significant on the decision to use the services of a wedding organizer Ratu Rias Sidate. It is known that the significance value for the effect of X1 on Y is 0.215 > 0.05. And the calculated t value is 1.254 < t table is 1.670. 2) While the Quality of Service has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use the services of a wedding organizer Ratu Rias. It is known that the significance value of X2 to Y is 0.000 < 0.05. And the calculated t value is 4.903 > t table is 1.670. 3) simultaneously the Price and Quality of Service significantly and positively affect the Decision to Use Services. It is known that the significance value for the effect of price and service quality simultaneously on the decision to use services is 0.000 < 0.005 and the calculated f value is 12.629 > f table 3.15.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of service quality and the role of chaperones on satisfaction with the delivery of PKH assistance in Sidamulya village. For research sampling, researchers used the Slovin technique, so the sample used was 76 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Test the validity of the instrument using Product Moment correlation and reliability testing using Cronbach's Alpha. The classic assumption test consists of the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test consists of a partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and multiple linear regression tests.The service quality variable (X1) has a significant and positive effect on community satisfaction (Y). This is indicated by the significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and the t-count value of 2,224 > the t-table value of 1,665. The Chaperone's Role variable has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of beneficiaries of PKH assistance. the results of the analysis are proven by a significant value of 0.003 <0.05 and a t-count value of 5,077 > a t-table value of 1,665. Variables Influence of Public Service Quality and Companion Role have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of beneficiaries of PKH assistance. 15.810 while the F table value is 3.97, it can be seen that the calculated F value > F table, with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Prestasi atlet renang yang optimal dapat dicapai melalui pelatihan yang sistematis dan bersifat dinamis, pembinaan yang diletakkan pada dasar yang kuat dan dilakukan sedini mungkin agar dapat berjalan baik sesuai dengan program yang direncanakan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dukungan orang tua, minat anak dan pembinaan pelatih terhadap prestasi atlet renang PRSI Kabupaten Brebes. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan survei. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet Antasena Swimming Club Brebes sebanyak 54 orang. Untuk proses analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui nilai koefisien korelasi R sebesar 0.702, menyatakan besarnya kontribusi variabel independen dukungan orang tua sebagai variabel (X1), minat anak sebagai (X2), pembinaan pelatih sebagai (X3) sebesar 70,20% dalam menerangkan variabilitas variabel dependen prestasi atlet (Y) pada prestasi atlet (Y) di Antasena Swimming Club. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi berganda Y = 35.510 + 0.348 X1 + 0.180 X2 + 0.141 X3, dapat diartikan bahwa setiap kenaikan satu satuan dukungan orang tua sebagai variabel (X1), minat anak sebagai (X2), pembinaan pelatih sebagai (X3) akan meningkatkan variabel prestasi atlet renang sebesar 0.348 satuan dukungan orang tua, 0,180 satuan minat anak, ditambah 0.141 satuan pembinaan pelatih, pada konstanta 35.510.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh daya tarik wisata terhadap minat berkunjung pada wisata hutan mangrove Kaliwlingi, Brebes. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 100 responden. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data yang dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data primer diolah dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan persamaan regresi Y = 1,404 + 0,195X, berarti variabel daya tarik wisata memiliki nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,195, artinya daya tarik wisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung ke wisata hutan mangrove Kaliwlingi, Brebes. Hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,356 > t-tabel 1,660, dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,02 < 0,05 yang artinya variabel daya tarik wisata memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung, sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self efficacy and work ethic on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Ketanggungan District, Brebes Regency. Teacher job satisfaction is an important aspect in creating a productive and sustainable educational environment. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with an associative type of research. The research population was 418 elementary school teachers, and as many as 204 teachers were selected as samples through probability sampling techniques using the simple random sampling method. Data collection was carried out using standardized questionnaires, and data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study show that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Teachers who have high confidence in their abilities tend to be more satisfied in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. In addition, work ethic has also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Teachers with a high work ethic show dedication, responsibility, and work ethic that have an impact on increasing job satisfaction. Simultaneously, these two variables make a significant contribution to the level of teacher job satisfaction. These findings indicate that strengthening self-efficacy and instilling a good work ethic is an important strategy in increasing the job satisfaction of educators. The practical implications of this research can be a reference for education policy makers in designing teacher professional development programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of role conflict and social support on the learning satisfaction of employee class students in higher education. Employee-class students face complex challenges in balancing roles as workers and students, which has the potential to create role conflicts and negatively impact academic satisfaction. Instead, social support from the surrounding environment—including family, co-workers, and educational institutions—can serve as a protective factor that increases learning satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational descriptive method. The research population consisted of 258 employees in Tegal City, all of which were sampled through total sampling techniques. The research instrument was in the form of a standardized questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study show that role conflict has a negative and significant effect on student satisfaction, while social support has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, these two variables make a significant contribution to student learning satisfaction. These findings confirm the importance of role conflict management strategies and strengthening social support in creating a more optimal learning experience for employee class students. The practical implications of this research can be a reference for educational institutions in designing policies and services that are responsive to the needs of working students.
