Abstract

Satu diantara permasalahan nasional yang dihadapi oleh bangsa negeri saat ini adalah penanganan terhadap kurangnya kualitas sumber daya manusia. Jumlah sumber daya manusia yang besar jika bisa dibudidayakan dengan efektif serta efisien akan bermanfaat guna menunjang gerak lajunya pembangunan nasional yang berkelanjutan. Banyaknya sumber daya manusia yang tersedia kini mengharuskan berfikir dengan seksama yakni sebagaimana bisa membudidayakan sumber daya manusia dengan optimal. Supaya lingkungan masyarakat tersedia sumber daya manusia yang handal dibutuhkan pendidikan yang berbobot, penyediaan berbagai fasilitas sosial, lapangan pekerjaan yang mencukupi. Kelemahan didalam penyediaan berbagai fasilitas itu akan mengakibatkan kegundahan sosial yang akan berdampak terhadap keamanan masyarakat. Kini kemampuan sumber daya manusia tergolong rendah baik dari segi kemampuan intelektualnya ataupun keterampilan teknis yang dipunyainya. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni guna mengetahui serta menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan terhadap produktivitas pembutik bawan yang berjumlah 71 orang. Tahapan penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi lapangan, penyusunan dan mengisi angket/ kuesioner/wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilaksanakan dengan mengunakan metode statistik deskriptif yakni untuk menunjukan masing-masing data variable secara tunggal dengan mengunakan SPSS, dan ststistik inferensial yakni guna menguji hipotesis penelitian. Dengan metode One-Way ANOVA, adapun pengujian hipotesis penelitian dilakukan pada taraf siginifikansi α= 0.05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengaruh pendidikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pembutik bawang ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien korelasi Pendidikan (X) sebesar b = 0.811, pada persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 6.905 + 0.811 X Kata kunci: Tingkat Pendidikan, Produktivitas Kerja, Pembutik Bawang

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of work facilities, compensation and work motivation variables on the performance of Tegal City education and culture service employees. The method in this research is to strengthen quantitative research methods. with multiple linear regression analysis method. The research sample consisted of 71 employees of the Tegal City Education and Culture Department who were selected using a saturated sample. Data collection methods use questionnaires and interviews. Data processing techniques in research use SPSS (Statistical Package For The Social Scientists). Based on the results of the analysis, this research shows that the work facilities variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (t = 1,999> t table = 1,996, sig = 0.050 ≤ 0.05). Compensation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t = 3,964 > t table = 1.996, sig = 0.000 < 0.05). Meanwhile, the work motivation variable shows a positive and significant influence on service quality (t count = 2,678> t table = 1.996, sig = 0.009 < 0.05). Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant effect on service quality, with a calculated F value of 12,176 which is greater than the F table of 2.742 (sig = 0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Communication, Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Daehan Global. The population of this research focuses on all employees in the Cutting Department of PT. Daehan Global, namely 86 employees with the sample type, namely saturated samples. Data was collected using a questionnaire method. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing t test and F test. The results of this research show that: Communication partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Daehan Global. Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Daehan Global. The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Daehan Global. Communication (X1), motivation (X2) and work environment (X3) simultaneously / together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Daehan Global. The contribution of the independent variables communication (X1), motivation (X2) and work environment (X3) to the dependent variable employee performance (Y) is 0,532 or 53,2%, the contribution of variable X provides sufficient explanation for variable Y. Meanwhile the remaining 46,8% is another factor not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The services provided to the community must be in accordance with the rules set by government regulations, service officers cannot provide services as they please because the services provided involve many people, because even one person gets the wrong service, the community will perceive it positively. or negativeThe aim of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality and facilities on community service satisfaction, the influence of service quality on community service satisfaction and the influence of facilities and service quality together on community service satisfaction. This research used a quantitative type of research with a sample of 99 respondents who were residents of Deesa Klampok Kec. Wanasari, BrebesRegency.Thiscollection technique uses questionnaire techniques, interviews/observations and analysis techniques in this research use the classic assumption test, hypothesis test (t test and F test). This research data processing uses the SPSS version 25 software program. The results of this research show that there is an influence of service quality on community service satisfaction. The results of this research show that there is an influence of facilities on community service satisfaction. The results of this research show that together the influence of service quality and facilities influences community service satisfaction.

Abstract

In this modern era, employees who have good performance are really needed. The existence of libraries cannot be separated from community life. Libraries are important to meet the knowledge needs of someone who is looking for various reading sources. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment, work culture and work motivation on employee performance at the Brebes Regency Archives and Library Service The population in this study were employees of the Regional Archives and Library Service of Brebes Regency with a total of 36 respondents. The analysis used was descriptive analysis, SPSS 22. The results of this study were that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely sig 0.001 < 0.05 and tcount 3.673 > 2.036. Work culture does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely sig 0.174 > 0.05 and tcount 1.390 < 2.036. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely sig 0.020 < 0.05 and tcount 2.454 > 2.036. Based on the results of the F test carried out, the sign value is known. 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount value 24.199 > 2.90 so it can be concluded that the variables of work environment, work culture, motivation simultaneously influence employee performance.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to introduce and train sixth grade elementary school students in Gunungtiga Village, Belik District, Pemalang Regency, in facing the Computer-Based Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM). The implementation method uses a participatory approach through socialization, direct simulation using the official Pusmendik website (https://pusmendik.kemdikbud.go.id/an/simulasi_akm), and technical assistance. The results show that students have a better understanding of literacy and numeracy question formats, are able to operate digital devices, and have increased self-confidence in facing national assessments. This program is beneficial in enhancing students' digital literacy and mental readiness.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to foster the habit of saving among students through the implementation of the 30-Day Challenge as a medium of financial education from an early age. The program was designed to encourage students to consistently save for 30 consecutive days by combining both individual and group activities. A participatory approach was applied, involving the support of teachers and parents to strengthen students’ motivation and awareness in developing financial discipline. The results of the activity showed that the 30-Day Challenge successfully improved students’ saving habits. Students not only understood the importance of saving regularly but were also motivated to achieve short-term saving targets that had been set. The program also had a positive impact on students’ financial management behaviors both at school and at home, shaping sustainable saving habits from an early age. This community service initiative demonstrates that the 30-Day Challenge is effective as an educational strategy to build a saving culture among elementary school students.
