Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh harga waralaba dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap Keputusan pembelian waralaba Warteg Kharisma Bahari secara parsial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan mitra warteg Kharisma Bahari sebanyak 67 dijadikan sebagai responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan instrument kuesioner. Sedangkan Teknik analisis data dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat bantu SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini dengan uji outer model menjelaskan bahwa semua indikator variabel valid dan reliabel. Hasil uji parsial menjelaskan bahwa harga waralaba memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian waralaba warteg Kharisma Bahari, sedangkan Kepercayaan konsumen memiliki pengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian waralaba warteg Kharisma Bahari

Abstract

This study aims to apply the Rasch Model to the Economics Mathematics Belief Scale (EMBS) instrument involving 144 student respondents from the Faculty of Economics. Instrument development was carried out by compiling items, testing, and analyzing using the Rasch Model with the WINSTEP application to identify unidimentionality, item fit, person fit, distribution on item/person map, and description of the EMB dimensions, namely self-confidence, belief in the mathematics learning process, and supportive social context during the mathematics learning process in economics. The results of the analysis show that this instrument has a high item separation reliability, which is 0.98 for item reliability and 0.88 for person reliability. In the item fit analysis, there are 5 items included in the unfit category based on the MNSQ and PT-Measure Correlation criteria. Descriptive analysis shows that 73% of students have confidence in their own abilities, 78% of students have confidence in the learning process in learning economic mathematics, and 81% of students have confidence in the role of lecturers and the application of mathematics in everyday life. This study contributes to developing an instrument to measure economics mathematics belief (EMB). Further development of this EMBS instrument is needed for better instrument results.

Abstract

In today's increasingly complex economic environment, the importance of financial literacy and effective financial planning has become paramount for individuals looking to secure their financial future. Financial literacy is closely linked to financial management, enabling individuals to understand key financial concepts, assess risks and manage their finances efficiently. This report examines the role of financial literacy in improving financial decision-making and planning, especially for beginners. By providing knowledge through the “Financial Planning for Beginners” seminar, organized by the Faculty of Economics of Universitas Negeri Jakarta in collaboration with the Indonesia Stock Exchange Gallery and Mirae Asset Sekuritas, we explore how such initiatives contribute to simplifying financial concepts for beginners. The seminar aims to enhance financial literacy, enabling participants to make informed financial decisions and plan effectively for a financially secure future. It also focuses on encouraging active engagement and learning through expert presentations and interactive Q&A sessions.

Abstract

Abstract   The lack of awareness about the importance of writing among teachers has long been a prevalent issue. Meanwhile, scientific publication is considered crucial for improving the quality of teaching. Teachers should be able to teach up-to-date material, which can be achieved by reading a wide range of scientific journals. The content of the writings and the types of journals should continuously improve. The higher the quality, the better our citations will be, and the global ranking of the university will improve. Therefore, this basic research skills training is aimed at both teachers and researchers, equipping them with the ability to maximize the use of supporting applications for writing scientific papers, such as Mendeley, Grammarly, and paraphrasing tools. The training is conducted in-person using a classical method with a lecture-based approach (presentation of material), practice, and discussion, ensuring it is well-received by participants or partners. The evaluation results from the training show that 59.3% of participants found the material relevant to their needs, and all participants agreed on the importance of holding regular training sessions.   Abstrak   Lemahnya kesadaran akan pentingnya menulis bagi guru menjadi sebuah fenomena yang sudah lama terjadi. Sementara itu publikasi ilmiah dianggap penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran guru. Guru semestinya bisa mengajarkan materi yang terkini. Hal ini bisa saja dilakukan dengan banyak membaca jurnal-jurnal imliah. Isi tulisannya dan jenis jurnalnya harus diupayakan terus membaik. Makin tinggi kualitasnya, sehingga sitasi kita membaik dan rank universitas secara global membaik. Oleh karena itu pelatihan keterampilan dasar penelitian ini ditujukan untuk guru maupun para peneliti agar dapat memiliki kemampuan dalam memaksimalkan aplikasi-aplikasi penunjang penulisan karya ilmiah seperti dalam menggunakan mendeley, grammarly dan paraphrase. Kegiatan pelatihan diselenggarakan secara langsung menggunakan metode klasikal dengan pendekatan ceramah (pemaparan materi), praktik, dan diskusi sehingga dapat diterima oleh peserta atau mitra dengan baik. Hasil evaluasi dari pelatihan yang diselenggarakan menujukkan bahwa 59,3% peserta menilai materi yang disampaikan relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta serta dan semua peserta menilai perlu untuk diadakan pelatihan secara berkala.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh service quality, brand image, customer satisfaction, dan perceived value terhadap revisit intention pada pengunjung bioskop CGV di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) untuk kuantifikasi. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert enam poin. Karakteristik sampel penelitian ini adalah orang yang pernah mengunjungi bioskop CGV untuk menonton film minimal satu kali, berdomisili di wilayah Jakarta, dan minimal berusia 17 tahun. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 25 dan AMOS 24 dengan menggunakan 225 sampel responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image pada pengunjung bioskop CGV. Service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction pada pengunjung bioskop CGV. Service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived value pada pengunjung bioskop CGV. Brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention pada pengunjung bioskop CGV. Customer satisfaction tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention pada pengunjung bioskop CGV. Perceived value tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention pada pengunjung bioskop CGV. Service quality tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention pada pengunjung bioskop CGV.

Abstract

In recent years, perfume sales in Indonesia have been experiencing rapid growth. This potential development has emerged as a result of increasing public awareness of the importance of maintaining personal appearance. Data shows that Indonesians now prefer to buy local or domestic products to maintain their appearance, leading to intense market competition among local perfume brands. This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing on brand image, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), and customer engagement, as well as the influence of brand image, electronic word of mouth, and customer engagement on purchase intention in the context of local perfumes in Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative method by collecting data through a Google Form questionnaire distributed to 210 respondents. The criteria for respondents in this study include Jakarta residents aged 17 and above who have used local perfumes and have seen content related to local perfume brands. The study employs structural equation modeling analysis techniques using SPSS 25 and Amos 23 software. The results of this study indicate that content marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand image, electronic word of mouth, and customer engagement. Furthermore, it is also found that brand image, electronic word of mouth, and customer engagement have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of animosity and consumer ethnocentrism on willingness to buy through product judgement among consumers of pro-Israel fast food products in DKI Jakarta following the boycott movement. A quantitative method was applied using a survey of 231 respondents who had consumed KFC within the past six months. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SPSS and AMOS. Results revealed that animosity significantly affects product judgement but not directly willingness to buy. Consumer ethnocentrism showed no significant effect on either product judgement or willingness to buy. Product judgement significantly influences willingness to buy and mediates the relationship between animosity and willingness to buy. The study contributes to understanding social-value-based marketing.

Abstract

Pendidikan berkualitas menjadi kunci dalam menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang kompetitif. Guru SMK memiliki peran strategis dalam memastikan lulusan memiliki keterampilan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Namun, masih banyak guru yang menghadapi kendala dalam melakukan penelitian pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Rendahnya kapasitas penelitian di kalangan guru dapat berdampak pada kurang optimalnya inovasi dalam metode pengajaran dan pengembangan kurikulum berbasis kebutuhan dunia kerja. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru SMK dalam melakukan penelitian pendidikan. Melalui pelatihan ini, guru akan dibekali dengan konsep dasar penelitian, metode penelitian yang relevan, serta teknik analisis data yang dapat diterapkan dalam praktik pengajaran mereka. Selain itu, program ini juga mendorong guru untuk mengembangkan penelitian berbasis tindakan kelas guna meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Luaran yang ditargetkan dari program ini meliputi peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun dan melaksanakan penelitian pendidikan, publikasi artikel di jurnal Ber-ISSN, publikasi artikel di media-massa, publikasi video kegiatan di YouTube, bukti Keterlibatan Mahasiswa, Surat Rekognisi dari mitra/Keterangan Mitra tentang adanya peningkatan keberdayaan Mitra, Bukti Kemitraan Kolaborasi Pengabdian, HKI, Poster hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, Profil pengabdian kepada masyarakat, serta penerapan hasil penelitian dalam proses pembelajaran di SMK. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan vokasi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty of Islamic cooperatives in Jakarta. The background of this research is based on the increasing competition among Islamic financial institutions, namely Islamic cooperatives, and the importance of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents, customers of Islamic cooperatives in Jakarta. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between variables. The results indicate that product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Islamic cooperatives. This finding has implications for companies in designing marketing strategies that focus on strengthening product quality and improving service quality. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan koperasi syariah di DKI Jakarta. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh meningkatnya persaingan lembaga keuangan syariah yaitu koperasi syariah serta pentingnya kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden pelanggan koperasi syariah di DKI Jakarta. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan koperasi syariah. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi perusahaan dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang berfokus pada penguatan kualitas produk dan peningkatan kualitas layanan. Abstract

The digital revolution has transformed various aspects of education, including assessment practices. This article explores the pedagogical implications and challenges of rethinking assessment in the digital age. Grounded in current literature, the article presents a conceptual framework for digital assessment and discusses the key aspects of assessment innovation, technological integration, and equity concerns. Drawing from recent empirical and theoretical contributions, this study argues that assessment must evolve to reflect the demands of 21st-century learning. The results and discussion are organized into three sections: innovative assessment models, technology integration in assessment, and equity and accessibility. Each section includes an analysis supported by a data table. The study concludes with a call for reflective and inclusive assessment design responsive to digital learning environments.
