Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan media bimbingan belajar Smart Book berbasis aplikasi sebagai media informasi yang dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya siswa yang susah dalam mengelola stres belajar yang ada dalam dirinya, kekurangan semangat dalam belajar, serta belum adanya media informasi mengenai strategi mengelola stres belajar yang dapat diperoleh oleh siswa di SMA Negeri 13 Bone. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) Model aplikasi smart book dalam memberikan strategi mengelola stres belajar siswa. (2) kelancaran aplikasi Smart Book dalam memberikan strategi dalam mengelola stres belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang dimodifikasi oleh peneliti dari 10 menjadi 7 tahap pengembangan. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMA Negeri 13 Bone sebanyak 30 responden selanjutnya uji coba kelompok kecil sebanyak 10 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis angket kebutuhan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh (1) Siswa membutuhkan layanan buku elektronik mengenai strategi mengelola stres belajar siswa. (2) Aplikasi smart book sebagai penyedia solusi layanan informasi dalam strategi mengelola stres belajar siswa, (3) Aplikasi smart book yang dikembangkan telah valid dan menunjukkan hasil kategori sangat praktis berdasarkan uji ahli dan uji kelompok kecil. Sehingga aplikasi ini sebagai media bimbingan belajar strategi mengelola stres siswa dinilai sangat layak sebagai media pendukung layanan bimbingan belajar

Abstract

The partners in this service program are students who have behavioral problems, such as laziness, delinquency, and bullying, which have an impact on their academic performance and social relationships. A total of 37 students exhibited deviant behavior, with 15 students selected for special attention due to the more serious level of the problem. The program aimed to change the students' negative behaviors into more positive ones through cathartic, writing, fun, and reflective approaches. Students are expected to be able to reflect on their actions and increase awareness of the importance of personal responsibility within the school environment. This program is implemented through five stages: preparation, problem handling intervention, writing assistance with the cathartic method of reflective fun writing, preparation of written works in the form of an ISBN book, and a comprehensive evaluation of student development during the program. Training and mentoring were conducted in 15 in-person and online meetings. The program results showed an increase in students' awareness of the impact of their behavior, indicated by significant changes in the aspects of discipline, positive attitudes, and improved reflective writing skills. Students also published inspiring books as a tangible manifestation of empowerment through this program. This program successfully provides an effective solution to address behavioral problems through the cathartic method of reflective fun writing, which not only helps students' behavior change, but also empowers them through written works that benefit themselves and the school environment.

Abstract

MTs Muhammadiyah Julubori is a private school located in the middle of the village ofJulukanaya and has access to a remote city center. Based on the data obtained, currentlystudents who have the category of lazy, naughty, bullied out of a total of 129 students areseen from the attendance of class VII A 5 people, VII B 3 people, IX A 2 people, VIII B 2people, and IX B 3 people. From these data, each student has a different motive. Oneapproach to make students aware of lazy, naughty, bullied, through catharsis, writing, fun,reflective. The aims of the reflective writing catharsis are as follows: As an effort topsychologically approach students who experience deviations in the school environment,findstepstoempowerlazy,naughty,bulliedstudents,whichcanbeareferenceforhandlingproblematic students, MTs. Muhammadiyah Julubori is carried out through five stages,namely:(1)Preparation,(2)Interventionforhandlingpartnerproblems,(3) Writingassistance with catharsis, writing, fun, reflective (4) Implementation of the results of theinterventionandwritingassistance,(5)Evaluationandfinalreport.ThisprogramiscarriedouttopresenttheconceptoftheEmpowermentprogramforlazy,naughty,bulliedstudentsthroughwriting,fun,reflectivecatharsiswhoexperiencedeviationsatschool.Throughthework of students, it is expected to be able to become a reflection material for students tofeelcalmandmoreopenthroughwritingbyusingwritingcatharsis,fun,reflective.Writingis expected to be able to produce written works in the form of books as a form of studentempowermentthatcanbereadbythecommunity.Studentwritingcaninspiremanypeople,especially for students at school. And the school can find a pattern of handling that is areferenceforteachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dinamika ekspresi emosi ekstrem dan harapan yang dimiliki oleh korban bullying remaja. Masalah utama yang diangkat adalah bagaimana pengalaman bullying memengaruhi ekspresi emosi dan membentuk harapan individu terhadap dirinya, lingkungan sosial, serta masa depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Informan utama adalah seorang siswa SMP yang telah mengalami bullying fisik dan verbal secara berulang. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa korban bullying cenderung mengekspresikan emosi negatif secara ekstrem seperti kemarahan, ketakutan, dan kesedihan yang mendalam. Namun demikian, di balik pengalaman emosional tersebut, korban tetap menyimpan harapan untuk diterima, dihargai, dan memiliki lingkungan yang aman. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya dukungan psikososial dari keluarga, sekolah, dan lingkungan sebaya untuk membantu korban pulih secara emosional dan membangun kembali harapannya.

Abstract

This program aims to improve the professional competence of educators in West Seram Regency through the formation and management of sustainable and structured learning communities. Activities are carried out through socialization, workshops, and study group activities that include the stages of analysis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and community development. Program participants consist of 12 representative junior high school teachers in the area. The instruments used include training materials, formative assessments, and the use of digital platforms for monitoring and evaluating the process. The results of the implementation showed a significant increase in the pedagogical and professional competence of teachers, strengthening collaborative networks between schools, and understanding of the continuous learning cycle. The learning communities that were formed were able to facilitate the practice of sharing knowledge and experiences, especially in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. Thus, this program contributes to improving the quality of learning that is oriented towards student learning outcomes and encouraging a culture of collaborative learning in the educational unit environment.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas konseling multibudaya guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang yang masih terbatas dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal ke dalam layanan konseling. Sehingga, program pengabdian masyarakat diorientasikan pada pelaksanaan pelatihan konseling model KIPAS (Konseling Integratif Progresif Adaptif Struktur) yang dipadukan dengan strategi budaya tudang sipulung terhadap guru BK. Metode pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan participation action research (PAR) dengan langkah-langkah pelaksanaan meliputi mengidentifikasi permasalahan mitra, penyusunan program dan konsep kegiatan pelatihan, sosialisasi, pelatihan daring dan luring, praktik konseling, pendampingan, serta pengembangan e-modul, dan platform digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman dan keterampilan guru BK, ditunjukkan oleh kenaikan skor post-test dibandingkan pre-test serta keterampilan praktik konseling yang lebih aplikatif. Luaran berupa e-modul, dan platform digital yang mendukung keberlanjutan implementasi konseling multibudaya berbasis kearifan lokal. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan kapasistas konseling multibufaya guru BK sekaligus membangun jejaring profesional yang berkelanjutan
