Abstract

Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) berfungsi sebagai bukti pendaftaran dan identitas resmi bagi pelaku usaha dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya. Namun, kompleksitas sistematika proses aplikasi menjadi kendala utama yang sering dihadapi oleh pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), terutama disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman terhadap persyaratan dan keterbatasan sumber daya dalam melengkapi dokumen maupun formulir yang dibutuhkan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bantuan teknis dan meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terkait prosedur pendaftaran NIB, sehingga mereka dapat memenuhi persyaratan dengan lebih mudah dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi atau survei awal, pendampingan pendaftaran legalitas usaha melalui aplikasi Online Single Submission (OSS), serta penyerahan berkas NIB dalam bentuk fisik kepada pelaku UMKM. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu survei, pendampingan, dan penyerahan berkas pada tanggal 8 hingga 12 Mei 2023. Survei dan penyerahan berkas dilakukan secara door to door, dan pendampingan dilaksanakan melalui pembukaan posko di Balai RW 09 Kelurahan Menur Pumpungan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 11 UMKM di sektor makanan berhasil memperoleh NIB melalui program pendampingan ini, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas usaha.

Abstract

This observation analyzes Minyakita sales forecasting at PT Java Agri Sukses Makmur using the POM-QM application. Accurate sales forecasting is important for stock planning and management. Sales data were collected through interviews conducted over three months (March-May 2025). Three forecasting methods were employed, namely linear trend analysis, Single Exponential Smoothing, and Simple Moving Average. The results of Trend Analysis Linear show a sales pattern that tends to increase. The regression equation is Demand(y) = 11,267.68 + 881.664xTime. Although the Bias value (0.001) is close to zero, error values such as MAD (4,663,778), MSE (28,397,000), and Standard Error (5,837.5) show a fairly high error rate. However, the MAPE value (30.745%) is considered feasible for medium-term forecasting. The correlation coefficient of 0.496 and R² of 0.246 indicate a moderate relationship, with the variation in sales explained by time accounting for only 24.6%. Single Exponential Smoothing (\alpha=0.1) resulted in a Bias of 1,684.15 (tends to underestimate) and MAPE of 32.77%, with a forecast of 17,307.56 units for the next period. Simple Moving Average shows a MAPE of 27.191% (feasible), with a forecast of 19,616.25 cartons. Overall, the linear trend model is suitable for identifying long-term patterns, but less responsive to short-term fluctuations. These forecasting results are expected to support PT Java Agri Sukses Makmur in production and marketing strategies. Abstract

The company has a responsibility to give rights to the community around the company environment. PT. Belfoods Indonesia has Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as one of the ways to channel company programs in order to meet expectations and also regulations set by the government. The people of Sukamaju Village, Jonggol District, have problems with social disparities between people living in elite housing and outside. The problem of economic inequality has made one of the company's programs helping to equalize the economy of the residents by providing economic assistance in the form of business capital for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) and also assistance for environmental development around the Sukamaju Village area. The distributed assistance has a significant positive impact on the progress and economic development of the community around PT. Belfoods Indonesia.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan Canva dalam membantu menciptakan identitas visual secara profesional sehingga mencapai keunggulan positif di daya saing UMKM era digital. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di Kelurahan Kedungkandang, Kota Malang dengan target sasaran para pelaku UMKM yang memiliki usaha untuk dikembangkan. Permasalahan sering terjadi pada UMKM karena kurangnya pelatihan sehingga pemasaran tidak dapat secara optimal dilakukan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan dengan mengadakan pelatihan dan pengenalan platform digital Canva sebagai sarana dalam membuat desain. Pelatihan dilakukan secara diskusi dan pendampingan agar optimal mengoperasikan Canva menjadi luaran berupa desain guna memperkuat identitas visual UMKM. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan diharapkan pelaku UMKM memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kemauan tinggi dalam menggunakan Canva sebagai sarana pembuatan konten dan desain pada produk.

Abstract

Elan Chocolate Company as one of the best MSMEs in Surabaya does not guarantee to have a good human resource system. This study aims to find out the condition of the Company as seen from the SWOT analysis which aims to improve the performance of Elan Chocolate Surabaya employees. The sample collection method was purposive sampling with a total of 6 respondents. Data collection using interviews assisted by questionnaires. The first objective was analyzed with qualitative descriptive, namely classifying Elan Chocolate Surabaya employees. The second objective was analyzed by likert analysis assisted by a questionnaire by identifying the performance of Elan Chocolate Surabaya employees. The third objective is to analyze the condition of the Company using a SWOT analysis to find out the Company's position in order to find out the Company's best strategy in improving employee performance. The results of the study show that, 1) the classification of employees is quite diverse, but the average employee who graduated from junior high school, has an age range of 20-25 years. 2) Employee performance is assessed, especially in the production division, there are 4 types of assessments, quality, quantity, efficiency, and creativity. The assessment was found to be an average of the total value of the entire production division starting from quality (3.49), quantity (3.54), efficiency (3.53), and creativity (3.53). 3) The results of the SWOT analysis of the Company's condition found a SWOT matrix in Quadrant I. This means that the Company's condition is aggressive. The strategy that must be applied to Elan Chocolate Surabaya is the one that supports the policy of the strategy to improve employee performance. Abstract

The research aims to 1) Identify the state of the laying duck farm business 2) Analyze the economic feasibility of laying duck farming 3) Analyze the income risk of laying duck farming. The research location was selected using a purposive method. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. Sample determination was carried out by the saturated sampling method with a population of 16 laying duck farmers, and the entire population was sampled. The results of the research that has been carried out with an average livestock land area of 1271.9 m2 get the results of economic feasibility with a value of R / C Ratio of 1.28, B / C Ratio of 0.28, BEP Production 16,341, and BEP Price of Rp 1,963. The research conducted states that the business is said to be economically feasible and has a low-risk value and has value for further development.

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi perencanaan budidaya bawang merah dilaksanakan di Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian (BPP) Porong dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas petani dalam menyusun rencana budidaya secara teknis dan ekonomis. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya pengetahuan petani mengenai perencanaan usaha tani hortikultura, khususnya bawang merah. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pemaparan materi, observasi lapangan, diskusi interaktif, serta praktik langsung budidaya bawang merah. Kegiatan ini melibatkan penyuluh pertanian, kelompok wanita tani, dan teknisi lapangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap tahapan perencanaan, mulai dari pemilihan varietas, persiapan lahan, teknik budidaya, hingga analisis kelayakan usaha tani. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini mencakup optimalisasi lahan tidak terpakai, peningkatan pengetahuan petani terhadap teknologi budidaya modern, serta terciptanya sinergi antara akademisi, penyuluh, dan masyarakat dalam pengembangan pertanian berbasis lokal yang berkelanjutan.
