Abstract

Abstract. In an open pit, in overburden removal and hauling overburden activities in the western pit of PT. Allied Indo Coal Jaya operates 1 unit of CAT 330D2 L back hoe excavator as a digger and 3 units dump truck HINO 500 FM 260 JD. The problem currently is not achieving the overburden production target in the western pit in July 2019 which is 54,000 bcm while the actual production is 50,966.19 bcm. The method used in this study is the match factor method. The existence of the incompatibility of work between the loading and hauling equipment and conveyance, it is necessary to optimize the productivity of the equipment and the compatibility of work between the loading and unloading equipment. The actual match factor of the loading and hauling equipment is 0.75. To achieve match factor, carried out an optimization of the hauling cycle time and increase the number of bucket excavator filling so the match factor reaches 0.99. Then the total production of loading was 54,552.38 bcm/month and hauling equipment was 54,252.14 bcm/month. From the calculation results obtained the magnitude of the operational costs of the loading and hauling equipment for overburden removal before being analyzed Rp. 193,317,429 or Rp. 3,963 / bcm. After being analyzed for peeling overburden in accordance with the planned production target, a cost of Rp. 204,846,453 or Rp. 3,755 / bcm.Keyword: production, overburden, match factor, cycle time, operational cost

Abstract

Based on production data stripping overburden in West Banko Mine Pit 2 PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk months of January to August 2017, the production of overburden stripping does not reach the target. This has an impact on the operating costs incurred for stripping each BCM (Bank Cubic Meter) The overburden layer. To determine the potential improvement of a production process and the effectiveness of using a piece of equipment is necessary to do analisis using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). OEE is known as one of the applications total productive maintenance program that has the ability to clearly identify the root causes and contributing factors that make businesses more focused repairs. Now we know the root of the problem, then use statistical analysis of multiple linear regression to determine the relationship and the maximum limit of barriers - barriers so that production can be achieved. Furthermore fishbone method is used to find the root problems and more detailed evaluation with reference to the results of multiple linear regression statistical analysis acquired. After analysis and repair method - the method of production of shovel komatsu obtained 3000E-6 exceeded what had been planned. But the value of OEE each trencher-load still <85% has not been reached world-class OEE value> 85%, it can be concluded that the state of the equipment is not good. Abstract

Abstract. To reach the companies' selling and production target with a balanced cost is a goal that must be done with a careful planning. This research was conducted due to the fact that PT. Mega Sejahtera Sugan often does not meet the production targets and there is no detailed cost in daily investing production activities.To find out the details of the investment that needs to be spent, as well as knowing the estimated revenue in mining production activities, it is necessary to analyze a short-term investment plan based on the monthly sequence of production. This research was conducted using quantitative methods, by doing calculations in solving problems in order to get the most effective solution. The solutions obtained for PT. Mega Sejahtera Sugan are to make improvements to employee working hours and add two new dumptrucks. With the addition of new units in production activities it is estimated that it can provide greater profits than the company's target. Production that has been done at PT. Mega Sejahtera Sugan are often does not meet the target, and there is a lot of waiting time for the excavator unit, thus resulting in the company's income achieved only 30% of the expected target, which is IDR 1,342,522,500.- from IDR 4,500,000.- per month. Meanwhile, if the dump truck unit is added, it will generate income of IDR 4,656,300,000.- per month, which will greatly benefits the company. Abstract

Equipment is a very important factor in ensuring the sustainability of mining production. Theamount of excess fleet will result in inflated operating expenses, while the number of fleetsthat little will reduce the number of mine production. Ideal conditions in the process ofloading and transportation of materials is very difficult to achieve. However, it can beattempted through efficiency tehadap number of major mining dump truck. One simulationmethod that can be used to optimize the production of electric load - dump truck main methodis to use the production capacity and queuing theory. Simulations conducted in order toobtain optimum number of trucks with truck queuing time the minimum and avoid waiting forthe appliance load dump truck.Unloading tool used was Excavator Backhoe Komatsu PC 400 consist of 2 units. Dump truckwhich is a truck used Hino 500 FM 320 TI totaling 12 units. Based on simulation results withsimulation approach production capacity dump truck takes 11 units while the dump truckqueues based on the theory that it takes 11 units. Abstract. Coal includes non-renewable resources originating from plants in an oxygen-free environment, and is subjected to the effects of pressure and heat that lasts very long. The coal mining process can be carried out using the Underground Mining and Surface Mining methods. The choice of mining method is based on the geological elements of coal. PT Artamulia Tatapratama is a Mining Contarctor company engaged in coal mining with the Surface Mining method. In a mining activity the mining operation starts from coal loading, transportation, to coal dumping in the stockpile. Production is a final target for companies in a mining process, where production has been planned by the company in advance. To produce production must take into account the mechanical readiness of the tool in a certain time, the use of tools and the number of products produced. To achieve the production of digging equipment is a very supporting factor in the mining process. Excavators used for coal mining are excavators. Excavator production achievement is influenced by bucket capacity, Bucket Fill Factor, Swell Factor, work efficiency, Cycletime of the tool. while the factors that greatly affect production are Human, Mechine, Method, Material and work environment.Keywords: Productivity, Excavator, Coal, Artamulia

Abstract. PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya is a gold mining company that implements an underground mining system. PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya is a subsidiary of PT. Aneka Tambang (Antam) located in Cimanggu District, Pandegelang Regency, Banten Province. In the production activities, the drill tool used for the activity is the Atlas Copco Boomer 282 with R32 drilling bit diameter 43 mm for drilling holes for split sets in supporting mesh and 51 mm diameter for explosive hole drilling using rotary-percussive drilling methods and burn cut drilling patterns . In August 2019 PT. CSD 14,397.6 wmt / month and actually reached 12,893.4 wmt / month. Based on the calculation, the actual productivity of the calculation results obtained 18.29 wmt / hour or 164.56 wmt / day which after the reduction of the tool productivity increased from 164.56 wmt / hour to 246.85 wmt / day. The Standard Time obtained from the calculation results is in the Drill Face Drilling of Class IV Rocks = 6.21 Minutes and Class III Rocks = 6.66 Minutes. On the Hole Drilling for Split Set and Wiremesh Installation the Class IV Rocks in Hole Drilling for Split Set = 5.87 Minutes and Wiremesh Installation = 7.39 Minutes, while those for Class III Rock in Hole Drilling for Split Set = 5.65 Minutes and Wiremesh Installation = 5.35 MinutesKeywords: Jumbo Drill, Productivity, Drill Face, Supporting, The Standard Time

Abstract

PT Semen Padang merupakan salah satu perusahaan produsen semen di Indonesia yang mengelola dan memenuhi kebutuhan bahan baku utamanya sendiri. Selain terdapat bahan galian silicastone dan limestone, PT Semen Padang juga meiliki sumberdaya bahan galian basalt yang belum dimanfaatkan. Bentuk dan penanganan dalam memanfaatkan bahan galian basalt berupa penambangan dan pengolahan yang menghasilkan output berupa batu split. Hal ini dilakukan karena bahan galian basalt tidak dapat dijadikan bahan dalam pembuatan semen kerena memiliki kadar MgO lebih besar dari 5%. Sebelum dilakukannya kegiatan penambangan perlu dikaji terlebih dahulu kelayakan teknis dan ekonomis dari penambangan dan pengolahan bahan galian basalt tersebut.Kegiatan penambangan yang dilakukan berupa pemboran dan peledakan dengan kedalam lubang ledak hasil pemboran 9,2m dan volume yang terbongkar sebanyak 44558,6 ton/bulan. Bahan peledak yang digunakan sebanyak 5127.5 kg Dabex, 66 pcs inhole delay, 65pcs surface delay dan 66 booster. Material hasil peledakan digali dengan 1 unit excavator Komatsu PC300 untuk dimuat ke truk Hino FM260JD sebanyak 2 unit. Untuk kegiatan penunjang penambangan di butuhkan 1 unit Wheel Loader dan Buldozer. Crusher yang digunakan adalah jaw crusher type PE-750x1060 sebagai primary crushing dan cone crusher type PYFB 1321 STD M sebagai secondary crushing. Biaya pengeluaran yang dibutuhkan untuk memproduksi 7.815.383 ton batu split basalt adalah sebesar Rp272.468.571.040,02. Maka biaya produksi per tonnya adalah sebesar Rp34.863,11 per ton (di luar pajak pendapatan dan pajak bahan galian) atau Rp.71.928,05 (sudah termasuk pajak bahan galian dan pajak pendapatan). Berdasaran hasil analisis investasi, didapat nilai tiga parameter berikut; Net Present Value Rp128.769.327.542 Internal Rate of Return 162,8179% dan Payback Periode 0,6145 tahun. Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan penambangan dan pengolahan bahan galian basalt secara teknis dan ekonomis layak untuk dilakukan.

Abstract

Abstract. In the mining process, the availability of dump truck equipment and loading equipment will determine the sustainability of production which has an impact on productivity and efficiency. The purpose of this study is to optimize production on stripping the overburden using the queuing method, match factor. The location of the study was conducted at PT. Artamulia Tata Pratama, Tanjung Belit, site Bungo, Jambi in August 2017 – September 2017. The loading equipment used is the PC 1250 Komatsu Excavator and the Komatsu HD 465-7 dump truck. The simulation results of the number of dump trucks needed based on production capacity is 17 units while based on queuing theory there are 17 units. Abstract

Abstract.The geographical boundary of the Padang city bordering the sea has an impact like the potential for sea water intrusion. Guo and Jiao in Amri (2014) naturally seawater cannot enter far into the land because ground water has piezometric which suppresses more strongly than sea water, so an interface is formed as the boundary between groundwater and sea water. This situation is an equilibrium condition between sea water and ground water. Therefore the potential for sea water to enter land is only around the coast.This research was carried out at 107 measurement points scattered around the coastal area of Padang City. The data obtained are primary data obtained based on measurements in the field, namely data on the value of Salinity, Conductivity, Resistivity and TDS of shallow groundwater in high tide and low tide seawater conditions.Based on the measurement results obtained 7 measurement points which are considered anomalies, which have values that are far different from the overall measurement point. Perform Linear Regression Analysis and Correlation using Microsoft Excel and SPSS. Abstract

Air merupakan salah satu aspek terpenting dalam kehidupan, hal ini dikarenakan seluruh makhluk hidup membutuhkan air untuk mempertahankan hidup. Sumber-sumber alternatif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih salah satunya adalah air tanah. Pertumbuhan penduduk di Kota Padang telah mengakibatkan perlusan pembangunan perumahan yang menyebabkan peningkatan permintaan air, sehingga dapat mengakibatkan penurunan muka air tanah akibat penarikan berlebihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan akuifer dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan untuk memahami fluktuasi kedalaman muka air akibat ekstraksi dan hidrogeologi akuifer. Salah satu cara identifikasi akuifer adalah dengan menggunakan geolistrik. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode geolistrik satu dimensi yaitu vertikal electrical sounding (VES). Metode ini digunakan untuk pengambilan data resistivity batuan di Kota Padang. Pengambilan data sounding geolistrik tersebar sebanyak 36 titik di Kota Padang. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan nilai resistivity batuan di Kota Padang berkisar anatara 0.86-129.264 Ohm-m. Sebagian besar nilai resistivity batuan, tersusun atas batuan dengan nilai resistivity 601-700 ohm-m, setelah itu batuan dengan resistivity 701-800 ohm-m, 401-500 ohm-m, dan 301-400 ohm-m. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan model resistivity batuan, didapatkan bahwa rata-rata kedalaman akuifer di Kota Padang adalah 1,48m dan rata-rata ketebalan akuifer adalah 5,41m. Dengan elevasi ditemukan akuifer pada daerah tepi pantai adalah pada elevasi 0m hingga -80m dan pada daerah menjauhi pantai yaitu pada elevasi +320m hingga +120m.Katakunci: Akuifer, Resistivity, Geolistrik, Vertikal Electrical Sounding
