Abstract

Inovasi produk memainkan peran strategis dalam meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan di pasar global yang semakin dinamis dan kompleks. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis secara mendalam peran inovasi produk dalam konteks pemasaran internasional, dengan fokus pada bagaimana strategi dan implementasi dapat menjadi sumber utama keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui analisis literatur yang diambil dari publikasi akademik relevan dalam lima tahun terakhir. Kajian diarahkan pada berbagai konsep inti mengenai inovasi produk, tren perkembangan pasar global, serta strategi pemasaran internasional yang terbukti efektif dalam menunjang keberhasilan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan yang mampu bersaing di pasar internasional umumnya mengadopsi pendekatan proaktif, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan terhadap inovasi produk. Perusahaan tidak hanya menyesuaikan produk untuk memenuhi variasi kebutuhan pasar global dan preferensi konsumen yang beragam, tetapi juga mengembangkan inovasi yang mampu menciptakan permintaan baru serta membuka peluang ekspansi pasar. Selain itu, keberhasilan implementasi strategi pemasaran internasional menuntut pemahaman mendalam mengenai perilaku konsumen lintas budaya, kemampuan adaptasi produk, serta integrasi inovasi di seluruh rantai nilai perusahaan. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis bagi manajer, akademisi, dan peneliti dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran internasional yang berorientasi pada inovasi. Implikasi penelitian menekankan pentingnya inovasi produk yang terarah, strategi pemasaran yang responsif, dan implementasi yang konsisten untuk memperkuat posisi perusahaan di pasar global.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh periklanan, promosi penjualan, dan penjualan perseorangan terhadap kepuasan konsumen produk perahu sekoci PT. Jatitengah Perdana Indonesia secara parsial dan simultan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen produk perahu sekoci PT. Jatitengah Perdana Indonesia yang berjumlah 40 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik judgement sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner (angket), dokumentasi dan wawancara. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis deskriptif persentase, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 12,958 + 0,174 X1 + 0,210 X2 + 0,267 X3. Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2) sebesar 0,370, hal ini berarti 37 % kepuasan konsumen produk perahu sekoci PT.Jatitengah Perdana Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh periklanan, promosi penjualan, dan penjualan perseorangan, sedangkan sisanya 63% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang berada di luar variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank BRI unit Lero. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan diketahui F hitung 13,539 > F tabel 2,38 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kehandalan (X1), daya tanggap (X2), jaminan (X3), kepedulian (X4), dan produk fisik (X5) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Dan secara parsial ada tiga variabel (X) yang berpengaruh terhadap variabel (Y) yaitu (X1) kehandalan, (X3) jaminan dan (X5) produk fisik dimana nilai t hitung tiga variabel tersebut lebih besar dibandingkan ttabel. Dimana nilai t tabel menunjukan angka 2,006 sedangkan t (hitung) menunjukan angka 5,997 pada variabel kehandalan, angka 2,966 pada variabel jaminan dan angka 3,438 pada variabel produk fisik, sehingga t (hitung)> t tabel maka HO diterima dan Ha ditolak. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel daya (X1) kehandalan, (X3) jaminan dan (X5) produk fisik secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine financial performance in terms of liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive by calculating the Current Ratio, Cash ratio, Debt To Assets Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, and Return On Equity. The results of this study Current ratio in 2018-2020 is 1.22 times, 1.28 times, 1.48 times not according to industry standards. Cash ratio in 2018-2020 is 20%, 16%, 16% not according to industry standards. The 2018-2019 DAR is 31%, 32%, 31%, according to industry standards. DER 2018-2020 is 46%, 48%, 45% according to industry standards. ROA for 2018-2020 is 11%, 11%, 14% not according to industry standards. ROE for 2018-2020 is 16% 17% 20% not yet according to industry standards.

Abstract

This research analyzes the utilization of technology and innovation to enhance the sustainability of Sari Tebu Nal SMEs in Parepare City. The research method used is qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation study. The results of the research on sustainable technology innovation strategies in sugarcane juice SMEs can be seen from several aspects, namely innovations made in flavor innovation, packaging, and Social Media technology used in marketing products due to family support to establish sugarcane juice health drink businesses, as well as skills in creating new ideas in product making so that the products produced are highly developed, therefore the stakeholders of Health Drink SMEs need to be facilitated by the government in order to motivate new innovations in products. There needs to be sustainable innovation to create a new innovation so that the business can be widely known to the public and increase business revenue.

Abstract

The study analyzes the human resource development strategy at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Parepare and its impact on employee performance. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the study found that PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Parepare successfully implemented effective training such as On the Job Training (OJT) and Off the Job Training (Off-JT), which enhanced employees' skills and knowledge. This strategy improved productivity, efficiency, adaptability to changes, employee satisfaction, retention, and a positive work culture. In conclusion, the human resource development strategy at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Parepare has improved employee performance and had a positive impact on the company. This strategy must continue to be implemented and adjusted to meet labor market needs to ensure optimal employee performance
