Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is a relationship between self-confidence and the ability to perform tiger jump movements in students of Academic Year 2020 FKIP Unpatti, the research project used is the research plan X and Y, the sample in this study is 40 students of the academic year 2020 who can do tiger jumps. The variable in the study is confidence represented by the variable X and the skill to jump tiger represented with variable Y. The test results of the research data through the statistical test showed that the score (0,864) was greater than that of the table (0,312) at a significant level of 0.05%, thus the results of this study show that there was a significant relationship between confidence and ability to do the jump of tiger in academic students in the year 2020.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an increase in the learning outcomes of running 60 meters through a playing approach for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Masohi. The data obtained through classroom action research (CAR) was carried out in three cycles, namely cycles I, II and cycle III. Data for each cycle were obtained from observations and performance tests based on the indicators assessed in the assessment rubric. Furthermore, all scores obtained by each student, divided by the maximum score multiplied by one hundred percent (100%), will obtain the value of each student. This value is the final result obtained by each student which will determine whether the student is declared complete or not so that it can be continued in cycles II and III. After taking action in cycle I, the results of learning to run a distance of 60 meters with a playing approach were 28.76%. After being given action in cycle II, from 28.76% it rose to 67.87%, there was an increase of cycle III from 67.87% rose to 78.38% there was an increase of = 10.51%. Based on the results found in the implementation of the research described above, (Pupuh and M. Sobry Sutikno, 2007), explains that learning is essentially a "change" that occurs within a person after carrying out certain activities. Based on this theory, in the implementation of actions or learning carried out in 3 cycles, there are changes that occur in each cycle both in attitudes (affective), knowledge (cognitive) and skills (psychomotor). Thus it can be concluded that the play approach can be used to improve the learning outcomes of 60 meter running in class V SD Negeri 2 Masohi.

Abstract

Exercise has many physical benefits, including stress reduction. Individuals who exercise regularly tend to appear more relaxed and cheerful, making them more resilient to both physical and emotional stress. This is particularly relevant for medical students who may experience stress due to changes in learning styles from middle school to higher education. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between exercise habits and stress levels in the community of XYZ area in Ambon. This study employed a cross-sectional design and utilized two basic instruments: the Exercise Habits Questionnaire and the DASS-42 Questionnaire. A total of 96 respondents were sampled and analyzed using the Chi Square test. The results showed that 38 respondents (39.6%) exercised regularly, while 58 respondents (60.4%) did not. Fifty-seven respondents (59.4%) reported a normal stress level, while 9 (9.4%) reported a light level, 13 (13.5%) reported a moderate level, 12 (12.5%) reported a severe level, and 5 (5.2%) reported a very severe level. The Chi Square test yielded a p-value of 0.144. The research findings indicate that there is no significant correlation (p=0.144) between exercise habits and stress levels among the people of XYZ Village in Ambon City.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the innovation of technology-based learning methods in improving student engagement in primary schools. Qualitative research methods were used with a case study approach in three primary schools in a major Indonesian city. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers, classroom observations, and analysis of learning documents. The results show that the use of technology such as interactive learning applications, digital platforms, and multimedia tools can improve learning motivation, active participation, and student interaction during learning. However, challenges such as infrastructure availability, teacher training, and technical constraints were also found. This research provides recommendations for effective implementation of technology in learning, including continuous teacher training and student needs-based content development.

Abstract

This investigation aims to analyze the role of character education in fostering students' ethics and morality within the digital era.Utilizing a qualitative approach, this study explores the experiences of educators, students, and parents in implementing character education within formal educational environments.Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis.The findings indicate that character education exerts a substantial influence in enhancing students' ethical awareness and moral reasoning, particularly in navigating ethical challenges stemming from digital technology exposure. Nevertheless, the study also uncovers significant barriers to this goal, including the lack of value-based technology support and time constraints. The study's findings suggest that a collaborative effort among schools, families, and communities is essential to maximize the impact of character education in the digital era.

Abstract

The following article discusses the impact of technological innovation in education on students' motivation and learning achievement. This quantitative case study employed qualitative research methods to collect data through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis on a sample of secondary school students.The results indicate that the integration of technology, such as digital-based learning applications, learning management systems (LMS), and interactive tools, fosters increased student motivation through learning experiences that are more engaging and interactive. The study also identified significant challenges in the implementation of technology and provided recommendations to facilitate more effective integration.

Abstract

The game of football is one of the PJOK learning materials that is taught at every level of the education unit, both from elementary school to tertiary level. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in shooting learning outcomes through the TAI learning model. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The results of this study indicate that the results of the action in cycle I, there were 11 students who had completed or 74.75% with a total value of 884.5, 6 students did not complete or 25.24% with a total value of 298.7. In Cycle II, there were 17 students who completed with a total score of 1354.3 or 889.36%. There is an increase in learning outcomes of 13.89%, meaning that learning outcomes in shooting in soccer games can be improved through the TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) learning model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kelincahan dengan kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepak bola pada siswa SMP Negeri 18 Maluku Mengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes kelincahan dan menggiring bola . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP negeri 18 maluku tengah yang berjumlah 22 siswa. Sampel yang diambil dari hasil purposive sampling berjumlah 22 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan bermain sepakbola .adapun variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel bebas ( kelincahan) dan variabel terikat ( kemampuan menggiring bola) instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kelincahan dilakukan dengan tes dogging run . sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan untuk kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepak bola mengunakan tes menggiring bola. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kelincahan dan kemampuan menggiring bola pada siswa usia 12-13 tahun di SMP Negeri 18 Maluku Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai r hitung sebesar 0,35 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 10 % atau 0,1 maka r tabel diperoleh 0,3438 atau sebesar 34,3 % dengan kata lain R hitung lebih besar dari R-tabel. maka di simpulkan kelincahan mempunyai hubungan dengan kemampuan menggiring bola pada Siswa SMP Negeri 18 Maluku tengah.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi keterampilan komunikasi siswa dengan strategi pembelajaran Homogeneity Psycho Cognition (HPC) pada sekolah dasar, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan jasmani. Keterampilan komunikasi merupakan elemen krusial dalam pendidikan abad ke-21, karena mendukung pengembangan keterampilan lain seperti berpikir kritis dan kreatif. Namun, masih terdapat kekurangan signifikan dalam keterampilan komunikasi di kalangan peserta didik, terutama di tingkat sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dengan presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa ketegori baik dari strategi pembelajaran HPC. Secara khusus, strategi HPC terbukti lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa HPC, yang mendukung kolaborasi antar siswa, dapat menumbuhkan keterampilan komunikasi yang memadai di semua siswa. Namun, terdapat faktor penghambat seperti interaksi yang terbatas antara siswa dan lingkungan belajar, serta beban ekonomi yang dapat menimbulkan masalah emosional bagi orang tua, yang pada gilirannya berdampak pada emosi anak. Oleh karena itu, penerapan strategi HPC dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani sangat direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi dan emosional siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pendidik dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif untuk mendukung perkembangan keterampilan komunikasi siswa.   Abstract: This study aims to explore students' communication skills using the Homogeneity Psycho Cognition (HPC) learning strategy in elementary schools, particularly in the context of physical Education. Communication skills are a crucial element in 21st-century Education, as they support the development of other skills such as critical and creative thinking. However, there is still a significant deficiency in communication skills among learners, especially at the elementary school level. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, where data collection is carried out through questionnaires, while data analysis uses descriptive statistical methods with percentages. The results indicate that the HPC learning strategy improved students' communication skills significantly. Specifically, the HPC strategy enhanced students' communication skills more effectively. The study also found that HPC, which fosters student collaboration, can cultivate adequate communication skills in all students. However, there are hindering factors such as limited interaction between students and the learning environment, and economic burdens that can lead to emotional issues for parents, affecting the children's emotions. Therefore, implementing the HPC strategy in physical Education is highly recommended to enhance communication and emotional skills among elementary school students. This research provides important insights for educators in designing more effective learning strategies to support the development of students' communication skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to improve teachers' competence in designing and developing effective learning evaluation instruments, which in turn is expected to improve the quality of student learning outcomes in PJOK learning. The method used in this service is the Technical Assistance Model in the form of training. The partners in this service are elementary school PJOK teachers in Maluku Tengara Regency, totaling 18 people. The instruments used to measure the achievement of the training activities were pre-tests and post-tests. The test results were then analyzed descriptively. The results of this training and mentoring showed an increase of 18% and were in the “moderate” category.
