Abstract

ABSTRAK. Percepatan gravitasi bumi merupakan materi fisika yang dipelajari di sekolah. Dalam literatur, nilai percepatan gravitasi bumi sudah ditentukan yaitu sebesar 9,8  atau sering dibulatkan menjadi 10 Faktanya, percepatan gravitasi bumi di setiap tempat bervariasi tergantung pada beberapa faktor, salah satunya jarak suatu tempat terhadap permukaan bumi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur percepatan gravitasi bumi di beberapa Kota di Indonesia dan Turki tepatnya di Kota Bandung, Yogya, Riau, dan Istanbul menggunakan analisis gerak jatuh bebas. Dalam pembuktiannya, peneliti mengimplementasikan Video-based Laboratory menggunakan software tracker yang siap dipakai untuk mengukur percepatan gravitasi di berbagai wilayah yang berbeda. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis rekaman video gerak jatuh bebas yang diambil pada beberapa wilayah tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa percepatan gravitasi bumi di Bandung, Yogya, Riau dan Istanbul secara berturut-turut ialah 9,69, 9,77, 9,78, dan 9,76. Hasil ini mendekati nilai percepatan gravitasi bumi dalam literatur dan berhasil membuktikan variasi nilai percepatan gravitasi bumi berdasarkan perbedaan jarak kota tersebut terhadap permukaan bumi. Maka dari itu, disimpulkan bahwa pengimplementasiian Video-based Laboratory berbantuan software tracker dapat menjadi opsi proses pengukuran percepatan gravitasi bumi di berbagai wilayah dengan mudah.

Abstract

Percobaan gerak jatuh bebas telah dilakukan di berbagai kota di pulau sulawesi dan satu kota di turki dengan tujuan untuk menentukan percepatan gravitasi. Percepatan gravitasi ditentukan dengan mengimplementasikan Video-based laboratory. Data yang diperoleh berupa data video gerak jatuh bebas yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan software tracker. Dari analisis yang dilakukan , didapatkan harga percepatan gravitasi bumi berturut-turut di Kota Jeneponto, Makassar, Minahasa, dan Istanbul sebesar: : 9,793 , 9,778  9,72 , dan 9,76 . Dengan Root Mean Square Deviation (RMSD) berdasarkan aplikasi berturut-turut diperoleh sebesar:  (Jeneponto), (Makassar), (Minahasa) dan  (Istanbul). Eror hasil pengukuran berada pada orde  sehingga dapat diterima keabsahannya.  Percepatan gravitasi yang diperoleh mendekati nilai literatur yaitu, . Oleh karena itu, implementasi metode analisis Video-based Laboratory (VBL) menggunakan software tracker dalam menentukan percepatan gravitasi di berbagai belahan bumi, efisien dan efektif dilakukan.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaru Kompensasi Fianansial dan Non Fianansial secara parsial dan simultan. Sampel yang diambil adalah sampel jenuh dengan total sampel 81 Karyawan PT. Arayu Cipta Kreasi yang telah dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan terlebih dahulu. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikoliearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas, uji analisis linier berganda, uji hipotesis, uji koefisien determinasi. Temuan dalam variabel ini memperlihatkan bahwa secara parsial variabel X1 yaitu, Kompensasi Finansial bersifat positif dan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Y yaitu, Motivasi Karyawan, sama dengan variabel X2 yaitu, Kompensasi Non Finansial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Y yaitu, Motivasi Karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa secara parsial variabel Kompensasi Finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Karyawan (H1) diterima. Diketahui pula secara parsial variabel Kompensasi Non Finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Karyawan (H2) diterima. Dari hasil analisis tersebut dapat pula diketahui bahwa secara simultan Kompensasi Finansial dan Kompensasi Non Finansial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Motivasi Karyawan (H3) diterima.Kata kunci: Kompensasi Finansial, Kompensasi Non Finansial, dan Motivasi KaryawanAbstract . The aim of this research is to determine the influence of financial and non-financial compensation partially and simultaneously. The sample taken was a saturated sample with a total sample of 81 PT employees. Arayu Cipta Kreasi has been selected based on predetermined criteria. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis techniques consist of validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear analysis tests, hypothesis tests, coefficient of determination tests. The findings in this variable show that partially variable X1, namely, Financial Compensation, is positive and has a significant influence on variable Y, namely, Employee Motivation, the same as variable . Based on the results of this analysis, it can be seen that partially the Financial Compensation variable has a significant effect on Employee Motivation (H1). It is also known that partially the Non-Financial Compensation variable has a significant effect on Employee Motivation (H2). From the results of this analysis, it can also be seen that simultaneously Financial Compensation and Non-Financial Compensation have a significant influence on Employee Motivation (H3). Abstract

To improve environmental quality, environmental knowledge has an important role in preserving the environment, because through knowledge humans increasingly understand and are aware of the dangers of household waste to the environment, especially the dangers of pollution to human health. Family income is any form of remuneration obtained as reward or remuneration for someone's contribution to the production process. Family income can come from one's own business (self-employment), work for other people, and income from property (assets). It is not that housewives, farmers and traders do not want to make goods from recycled plastic waste in their efforts to make them into new goods that are useful and have added economic value, but because they do not know what economic added value is and the processing of plastic waste and what the benefits are for increasing The income they get from their families can be seen from their enthusiasm during community service activities, even at the end of the activity, all participants expressed their gratitude for having been taught about processing plastic waste into new items that are useful and of high economic value and hope that they will continue to be accompanied and continue to hold activities like this.

Abstract

This research focuses on the early development of GEMAS (Game for Microscopic Atom Simulation) as an innovative digital teaching tool designed to support instruction on phase structures in physics education. In response to the post-pandemic shift towards technology-enhanced teaching, GEMAS was developed to integrate interactive, simulation-based pedagogy that enhances conceptual visualization. The study follows the 3D model (Define, Design, and Develop) and employs Multifaceted Rasch Measurement (MRFM) for evaluation. Validation was conducted by five experts, assessing curriculum alignment, scientific accuracy, language clarity, visual arrangement, and instructional effectiveness. These dimensions align with best practices in e-teaching, ensuring accessibility, engagement, and pedagogical rigor. MRFM analysis confirms the tool’s validity, with positive average scores across all indicators. The findings suggest that GEMAS is a well-designed digital resource, ready for implementation to enhance physics instruction in post-pandemic educational settings. The implications of this study extend beyond validating GEMAS as a tool; it demonstrates how immersive 3D simulations can address persistent misconceptions in physics education, particularly in post-pandemic contexts where digital engagement is critical. By bridging abstract concepts with interactive visualization, GEMAS offers a scalable model for enhancing e-teaching practices and fostering deeper conceptual understanding among students.
