This research is a study of the recognition of civil rights related to human values around tolerance, social solidarity, freedom, and responsibility. The purpose of this study is to find out how the perception of recognition of students' civil rights in DKI Jakarta. The research approach used in this study is quantitative. This study used a questionnaire data collection technique with a Likert scale model. The data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive statistical analysis technique through percentage calculations. The results of this study show that the civil rights of students in the school environment have been recognized or upheld through the policies of educational institutions and in academic activities carried out in the school environment.

In elementary school, instilling moral values and character is an essential part of education to produce a moral and responsible individual. This article examines psychology, sociology, and anthropology from the perspective of elementary school teachers in building students' character. From a psychological point of view, teachers serve as examples of the primary roles that influence students' morality through their daily interactions. Anthropology looks at how cultures shape standards of moral behavior, while educational sociology points out how important an inclusive classroom environment is to support learning social values. In this study, a qualitative descriptive approach is used as a methodology for the study of literature. It shows that developing a strong morality and character thus requires a multidisciplinary approach that integrates a variety of disciplines. This article combines these theories to give an in-depth view of moral education in elementary schools.

This study examines the implementation of educational philosophy values in carrying out professional duties in elementary school teachers in Jabodetabek. Teacher professionalism has an important role in the success of student learning. For this reason, teachers are required to be able to uphold and implement their professionalism as an educator. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection used random sampling techniques in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. Data collection was carried out online through the GoogleForm container from September-November, Data analysis uses descriptive statistical techniques. The results of the research conducted show that from the survey questionnaire data on the implementation of the values of the philosophy of education towards professionalism in carrying out tasks for elementary school teachers, with a sample of 88 teachers, with two indicators of professionalism and a code of ethics as a reference, it shows an attitude of professionalism in the moderate category with the percentage shown from each indicator with the highest percentage scale is 100%, namely in terms of professionalism showing a percentage of professionalism with a moderate category of 54.7%, in terms of the code of ethics showing a percentage of professionalism with a moderate category of 57%. Thus, based on the data findings related to the implementation of the values of the philosophy of education towards professionalism in carrying out tasks for elementary school teachers, it shows an attitude of professionalism in the moderate category. This shows that there is a need to increase motivation for teachers in an effort to implement professionalism through internalizing the values of philosophy of education as a guide to teacher professionalism, both in the form of teacher coaching programs and teacher leadership training.

This research examines the perception of tolerance of student diversity at SDN Jatinegara Kaum 11 Pagi. Tolerance of diversity is one form of character that reflects human rights values in it. As social beings, students do not live with the same cultural uniformity as themselves, but in the school environment students encounter diversity as plural and multicultural individuals. For this reason, it is very important to instill the character of tolerance of diversity in students in elementary schools as a provision for living in a diverse social environment through the application of multicultural-based education with a recognition theory approach from Axel Honneth. This research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection used purposive sampling research techniques in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. Data collection was conducted online through the GoogleForm platform in September-November, Data analysis used descriptive statistical techniques. The results of the research conducted show that students' tolerance for diversity has increased at SDN Jatinegara Kaum 11 Pagi, from the percentage of data on the perception of students' tolerance for diversity has increased positively with data on indicators of aspects of peace with the whole statement showing results of 46.5%, on data indicators of aspects of respect for differences and individuals with the whole statement showing results of 43.2%, and on data indicators of aspects of awareness with the whole statement.

Pendidikan multikultural sangat penting dalam membentuk generasi yang toleran dan mampu hidup harmonis di tengali keragaman budaya, agama, dan etnis di Indonesia, khususnya sejak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana strategi pembelajaran kontekstual (Contextual Teaching and Learning/CTL), jika diintegrasikan dengan sumber dan media pembelajaran multikultural, dapat menumbuhkan sikap toleransi pada siswa sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai strategi pembelajaran berbasis CTL, seperti pemanfaatan cerita lokal, pembelajaran proyek berbasis nilai toleransi, dan diskusi reflektif menggunakan media audiovisual. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman, empati, kerja sama, dan sikap inklusif siswa. Namun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa kendala dalam implementasinya, seperti keterbatasan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dan rendahnya kesiapan guru. Tantangan tersebut berpotensi menghambat penyampaian nilai-nilai toleransi secara optimal di dalam kelas. Untuk itu, pelatihan guru yang terarah dan kebijakan sekolah yang mendukung menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan. Secara keseluruhan, strategi CTL berbasis sumber dan media multikultural memiliki potensi yang besar dalam memperkuat toleransi dan pengembangan karakter inklusif dalam pendidikan dasar apabila diterapkan dengan tepat.

Abstract: The Indonesian Ahmadiyya Congregation (JAI) is one of the Islamic organizations in Indonesia that has developed through a historical process. JAI has struggled to gain recognition from the community, such as social programs and the law's legality. However, JAI remains the target of intolerant groups to carry out persecution because the teachings adhered to by JAI are considered heretical due to different Islamic concepts in general. This study aims to analyze the existence of JAI, such as legal entities, organizational systems, and activities carried out. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with an interview approach and a literature study. The study results indicate a legal clash between the legality of JAI's law and the law that prohibits JAI's activities. Then the general public does not seek information beforehand about the Indonesian Ahmadiyya Congregation, so the public is consumed by the issues addressed to the Indonesian Ahmadiyya Congregation.

This study aims to explore the role of shame and guilt culture in character education in elementary schools. The research method used was a literature study by analyzing journals related to shame culture, guilt culture, and character education. The results showed that shame culture tends to emphasize the importance of self-image and social acceptance, while guilt culture emphasizes individual conscience and internal moral principles. This difference affects various aspects of people's lives, including in the context of character education in elementary schools. Shame culture can encourage students to behave in accordance with social norms to avoid shame, while guilt culture can encourage students to behave ethically and responsibly based on conscience and moral principles. The implication of this finding is the need to pay attention to cultural aspects in the implementation of character education in primary schools so that it can be more effective and appropriate to the local context
