Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan strategi digital marketing pada Kami Konveksi di Kecamatan Megamendung, Bogor. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, diskusi, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital yang digunakan Kami Konveksi belum optimal, terutama pada pengelolaan media sosial seperti Instagram, TikTok, dan Facebook. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi desain konten yang kurang menarik, promosi yang tidak variatif, dan strategi harga yang kurang jelas. Rekomendasi yang diberikan meliputi peningkatan kualitas konten, konsistensi unggahan, pemanfaatan tren media sosial, serta perbaikan strategi komunikasi pemasaran agar lebih efektif menjangkau audiens dan meningkatkan penjualan.

Abstract

This is a new author's manual and a template for Jurnal Dirosah Islamiyah. Published every May and November since 2019. Articles must start with Article Title followed by Author Name and Affiliate Address and abstract. This part of the abstract must be typed in 150-250 word counts. Especially for the abstract, use the Cambria font, measuring 10 pt. Single space per line in this article. If the article is written in Indonesian, the abstract should be typed in English and Indonesian. Meanwhile, if the article is written in English, the abstract must be typed in English only. The abstract is typed as concisely as possible and consists of: research objectives, methods, results and discussion and brief conclusions. 250 words maximum. Abstract should only be typed in one paragraph and in one column format.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain how employees at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Parungkuda Hatchery Unit feel about organisational culture, work stress, and employee performance, as well as how these factors affect employee performance. This study employed a quantitative descriptive and verification methodology. Sixty-one employees served as the research sample for the questionnaire distribution. An ordinal scale is used in the data analysis technique to analyse multiple regression, multiple correlation, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Employee performance is poor, job stress is adequate, and employee reactions to organisational culture are rather excellent. Employee performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Parungkuda Hatchery Unit is positively and significantly impacted by both organisational culture and job stress, according to the study's findings. PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Parungkuda Hatchery Unit, however, work stress has a negative and negligible impact on employee performance, whereas organisational culture has a somewhat favourable and considerable effect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and stress on productivity through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. XYZ. This quantitative research uses descriptive, verificative methods, path analysis, and Sobel test. Data collection was carried out through secondary and primary data from 80 employees using purposive sampling because the number of employees studied at the company was less than 100. The analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS25 software. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a direct positive effect on job satisfaction, work stress has a direct negative effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a direct positive effect on productivity, work stress has a negative effect on productivity, job satisfaction has a direct positive effect on.

This study aims to analyze the influence of market orientation, product innovation on marketing performance through competitive advantage as an intervening variable in the snack household industry in Sukabumi Regency. This research method uses a quantitative approach with primary data obtained through a questionnaire with the Likert scale. The population in this study is snack business actors in Sukabumi Regency with sampling techniques using purposiv sampling. The number of samples used in this study was 250 business actors. Data analysis was carried out using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) method. The results of the study show that market orientation and product innovation have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, market orientation and product innovation have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance through competitive advantage.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the understanding and skills of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Cijayanti Village through the application of digital innovation. The program was carried out through training sessions, workshops, and practical mentoring, focusing on the use of social media, e-commerce platforms, and simple applications to support marketing and business management. The results showed an increase in participants’ knowledge and basic skills in creating digital promotional content, managing social media accounts, and starting the use of online stores. In addition, the program fostered motivation among MSME actors to develop technology-based marketing strategies. Although the long-term impact cannot yet be measured due to limited monitoring time, this activity serves as an initial foundation for MSMEs in Cijayanti Village to enhance their competitiveness through the adoption of digital innovation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola waktu belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Pamulang selama satu minggu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 21 responden mahasiswa Teknik Informatika. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Tahapan analisis meliputi proses editing data, entry data ke dalam Microsoft Excel, dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS untuk memperoleh nilai statistik berupa rata-rata (mean), nilai minimum, maksimum, dan standar deviasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya variasi waktu belajar antar mahasiswa, dengan nilai rata-rata yang menggambarkan kecenderungan durasi belajar mahasiswa dalam satu minggu, serta standar deviasi yang menunjukkan tingkat penyebaran waktu belajar antar responden. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran empiris mengenai pola waktu belajar mahasiswa Teknik Informatika dan dapat menjadi dasar bagi program studi dalam merancang strategi akademik yang mendukung efektivitas belajar mahasiswa.
