Abstract

Pernikahan dini masih menjadi permasalahan signifikan di Indonesia, terutama di wilayah yang memiliki kearifan budaya yang kuat seperti Lombok Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi sinergi antara norma sosial budaya dan peran pola asuh orang tua sebagai strategi kesehatan berbasis komunitas dalam mencegah pernikahan dini. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif terhadap sepuluh partisipan yang terdiri dari orang tua dan tokoh masyarakat dari komunitas Sasak yang tinggal di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan tiga tema utama: (1) pembatasan interaksi sosial anak melalui pengawasan intensif dan pengendalian akses terhadap media, (2) penerapan larangan budaya terhadap aktivitas yang dinilai berdampak negatif bagi anak, dan (3) peran orang tua sebagai pendidik utama dalam menanamkan nilai moral, agama, dan pentingnya pendidikan. Sinergi antara kontrol sosial berbasis adat dengan pola asuh komunikatif dan edukatif terbukti efektif dalam membentuk kesadaran remaja untuk menunda pernikahan. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan kolaboratif yang melibatkan keluarga, tokoh masyarakat, dan institusi kesehatan dalam upaya berkelanjutan mencegah pernikahan dini. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi dasar pengembangan kebijakan dan program lintas sektor yang adaptif terhadap konteks budaya lokal serta memperkuat perlindungan hak anak.

Abstract

Halusinasi pendengaran merupakan salah satu gejala utama pada pasien dengan gangguan jiwa, khususnya skizofrenia. Pasien sering mendengar suara-suara yang tidak nyata yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan perilaku dan penurunan kualitas hidup. Penanganan halusinasi tidak hanya mengandalkan terapi farmakologis, tetapi juga membutuhkan pendekatan non-farmakologis seperti terapi audio. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi audio murottal Al-Qur’an terhadap skor pada pasien halusinasi pendengaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest design. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 15 orang dengan masalah Halusinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat penurunan skor halusinasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling yang dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai p = 0,001 p yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh terapi

Abstract

Padang Serai Community Health Center data for 2023 shows that there are 56 residents suffering from diabetes mellitus (DM) and 20 residents classified as prediabetic based on the results of monthly fasting blood sugar checks. Based on these problems, community service (PKM) was carried out in the form of a Healthy Living Assistance Program with the aim of providing motivation to residents to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Program activities are divided into three stages, namely: program socialization including how to fill out a healthy living logbook, education via WhatsApp groups, and evaluation. Before and after participating in the program, residents' health parameters were measured. Residents' implementation of a healthy lifestyle is evaluated based on logbook recording. The program activities, which lasted for 3 weeks, were attended by residents, most of whom were mothers with a body mass index classified as obese. The PKM results showed that after implementing a healthy lifestyle there was an improvement in health parameters, namely a decrease in fasting blood sugar levels, total cholesterol, blood pressure and body weight. It can be concluded that the Healthy Living Assistance Program has succeeded in encouraging residents to live healthily in preventing and controlling DM

Abstract

ABSTRACT Teacher performance is a very important factor in improving the quality of education at the primary level. Transformational leadership can motivate and inspire teachers. Constructive and continuous learning supervision contributes to improving teacher performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and learning supervision on the performance of elementary school teachers in Gugus I and II Paninjauan, X Koto Diatas Subdistrict.This study uses a quantitative approach with survey method. The research population is all elementary school teachers who are members of Gugus I and II Paninjauan which consists of 13 elementary schools. This study used simple random sampling technique in sampling. Data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula, which resulted in 13 principals and 100 teachers as respondents. This study examines two independent variables, namely transformational leadership style and learning supervision, and one dependent variable, namely teacher performance. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 23.00 software. Descriptive statistics were used to describe the data that had been collected through the presentation of tables, frequency distributions, diagrams, and graphs, and included calculations of mean, standard deviation (SD), median, mode, maximum, and minimum values.The results of hypothesis testing can be concluded: 1) The performance of elementary school teachers in Gugus I and II Paninjauan is largely influenced by transformational leadership style: t count> table or 2.487>1.660 and sig if 0.015 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.2) Partially learning supervision affects the performance of elementary school teachers in Gugus I and II Paninjauan, X Koto Diatas District. This can be proven as follows; t count>t table, namely 4.213>1.660 and Significant 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.3. ) Simultaneously or combined transformational leadership style and learning supervision affect the performance of elementary school teachers in Gugus I and II Paninjauan, X Koto Diatas District.This can be proven as follows: F count> F table is 9.468> 1.984 and significant. If 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Learning Supervision, and Teacher Performance
