Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought fundamental changes in organizational management practices, especially in the management control (MC) system. This article aims to systematically examine the impact of digitalization on the functions, roles, and structures of MC through a multidisciplinary approach. Literature review. The study results show that digitalization drives significant transformation in MC, ranging from process automation and data-driven decision making to the shift in the role of management accountants as strategic partners. This article also identifies challenges in implementing digitalization, such as the need for technology investment, employee resistance, and data security risks. In addition, Simons's framework, Levers of Control, explains control dynamics in the context of digital organizations. This study emphasizes the importance of technology integration, human resource competency readiness, and adaptive control system design so organizations remain competitive in digital disruption. These findings are expected to be a conceptual reference in developing relevant MC policies and strategies in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan hasil survey pada PT Musaya Kreasindo yang memperoduksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Produksi pada PT Musaya Kreasindo terhadap 50 orang karyaan sebagai sampel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik asosiatif. Tujuan penelitian ingin tentang pengaruh antara Keselamatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, pengaruh antara Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, serta pengaruh antara Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh antara Keselamatan Kerja dan Kesehatan Kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang ditunjukan oleh hasil persamaan regresi linear ganda yaitu Y’ = 23,64 + 0,74  X1 + 0,26 X2. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pemikiran terhadap PT Musaya Kreasindo untuk lebih memperhatikan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja karyawan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya

Abstract

Perusahaan yang bergerak di industri sepatu olahraga adalah PT. Changshin Indonesia Karawang. PT. Changshin Indonesia, Karawang, setiap bulannya banyak terjadi penurunan dan ketidakstabilan target kerja, dan penurunan yang paling besar terjadi pada bulan Desember. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh disiplin dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah non-probability dengan jenis kuota sampling, jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 karyawan PT Changshin Indonesia Karawang. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Variabel Disiplin dan Kepuasan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan, Variabel disiplin dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,506.

Abstract

Proses pengawasan salah satunya adalah menetapkan standar pelaksanaan dengan tujuan-tujuan yang telah direnakana sebelumnya,selanjutnya merancang bagaimana suatu sistem informasi umpan balik, serta mengukur penyimpangan yang telah dilakukan baik pada saat berlangsung atau setelah berlangsung, pada proses selanjutnya adalah mengambil tindakan korektif, proses pengawasan ini juga dilakukan oleh Yayasan Berkat Kasih Immanuel di Jakarta Utara, sebuah Yayasan yang bergerak di bidang sosial dan pendidikan memiliki Panti Sosial, Sekolah Dasar, Sekolah Tingkat Menengah, dan Sekolah Tingkat Atas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Berkat Kasih Immanuel Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner,dan data pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan sampel 36 karyawan pada Yayasan Berkat Kasih Immanuel Jakarta Utara, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linear sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara pengawasan SDM terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Berkat Kasih Immanuel Jakarta Utara berpengaruh kuat dan memiliki kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 55.6% terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of Bank Mega Syariah which has several advantages and disadvantages in the products offered. As well as the limitations of ATM machines, which is of course a weakness for BMS in providing customer satisfaction. Basically, customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the product will influence subsequent behavioral patterns. Likewise with the banking business, which is a business based on the principle of trust, the issue of service quality is a very important factor important in determining this success. Because whether something is successful or not       banking business depends on customer satisfaction. Providing excellent service to customers to create a good image and customer satisfaction. The higher number of customers who complain indicates that customers are not satisfied with the services provided. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction in sharia banking (case study of Bank Mega Syariah customers). This research, which used quantitative methods with associative techniques, was carried out at Bank Mega Syari'ah Karawang with a population and sample of 53 Bank Mega Syari'ah employees with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The research results show that there is an influence between product quality and service quality variables on customer satisfaction which is shown by a figure of 0.383, which means that the influence contributed by product quality and service quality variables on customer satisfaction is 38.3% (R Square = 0.383) and the remaining 61.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of use of Employee Self Servive (ESS) on the performance of PT.RP employees. Employee Self Servive (ESS) is an important factor in human resource management that can facilitate employee performance and productivity in the current era of digitalization. This research used a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling method on 34 employees from various levels at PT. RP. Data is collected through a structured questionnaire that measures employee perceptions of usage Employee Self Servive (ESS) and employee performance. Data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression method to test the research hypothesis. The results of this research show that there is an influential Employee Self Servive (ESS) regularly partial impact on the performance of PT.RP employees. These findings imply the importance for companies to design and implement Employee Self Servive (ESS) which is comprehensive and user friendly to improve employee performance. This research also recommends the need for regular evaluation of employee Self Servive (ESS) to ensure its effectiveness in encouraging optimal employee performance.

Abstract

Based on the results of studies conducted by researchers, it appears that the performance of employees at the PO Rukun Jaya company is very poor. This condition is characterized by employees often arriving late and decreasing company income every year. This is due to the lack of work discipline and work motivation of PO employees. Rukun Jaya, with high discipline and providing the right motivation, employees or subordinates will comply with all existing regulations so that work implementation can proceed according to predetermined plans, and employee performance will increase. This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation partially or simultaneously on the performance of PO employees. Rukun Jaya. The population in this study were PO employees. Rukun Jaya. The sampling technique in this research is a saturated sample, namely taking the entire population to be used as a sample. The sample taken in this research was 30 respondents. The method for collecting this data uses a questionnaire, while the method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance seen from tcount>ttable, namely 3,413 > 1.701, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance also seen from tcount>ttable, namely 33,046> 1.701 and simultaneously the variables of discipline and motivation have a positive effect and significant for performance is shown by Fcount > Ftable, namely 28,137 > 3.34. Of all the results, both partially and simultaneously, the sig value is smaller than 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that the variables of work discipline and motivation together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. P.O. Rukun Jaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of training on employee work productivity at PT. Atrust Mitra UsahaIndonesian Ice Tea Division Jabodetabek This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. This research uses the method saturated sampling which are used in total 74 employees at PT. Atrust Mitra Usaha Indonesian Ice Tea Division Jabodetabek, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there is an influence between training and performance work productivity positive influence strong and has an influential contribution of 68,2% on work productivity variables. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine work stress on the work of PT. ISM Bogasari Flour Mils Jakarta Division This study uses quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, and library data. In this study using a saturated sampling method used a total of 38 employees of PT. ISM Division Bogasari Flour Mils Jakarta, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that there is no effect of work stress on the performance of PT employees. ISM Bogasari Flour Mils Jakarta Division, work stress variable has a low effect and has an influence contribution of 2.4% on employee performance variables. The results of this study are expected to contribute to future research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the work environment on employee productivity at PT. Sahih Arta Logistics. This study used quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, and library data. In this study using a saturated sampling method used amounting to 35 employees at PT. Sahih Arta Logistics, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that there is an influence between the work environment on work productivity which has a very strong positive effect and has an influence contribution of 87.8% on work productivity variables. The results of this study are expected to contribute to future research.
