Abstract

Background: Kematian pada kasus henti jantung dapat terjadi karena petugas kesehatan tidak dapat menangani korban pada fase gawat darurat (golden period).Tindakan penanganan yang tepat dalam menangani kasus kegawat daruratan henti jantung tidak hanya petugas pelayanan kesehatan saja akan tetapi orang awam, termasuk di dalamnya adalah kader posyandu. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kader posyandu dalam mencegah kematian mendadak akibat penyakit jantung. Metode: Pelatihan dan pendampingan dan pengambilan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan obsevasi. Kader Puskesmas dengan jumlah peserta 15 orang. Hasil: Kemampuan penerapan manajemen airway mengenal tanda-tanda gangguan jalan nafas, membuka jalan nafas dengan head tilt chin lift, dan memberikan ventilasi pasu dengan mouth to mouth dengan presentase 100%. Sedangkan kemampuan mengeluarkan benda asing dengan finger swab sebesar 93,3% dan kemampuan membuka jalan nafas dengan jaw trust sebesar 86,7%. Kemampuan penerapan resusitasi jantung paru umumnya mampu menerapkan prinsip Aman Pasien, Aman Penolong, dan Aman Lingkungan. Sedangkan kemampuan teknik kompresi dada dan kemampuan meletakkan pasien posisi pemulihan sebesar 93,3%.Kesimpulan: Peningkatan keterampilan kemampuan kader dalam manajemen air waysebesar 96,0%, kemampuan kader dalam Resusitasi Jantung Paru (RJP) sebesar 97,3%.

Abstract

Enjoyable learning in SKI subjects needs to be widely understood. Fun learning is a learning process in which there is a strong relationship between the teacher and students, without any feelings of pressure. The purpose of this study was to find out about fun learning in the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) at MIS Al-Washliyah. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of learning carried out at MIS Al-Washliyah has been going well according to the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). However, there are several obstacles that are felt in carrying out learning at MIS Al-Washliyah, namely the conditions and school environment, biological, physiological and psychological conditions of students ranging from interests, talents, intelligence to student motivation in learning. The solution that can be done in overcoming obstacles is by means of a learning environment that must be made conducive so that the learning process can be carried out optimally. To provide motivation to students, teachers must also be able to use interesting and fun learning methods such as experimental methods, discussions and others. As a teacher, you must also pay attention to student learning readiness.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the characteristics of the development of spirituality of school-age children in Nurul Ihsan Ilmi Kindergarten, Medan Tembung. In this context, spirituality includes moral, religious, and awareness of the meaning of life. This study presents an analysis of how children's spiritual development is affected by various aspects, including physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and moral development. At an early age, known as the golden period of development, children are very sensitive to environmental stimulation, which makes early childhood education an important foundation for their growth. The findings suggest that the integration of spiritual education into the daily curriculum, through concrete activities such as joint prayer and moral stories, provides significant hands-on experience in helping children internalize spiritual values. Therefore, collaboration between teachers, parents, and the school environment is indispensable to ensure holistic and effective spiritual education, supporting the overall development of children.

Abstract

Perkembangan kognitif sendiri menjadi salah satu bagian terpenting dari proses perkembangan peserta didik. Kognitif juga merupakan istilah yang berasal dari kata “cognition” yang memiliki arti mengetahui. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui konsep dasar perkembangan kognitif pada anak menurut beberapa teori yaitu teori Jean Piaget, Jerome Brunner, Ausuble, dan Vygotsky. Jenis penelitian yang peneliti gunakan yaitu jenis penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data bersifat studi Pustaka atau library research. Artinya dalam kajian ini peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui literatur tertulis atau sumber-sumber informasi dan berbagai data lainnya yang dapat menunjang penulisan artikel ini didalam kepustakaan. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada salah satu perkembangan kognitif yaitu Jean Piaget dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan dari teori Piaget dapat membantu para pendidik untuk memahami tahap dan karakteristik perkembangan kognitif peserta didik, yaitu dalam hal menentukan taraf kognitif dan memilih strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan tahapan perkembangan peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) on the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences (IPA) students in grade V at MIS YPI Btg Quiz. LKPD is designed to hone the ability to analyze, evaluate, and solve problems according to learning achievement indicators. The research used an experimental method with a two-group pretest - posttest design. The research population is all students of class V MIS YPI Btg Quiz which totals 55 students, while the research sample consists of class VA (29 students) and class VB (26 students) in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The research instrument was in the form of a description test totaling 5 items that had been validated (r count 0.458 - 0.730 r table 0.278) and reliable (Cronbachs Alpha = 0.637). The results showed that there was a significant difference between the science learning outcomes of students who used HOTS-based LKPD and those who did not use it. The independent samples t-test obtained a value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.001 ( 0.05), so it can be concluded that the application of HOTS-based LKPD has a real effect on improving the science learning outcomes of grade V students.
