Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan akhir-akhir ini menjadi bahan perbincangan serius. Hal ini terjadi karena mutu pendidikan akan sangat menentukan mutu lulusan yang dihasilkan dari pendidikan itu sendiri. Tanpa pendidikan yang berkualitas, kecil harapan untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Melihat fenomena di lapangan, sebagian siswa masih memerlukan pendidikan tambahan di luar jam sekolah. Hal ini disebabkan karena sebagian siswa masih belum memahami pelajaran yang didapat di sekolah sehingga harus diulang-ulang agar dapat dipahami dengan baik. Karena fenomena tersebut, IAIN Kerinci berinisiatif membantu masyarakat khususnya anak usia sekolah dalam bidang pendidikan untuk membantu meningkatkan mutu peserta didik dan pelajar serta mutu pendidikan di Nagari Tluk Kualo Inderapura melalui program bimbingan belajar, membaca Al-Qur'an dan Tahfidz.

Abstract

Ramadan merupakan bulan yang penuh berkah dan menjadi momentum bagi umat Islam untuk meningkatkan ibadah serta kepedulian sosial. Program "Ramadan Peduli: Gerakan Berbagi kepada Masyarakat di Sekitar Kampus" dirancang sebagai bentuk implementasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan sosial, khususnya dalam membantu masyarakat kurang mampu di sekitar kampus. Program ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan empati dan kepedulian sosial di kalangan mahasiswa dan civitas akademika melalui berbagai kegiatan berbagi, seperti pembagian paket sembako, takjil, makanan berbuka, serta santunan kepada anak yatim dan kaum dhuafa. Selain itu, program ini juga berorientasi pada edukasi masyarakat mengenai pentingnya gotong royong dan kepedulian sosial. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat serta memperkuat hubungan antara kampus dan lingkungan sekitarnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Knowledge of Entrepreneurship and Financial Management, simultaneously or partially, on the interest in starting a business for students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty IAIN Kerinci. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business IAIN Kerinci majoring in Islamic Banking and Islamic Economics class of 2018 and 2019. The sample was determined using a cluster random sampling technique so that the respondents of this study were 82 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the program SPSS version 23. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously entrepreneurial knowledge of entrepreneurship and financial management significantly affected the interest in starting a business for students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business IAIN Kerinci.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the retrun on asset (ROA) and operational costs and operating income (BOPO) on the profit sharing of mudharabah in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The population uset in the study were 30 banks listed on the IDX and the total sample used 7 banks. In determining the sample, it uses random sampling with the criteria of Islamic banks that issue complete financial statement from 2015-2020. The analysis technique in this research is multiple analysis technique in order to get a comprehensiv picture between the relationship between one variable and another variable. In addition, the hypothesis test used is the t-test and f-test. Classical assision test which includes normality test, multicolinearity tets, heteroscedasticity test and autoccorelation tets were also used in this study. The results in this study show that the retrun on asset does not significantly affect the profit sharing of mudharabah, while operating costs and operating income also have no significant effect on the profit sharing of mudharabah. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Location, Price and Product Quality on d’BestO Purchasing Decisions in Sungai Penuh City. The population in this study were d’BestO consumers in Sungai Penuh City. The sample in the study was taken using a non probability technique using the accidental sampling method. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 26 program. The results of the analysis and discussion showed that the location variable did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, price had a significant effect on purchasing decisions and the product quality variable did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and location, price and product quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at d'BestO in Sungai Penuh City.

Abstract

This service aims to instill a culture of saving from an early age in children, as it is known that saving is a form of investment that must be taught to the nation's next generation. This research used a direct outreach approach to Elementary School Number 040/XI Koto Limau Manis Village students. This service results in students knowing the importance of saving from an early age to create a culture of saving until adulthood.

Abstract

Licensing is the most important part in a trading business. Licensing is so important because the existence of a license can determine whether or not a trading business is carried out. Of the many existing permits, one of which is a trading business license. To create a conducive business climate to encourage increased investment, it is necessary to support the implementation of excellent SIUP issuance services to the business world. Issuance of a Trading Business Permit as a business legality in the trade sector, it is necessary to provide convenience, uniformity and order so as to improve the smooth running of public services. For this reason, the Minister of Trade issues regulation Number 36/M-DAG/PER/2007 concerning the Issuance of Trading Business Permits. The purpose of this counseling is to let the public know that in the process of making a business license it is not difficult and also that this trading business license is very important for MSME entrepreneurs. The method of implementing the procedure for managing the trading business license is through socialization and counseling. As a result, people who have MSME businesses understand and understand that the legality of the business is very important and also for entrepreneurs who do not want to take care of the letter.

Abstract

Paying land and building tax (PBB) is one of the obligations of society that meets the criteria. Lack of knowledge and socialization about the importance of paying PBB is one of the obstacles that causes this obligation to be neglected or even ignored. This study aims to describe the tax awareness outreach program for the community in Siulak Gedang village. This socialization was carried out by involving village officials.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance students' abilities in writing scientific articles through the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Based on an initial survey, the main obstacles faced by students are limited time, difficulty in understanding writing structures, and low levels of creativity in developing ideas. To address these issues, training was conducted involving the use of AI-based tools such as Grammarly, QuillBot, and ChatGPT. The activity consisted of an introductory workshop, simulations of AI usage in article writing, group discussions, and intensive mentoring. Evaluation of the program showed a significant increase in students' confidence and productivity in completing scientific articles. The publication of the scientific articles produced by the students serves as a form of appreciation and recognition of their efforts. This activity has proven effective in improving the quality of students' scientific writing and introducing the ethical use of AI technology in academia.
