Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisis peran manajemen organisasi pendidikan di era digital: tantangan dan peluang. Metode penelitian ini ialah kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan memilih pustaka-pustaka relevan yang mencakup aspek-aspek utama dari transformasi pendidikan di era digital. Hasil penelitian ini ialah bahwa era digital saat ini tidak hanya membawa tantangan, tetapi juga membawa peluang bagi manajemen perubahan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan termasuk pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kepercayaan anggota organisasi serta lingkungan organisasi itu sendiri. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi oleh organisasi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam menjalankan kegiatan sehari-hari. Di era digital, ada kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan standar pembelajaran siswa, meningkatkan pengetahuan, dan mendukung inisiatif pembelajaran otonom dari pemerintah. Kemudian, manajemen berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan standar pendidikan. Ada beberapa tantangan dan hambatan dalam menerapkan manajemen pendidikan di era digital, seperti kesenjangan akses infrastruktur, kurangnya keterampilan pendidik dalam menghadapi era digital, ancaman keamanan seperti peretasan data, pengelolaan data, dan evaluasi kinerja. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era digital, termasuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran, meningkatkan infrastruktur dan aksesibilitas teknologi, meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran, mengembangkan keterampilan digital, menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran inovatif, dan melakukan monitoring hasil pembelajaran secara teratur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara VAR antara transaksi digital, jumlah obligasi hijau, nilai investasi hijau, total konsumsi energi, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Vector Autoregressive (VAR) untuk data kuartalan dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tren peningkatan dalam transaksi digital, investasi hijau, dan konsumsi energi, yang mencerminkan adopsi digitalisasi dan pemulihan ekonomi pasca-pandemi. Sementara itu, obligasi hijau menunjukkan penurunan signifikan, menandakan tantangan dalam investasi berkelanjutan. Uji stasioneritas dan kointegrasi yang dilakukan memastikan keandalan data dalam model VAR, menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel tersebut memiliki hubungan jangka panjang yang signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengambil kebijakan dalam mengembangkan strategi keuangan digital yang mendukung ekonomi hijau di Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the influence of commitment and organizational culture on the career development of village officials in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The specific target in this research is how to improve the career development of Village Officials so that services to the community are maximized.The hypothesis in this study is to look at the influence of commitment and organizational culture on career development. MThe method that will be used in this study is a quantitative method where the quantitative method in this study is related to data that describes the state of village officials. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis with statistical testing using SPSS v. 25. The results of the study show that partially and simultaneously the variables of commitment and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the career development of village officials in Kota Pari Village.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify the influence of financial technology (Fintech) on the development of micro-enterprises in the Sei Sikambin B market, Medan Sunggal District, Medan City. MSMEs, which consist of micro and medium businesses, have a large share in economic activities. The study used a quantitative descriptive method through the use of linear regression analysis techniques.E-Wallet, Income, Financial Satisfaction, and Financial Technology (Fintech). The results of the study indicate that PEOU, Financial Satisfaction, Income, and Fintech have a significant influence on the development of micro-enterprises, while E-Wallet does not show a significant influence. This study underlines the importance of fintech in increasing efficiency and satisfaction in MSME transactions, as well as the need for supervision to optimize the benefits of financial technology for micro-entrepreneurs

Abstract

The use of cashless payments and the money supply can influence inflation and monetary policy. Modernization of payment instruments carried out by monetary policy in the financial system can control the inflation rate. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of cashless payments and money supply on inflation with other variables such as e- money, debit cards and interest rates. Using the vector autoregression (VAR) analysis method, it is found that e-money has an effect on the amount of money in circulation and debit cards. Then inflation is also influenced by debit cards, e-money and the amount of money in circulation

Abstract

This study is to analyze the effectiveness of green financing in sustainable financing for home industry players in Pematang Serai Village. Green financing is a financing scheme or lending to business actors that is environmentally friendly. Based on Government regulations to be able to receive financing with a green financing scheme. To achieve industrial, social and economic advantages to reduce the threat of global warming and prevent other environmental and social problems, the goal is to shift the goal to a competitive low-carbon economy, so that it can strategically promote environmental investment in various areas of business/economy. The research data is sourced from the results of interviews with industrial homes in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province. as borrowers/customers of the Green Financing Program with the help of questionnaires so that the questions in the interview are more systematic. Sampling was carried out using proportionate random sampling technique. The data analysis used was: Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study explained that green credit partially did not have a significant effect on green finance in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency, while green product innovation and green technology partially had a significant effect on green finance in Pematang Serai Village, Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency.

Abstract

The goal of international trade between nations is to promote economic expansion. Based on the trade balance's findings, indicators of a nation's performance in international trade can be examined. The rate of economic growth, which can be evaluated from a number of angles, including the value of imports and exports, which affect a nation's trade balance, can be used to characterize a country's degree of success. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the short- and long-term effects of GDP, exports, imports, exchange rates, and GDP on the trade balance in four emerging market nations. The ARDL Panel Method was used to collect data from the World Bank between 2012 and 2022 for this study. There are therefore both long-term and short-term relationships. Over an extended period, the trade balance is largely influenced by exports, GDP, and exchange rates. Exports, meanwhile, have an immediate impact on the trade balance.
