Abstract

Background. Nowadays, many students carry out learning activities without any planning and evaluation of their learning itself. So many students do assignments haphazardly, submit assignments not on time and are late in learning. This is because students are not yet able to regulate themselves in learning which can influence students' low academic achievement. Purpose. The aim of this research isto improve student achievement and interest in learning through self-regulated learning. Method. Method used The researcher used a quantitative method in conducting this research by distributing research questionnaires via Google Form. Results of this researchThere have been many important findings that self-regulated learning can help students improve their ability to learn and understand material.   Results. Limitations of this researchis that researchers only conduct surveys on certain students so it will be difficult to obtain appropriate data in choosing ideal student learning methods.Researchers hopefor future researchers to be able to conduct surveys on all students and not just certain students. Conclusion. Conclusions from this researchexplained that self-regulated learning plays an important role in increasing student achievement and interest in learning. Because it can make it easier for students to understand the lessons explained by the teacher.

Abstract

With the emergence of the Era 5.0 independent curriculum which emphasizes personal and holistic learning, evaluation of Islamic education needs to be adjusted so that it can measure a student's competency achievement in a comprehensive and sustainable manner. It is hoped that the development of an Islamic education portfolio evaluation system can facilitate a learning process that provides room for the progress of individual students. This research aims to analyze the relevance of the Islamic education portfolio evaluation system with the learning principles of the Era 5.0 independent curriculum and to identify the benefits and challenges in its implementation in educational institutions. The research methods used are literature study, observation, and interviews with Islamic education experts and curriculum development practitioners. Data was collected and analyzed to evaluate the success of implementing the Islamic education portfolio evaluation system in the context of the Era 5.0 independent curriculum. The research results show that the Islamic education portfolio evaluation system plays an important role in supporting learning in the Era 5.0 independent curriculum. This evaluation system provides opportunities for students to express their understanding of Islamic teachings creatively and contextually, and allows educators to track individual student development. The implementation of this research states that the Islamic education portfolio evaluation system has strong relevance to Era 5.0 independent curriculum learning because it is able to accommodate personal, holistic and progressive learning principles. To ensure successful implementation, comprehensive efforts are needed to develop fair and accurate assessment guidelines, as well as training for educators in consistently assessing portfolios. Thus, developing an Islamic education portfolio evaluation system can be a significant contribution in realizing learning objectives that are in line with the demands of the Era 5.0 independent curriculum

Abstract

The learning strategies commonly used by teachers are lecture, discussion and demonstration strategies. Even though there are many learning strategies, one of them is the Project Based Learning strategy. This strategy is very suitable for students' learning to deepen their knowledge and develop their abilities in carrying out activities. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of project-based Project Based Learning strategies in fiqh lessons. This research uses quantitative methods using survey models and in-depth interviews. The survey used in this research is online based. The results of this research show that students' understanding increases when the Project Based Learning strategy is applied by the teacher in the learning process. Conclusion pThis research explains that the role of the Project Based Learning strategy really helps teachers in the teaching and learning process in fiqh subjects. So that student achievement increases and student enthusiasm for learning increases. Therefore, the limitation of this research is that the researcher only conducted research on the role of Project Based Learning strategies in fiqh lessons. The researcher hopes that future researchers can conduct research on Project Based Learning strategies by developing this strategy in other subjects.

Abstract

Background:The Impact of Technology Integration in Learning on Increasing Student Engagement refers to how this technology integration can be used well in learning. With the integration of technology in learning, it will have a direct impact on students, both student involvement in using technology, as well as the impact on student activities and creativity. Research purposes:This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how much impact technology integration has on increasing student engagement. Apart from that, it also aims as an explanation of how important technology is today in the learning process. Method:The method used in this research is a quantitative method. This method is a way of collecting numerical data that can be tested. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires addressed to students. Furthermore, the data that has been collected from the results of distributing the questionnaire will be accessible in Excel format which can then be processed using SPSS. Results:From the research results, it can be stated that the impact of technology integration in learning can indeed have an influence on increasing student engagement. Because basically, today's students are more interested in using technology. However, as a teacher you also need to supervise your students in learning when using this technology. This aims to ensure that students actually use technology to learn. Conclusion:From this research, it can be concluded that the impact of technology integration in learning has a very big influence on student engagement. With technology, students can be creative in how they learn, increase students' knowledge in using technology, make students more enthusiastic about learning, and make students less likely to get bored while studying.

Abstract

The role of nurses in emergency management is very crucial in providing effective and timely services to patients. Training in emergency management skills is important to improve nurses' competence in situations that require a quick and precise response. The aim of this research is to evaluate the effect of emergency management skills training for nurses on increasing competence and readiness in responding to emergency situations. This research method uses a pre-test post-test study design with a control group, where a number of nurses from various care units are identified and divided into an intervention group (which received training) and a control group (without training). Training is carried out using simulation methods and practical exercises involving realistic emergency scenarios. Before and after training, both groups were tested to measure their level of competency and readiness in responding to emergency situations. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the level of competency and readiness to respond to emergency situations in the group that received emergency handling skills training compared to the control group. Nurses who undergo training show increased abilities in evaluating situations, making decisions, and implementing appropriate actions in emergency situations. The conclusion of this research is that training in emergency management skills has a significant positive influence on increasing the competency and readiness of nurses in responding to emergency situations. Implementing regular and comprehensive training in care environments can be an effective strategy for improving healthcare standards and patient safety.

Abstract

The use of giving and offering help is the primary expression in communication. These expressions in English are often needed, especially for nursing, where meeting with the public, including foreigners, is possible. This study aimed to determine the process of providing material about the expressions used in giving and offering assistance to patients in English and how to pronounce the vocabulary using the role-play method. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative approach to the subject of nursing students in the first semester at Universitas Wiraraja. The result stated that giving and offering help with role-play occurred with several obstacles. The students' limited knowledge about expressions to provide and assist patients made the learning process not optimal. Only a few expressions were used to describe the expression giving and offering help. Some students had difficulty in choosing words, especially related to health-based words. Errors in pronouncing some vocabulary were also an obstacle in the learning, especially in expressing giving and offering some helps. In addition, due to the mispronunciation, the students speak with low fluency.

Abstract

The development of technology has a huge impact on the education system, there are many free platforms that provide applications to create learning media. One of them is the ProProfs platform, this platform can be used to create online Quiz. The purpose of the research is to utilize and develop the ProProfs platform as Arabic learning media for online Quiz at the Early Childhood Education level. This research method uses the Development Method (Research and Development) using the ASSURE model whose steps are as: (1) analyze student characteristics; (2) determine learning objectives; (3) choose methods, media, and learning strategies; (4) use learning materials; (5) conduct evaluation and revision. The results of this study explain that the ProProfs platform can be used to improve Early Childhood achievement with evidence that these children have memorized more than 100 Arabic vocabulary. The conclusion of the research is to explain that the ProProfs platform can help teachers in making E-Quiz, so that students are happy and interested in learning Arabic. The limitation of the study is that researchers only conducted research in Early Childhood education, which incidentally these children do not understand technology and need supervision from teachers, for that the researcher hopes that future researchers can conduct research with the same platform but developed at a higher level.
