Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of classroom management in increasing students' interest in learning in class This research uses a field research approach (Field Research), namely data collection is carried out in the field. The nature of this research is qualitative descriptive research. The research findings inform: That the inhibiting factors for the implementation of classroom management in increasing interest in learning for class student learning is reduced. The solutions to overcome this problem include: by arousing students' interest in learning through the application of varied learning models, providing learning media such as occasionally learning using focus so that students' interest in learning increases, and trying to create a comfortable and enjoyable classroom atmosphere for students

Abstract

The VARK learning style model has long been used in education to identify students' learning preferences. However, various studies have shown that this model has theoretical and practical weaknesses, including fixed labeling, simplification of learning potential, and a lack of empirical evidence regarding its effectiveness in improving learning outcomes. This research is crucial for evaluating these criticisms from the perspective of Islamic education, which upholds the principles of fitrah (natural disposition), justice, and diversity in the learning process. This study employed a non-empirical, qualitative approach in the form of a critical literature review, analyzing learning style theories, previous research findings, and concepts from Islamic education and learning differentiation. The study resulted in an alternative model called Multimodal-Tolerant Learning Design (MTLD), which integrates three main principles: active multimodality, pedagogical tolerance, and fitrah-based learning. These findings emphasize the importance of inclusive, flexible learning design rooted in Islamic values. Consequently, teachers need to develop learning strategies that stimulate all learning modalities and encourage the holistic growth of students, rather than simply adapting to dominant preferences.

Abstract

Supreme Court Decision Number 30 P/HUM/2018 decided that Lucianty, an Indonesiam citizen residing in the city of Palembang with the status of a former convict, was declared permittes to nominate as a member of the legislature as a partricipant in the general election for members of the regional representative council. The reason why Lucianty is allowed to run in the general election as a member of the leguslature is because every citizen has the same opportunity to be elected and chose, provided that he must openly state to the public that he is a former convict by showing proof of a letter from the editor-in-chief of local and national mass media. This research is normative juridical research with a case approach. The results of this research show that in the Supreme Court Deciison Number 30 P/HUM/2018 concering Review of Law Number 7 of 2017 concering General Elections against the 1945 Concering General Eletions againts the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, it is true that there is a conflict of interest and violations of human rights.
