Abstract

The implementation of CSR during the COVID-19 pandemic was constrained due to an uncertain and unprecedented situation, which had an impact on the implementation of CSR program. The purpose of this study is to analyze the CSR program in the health sector during the COVID-19 pandemic carried out by one of the State-Owned Enterprises in Indonesia, namely PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI), which has been known as one of the companies that has a significant impact to Papua and Indonesia as well. PTFI continues to carry out CSR programs in the health sector as in previous years, as well as providing assistance for the prevention of COVID-19. However, although CSR programs in the health sector are still being carried out, few community empowerment programs are provided, and PTFI has not carried out community empowerment in dealing with health crisis. The implementation of PTFI's CSR program in the health sector during the COVID-19 pandemic faced many challenges. The challenges are mostly technical in nature due to social restrictions and health protocols that must be carried out, as well as matters related to infrastructure to facilitate working remotely.

Abstract

This PKM is the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Bulog Nutrition Program which aims to reduce stunting through increasing family capacity, increasing the capacity of mothers under five and pregnant women in terms of parenting patterns and nutritional fulfillment, as well as increasing the capacity of posyandu cadres in terms of examining, recording and reporting nutritional status. toddlers in the work area. There were 41 toddlers and 32 pregnant women with malnutrition and at risk who were targeted. All toddlers and pregnant women meet the target criteria of CSR, in terms of family socio-economic criteria and weight/height criteria, and history of disease dan nutritional status. Activities were carried out in two stages, implementation and evaluation (after 3 months). In the first phase, anthropometric tools were provided along with training to posyandu cadres regarding procedures for measuring the height and weight of toddlers, also providing material regarding Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) and Family Nutrition, assessing the nutritional and health status of toddlers and pregnant women, conducting demonstrations cooking healthy food for toddlers, providing fortified rice for the target to consume for 3 months. The results showed an increase in maternal parenting patterns by seeing an increase in the frequency of eating >3 times a day (85.4%), an increase in the frequency of making varied meals (48.8%), feeding children regularly (75.6%), as well as an increase in the nutritional status of all targets who received the intervention. From the changes above, it can be concluded that the Bulog Nutrition program has gave a positive impact on targets.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is an important health problem for women throughout the world because it is the highest cause of death both nationally and globally. This study aims to assess various determinant factors that influence the participation of Women of Childbearing Age (WUS) to carry out IVA test in the Puskesmas Pesanggrahan working area. This research is an analytical observational study with a cross sectional design. Primary data was collected through questionnaires from respondents, while data on IVA test that carried out by WUS was taken from the Puskesmas Pesanggrahan in the period March – April 2024. The population of this study was all WUS who lived in the Petukangan Selatan Subdistrict, Pesanggrahan District, who met the research criteria. A total of 109 WUS became respondents in this study. In this study, the p value < 0.05 which showed a significant correlation was found in the determinant factors of knowledge related to IVA test, access to information related to IVA test, husband's support, support from health workers, support from health cadres, and support from friends. Determinant factors that are found to be related can be a focus for community health centers to develop promotive efforts on targets that determine decisions to WUS in carrying out IVA test, apart from the knowledge regarding IVA test among WUS can continue to be improved through health promotion programs at community health centre.

Abstract

Malnutrisi masih menjadi perhatian dunia karena angka prevalensinya yang tinggi. Menurut WHO, anak usia 5-19 tahun sebagian besar mengalami overweight, obesitas, dan gizi kurang (thinness), serta diprediksi stunting masih akan terjadi di 11 negara Asia Pasifik pada tahun 2030 termasuk Indonesia. Di Kecamatan Pesanggrahan, prevalensi malnutrisi pada anak sekolah dasar ditemukan masih tinggi, terutama di Kelurahan Petukangan Utara angka malnutrisi pada anak pada tahun 2023 sebesar 51,6%. Puskesmas Pesanggrahan melaksanakan program skrining kesehatan pada anak usia sekolah sebagai bentuk deteksi dini dan pencegahan masalah gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor determinan yang berhubungan dengan status gizi pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross-sectional, yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-April 2024. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 4 – 6 pada salah satu sekolah dasar di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pesanggrahan, yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Sebanyak 117 siswa menjadi responden penelitian ini. Uji Chi-square digunakan untuk analisis hubungan antar variabel menggunakan SPSS versi 29.0. Faktor determinan yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik dengan status gizi ditemukan pada variabel jenis kelamin (p = 0,001), pengetahuan terkait gizi (p=0,013), asupan makan (p= 0,000), pola asuh terkait pendampingan makan oleh orangtua (p= 0,002), frekuensi jajan (p = 0,006), dan jumlah uang saku (p= 0,017). Beberapa faktor determinan dari penelitian sebelumnya tidak ditemukan memiliki hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik pada penelitian ini. Faktor sosioekonomi sudah tidak relevan dengan status gizi anak sekolah terutama di wilayah perkotaan seperti Jakarta. Sementara asupan makan, pola asuh dan frekuensi jajan menjadi faktor determinan yang memainkan peranan penting.
